Challenge Interesting Facts

Ellen never did. I remember reading on an old website that she said that once was enough. I know she was asked to do battle of sexes 2.

If I recall, she had either taken a break from her job on the Chicago stock market to do the Challenge or was hired just after it.

I call this segment, "Isn't editting great" In the gauntlet 2, they made cara look like a pansy against Kina, however, Cara actually gave her a run for her money and even had the upperhand many times. They made tonya look incredibly crazy on the ruins, but left out the footage of her explaining everything that went on in her real life beforehand. Ct on the inferno 3 was faking sleep when the cast and production confronted him. Rachel on the inferno 3 was actually right behind evelyn in the ladder challenge and they made it look like she got blown away.

And CT was pretending to sleep in Tonya's bed they said this on the blazed and confused. But I find it hard to believe Rachel kept up with Evelyn

So ill just go by her word.

Rachel got second place overall in the ladder race for the girls so yeah, she was sort of behind Evelyn if you want to put it that way. This was stated by Evelyn herself. Why do you think they considered Rachel to be one of their strongest girls after only ONE episode? Part of it was because she was a combat nurse but the other part of it was because she beat every other girl on her team in the first mission that was athletically based. Evelyn finished first, followed by 2. Rachel 3. Janelle Those three were the only girls that finished well before the DQ limit. After that it was 4. Tonya 5. Paula was somewhere between Tonya and Susie's times 6. Susie 7. DQ Jenn(got her ladder stuck on a hinge but still at least made it half way) 8. Aneesa, Colie, Cara couldn't even lift the ladder and didn't even make it half way.

However, that was only bc they couldn't bring in someone for jo. According to rachel and landon, nearly all available alumni were asked for the gauntlet 2, but almost everyone asked either said no or said yes but dropped out bc of obligations. They even asked austin kids, who litterally just finished filming their season. And apparently jo was asked after a whole bunch of girls dropped out.

Definitely one of the most Challenge-prolific seasons of Real World.

That's why she and landon were so awkward with each other on the inferno 2.

And come to think of it, Colie said that it happened to her cast as well when they were casting the inferno 3. Maybe this is a common practice.

Every one from real world key west who have appeared on a challenge won but Stevlana and Zach.

If Wes was on The Gauntlet 2, he probably would have won. Most of the Rookies who weren't team captain did nothing that entire season.

Jenn and Davis did pretty well though but Jenn hooked up with like the entire cast lol

It was alton and irulan. 2.0. According to shavonda, they decided to take a break after their season and that's why they barely spoke on the inferno 2. Then right after the inferno 2, they dated for I think a few months and then broke it off. Lol. They should have been on exes. Their love story was touching but draining.

They wanted to put her with Nehemiah, despite nothing ever happening between them. She wanted no part of it. In reality, their flirting would have been no bigger of a stretch than some of the teams we ended up getting! Coral declined but said had she known Rachel and Aneesa were going, she would have said yes.

Frank and Jillian declined, and so did Brad and Tori (who were contacted even though they were married). Johanna declined, KellyAnne declined (thus ruling out Cohutta who was also contacted), and Alton and Irulan declined. Melinda and Danny were supposed to be on it, but I believe Melinda had to drop out due to her work schedule. Of course, Adam Royer failed the psych test. Zach and Ashley Kelsey and Jemmye and Knight were contacted - don't know if they just didn't make it on the show, were alternates, or declined, or whatever. Cooke was asked, but ultimately didn't make it on the show.

How did Adam even manage to fail the psych test anyway? Isn't it just a bunch of yes or no questions?
