Challenge Interesting Facts

There was a rumor going around at the time that Kendal was actually paid for being available. I've never heard of that happening before.

I'd love to see Kendal make a return appearance

TMI..While Colie was filming Denver she called to tell me not to watch a show on MTV called The Challenge ( The Duel)! The next conversation was having her promise me that she would never ever appear on something like that.

As of Rivals 2 Paula has done 10 challenges.

Paula has done 5 challenges in a row (The Duel,Inferno 3,Gauntlet 3,The Island, and Duel 2). and then she went on to do 4 in a row (Fresh Meat 2,Cutthroat,Rivals,Battle of the Exes).

Essentially when you look at it, Fresh Meat II got her onto two of the four. Seasons you can thank having a more recent season. And Rivals II was from being on Seasons.

These are just the numbers based on Gauntlet 2 on but I looked at which seasons have the most people who were on the previous season (i.e. how many people from Gauntlet 2 were on Fresh Meat 1) and (I didn't count Fresh Meat into the cast for the Fresh Meat seasons, and I also didn't count people who went home in episode 1 for fighting, etc): Most returning cast members: Battle of the Exes, 14/26, 53% - Johnny, CT, Ty, Tyrie, Leroy, Wes, Camila, Robin, Paula, Aneesa, Cara, Jasmine, Mandi, Sarah Rivals II 15/32, 47% - Derek, Frank, Preston, Robb, Knight, Trey, Wes, Zach, Camila, Jasmine, Jemmye,Jonna, Nany, Sarah, Trishelle Fewest returning Cast members - Fresh Meat I, 2/12, 16% - Derrick, Katie Battle of the Seasons, 6/32, 18% - Dustin, Wes, Sarah, Jasmine, Camila, Cara

Veronica, Tonya, Kenny, Brad, Wes, and Abram have 8 challenges.

Paula has been on 10 challenges, her Key West season, and hosted the Spring Break Challenge. So she has done 12 BMP/Challenge related shows. CT has been on 9 challenges, his Paris season, and special appeared on Cutthroat. So he has appeared on 11 shows. Abram has done 8 challenges, his South Pacific season, and was on Viewer's Revenge. So he has appeared on 10 shows.

What makes me sad is that Paula..someone who has been thoroughly unlikeable and uninteresting through most of her stint on these things..has done more challenges than people who have actually are entertaining and have made an impact on these shows.

I think Paula is a lot more likable than people think. However, I do prefer Gauntlet 3 Paula over Rivals Paula anyday.

It may have been already said on this thread but, Sarah has been on every challenge since The Ruins... The Ruins premiered in 2009. 7 straight challenges. Wow.

Leroy, Danny, and Melinda are the only 3 people to do a Challenge with everyone from their Real World season.

Yeah back in the day it was like 1 RW and 1 Challenge every year.
