It's annoying to have CT/diem together, I'd rather have laurel and CT but you need really good teams to at least have some competition.

Jordan/sarah would be better, both are good, but Nia/jordan would bring more drama,and that's what producers look for.

They tried putting Svetlana with Bananas on Exes 1 but she declined even after a pay increase. From what I have heard production has wanted Svet back badly on a challenge ever since The Duel.

If I was Svet I would not come back unless it's another Duel. Same with Brittini. Why risk gettin paired up with someone who could screw up the whole game for you thus giving you a loss and making the whole challenge a waste of time since you didn't do better than your 1st challenge?

Anyway, I don't think they have a clue what the format is going to be. They make educated guesses based on who they know is going. So if they do try to put svet and bananas on as exes, bananas has been on the past like 7 challenges, how will she know it's exes just by seeing his name.
No CT/Anastasia please plus she is done. Also, it wouldn't feel right having CT partnered with someone else on Exes 2 especially with him and Diem together and all they went through. I much rather just have them come back. I could see it possibly happening.
I doubt Melinda would come back and I'm fine with that. Danny sucks too!
It will most likely be Jordan/Nia just because they would bring drama opposed to him with Sarah or Laurel.
Also, it will be Zach/Jonna not him with Ashlee
So I went back and watched the entire CutThroat season last night, and it was a bit different than I remembered. Sarah got sick and Laurel broke down on the final challenge, but Cara Maria was strong and pulled her weight. It makes me think a bit better of her, BUT her constant victim mentality and whining still gets on my nerves too much for me to like her.
please gawd not another Exes...between the first one and RW Explosion that angle is already played out and ratings will be even LOWER than they are this season...I say the smartest bet is Duel 3. Some of the original vets will come back and possibly more former viewers!

A duel 3 will be a fail on ratings in my opinion, those formats don't work now days it has been proven with Fresh meat 2/ Cutthroat/ Seasons/Free Agents. MTV is not taking that risk right now, Exes will attract the MTV casual viewers and at least get 1-2 more seasons on the contract then they can take a risk.
It's not that played out because a lot of people are asking for an explosion 2 on twitter , facebook and instagram. Some people are even asking when Rivals is coming back lol

People love seeing exes and current couples fight then having them competing in crazy missions and its a ratings success.

I don't think is going to pullout the same ratings as the first one, since the network as as whole is lacking on the Ratings department.

Definitely it would have that Rivals II affect. Not as good as the first but still enough to keep the show going.
They just gotta promote the heck out of it like they did Ex-Plosion and past seasons.
How is this an individual Challenge??
1st event - two whole teams
2nd event - teams of 2
3rd event - teams of 4
to me Free Agents, while a decent Challenge and much better than the recent ones, is NAHTHING like Duel or Duel 2.
Have they considered doing guy/girl Rivals instead of Exes? You know with teams such as:
Johnny/Cara Maria
Johnny R/Nia
Frank/Nany (even though Frank's done)
Eric/Laurel
Brad/Camila
etc

A Duel 3 would NOT fail with the right promotion and the right cast members. Duel 1 and 2 were successful and were years apart. A lot of old viewers would definitely tune in if people like Mark Long and Darrell came back and then you have the current cast members and then the explosion kids for the new viewers.

The Duel is an entirely different game as well. It'll bring out some serious strategies and politicking. Every challenge will be individual, which I think would have more intensity. And the duel picking will be more dramatic than the draw imo. With the right cast mix (a nice balance of people there to actually win and people there for drama/camera time) it could do much better than this season.

Get used to the explosion kids because like the Vegas 2 cast they borough ratings back to the real world....BMP are going to cast at least 4 of them on the next challenge.
Arielle is not doing a challenge, she went as far as telling them to no included on her contract (BMP didn't )

I agree with this, I am fine with 4 but with explosion being such a big cast they can do 6...i HOPE NOT.
Does anyone think that ratings might go up if there were NO spoilers? or they were harder to get? Like say if they sequestered the eliminated contestants in a house w no social media so no one knew when they got eliminated based on when they arrived home/started tweeting?

Nah. I think a very small portion of the Challenge community (us!) actually know spoilers. I know when I went to the Rivals reunion a few years ago, from the few people I talked to I think I was the only one who knew the winners beforehand.
