Laurel didn't deserve what was said to her by Eric and Eric didn't deserve what was said to him by Laurel. Human decency, people!
Both deserved what they said to each other because they're not real castmembers! Just kidding. You're right though.
I don't see why everyone thinks Paula deserved what Laurel said to her. Paula was just making dumb noises in the background because she was drunk. Making dumb noises results in Laurel being able to bring up her past? That doesn't make sense to me.
Laurel didn't deserve what was said to her by Eric and Eric didn't deserve what was said to him by Laurel. Human decency, people!
Fair enough. Bad choice of words on my part. While Eric may not have "deserved" Laurel's hateful words, if there is any truth behind what Eric said first, it just tells us that Laurel was provoked by some pretty awful things and her comments didn't come out of nowhere. That's the thing about editing. We never know the whole story. We didn't get to see the whole story between the recent argument between Cara Maria and Laurel either.

You'd think she of all people would sympathize with Cara. Paula has always thrown her weight around and deserved what she got. People don't have to agree with that, JMO.

Paula being rude doesn't mean she deserved what came out of Laurel's mouth.
Laurel had a right to say something to Paula but once again she went too far. Paula being rude doesn't mean she deserved what came out of Laurel's mouth.
Oh yes it did.
Laurel had a right to say something to Paula but once again she went too far. Paula being rude doesn't mean she deserved what came out of Laurel's mouth.
In that situation, Paula deserved it.
Paula definitely deserved it. If you're going to be a bully, you better be prepared to get bullied back.
Paula definitely deserved it. If you're going to be a bully, you better be prepared to get bullied back.
Because two wrongs make a right, correct? Paula's behavior was not justified, but that doesn't make Laurel's justified either.
I just don't agree with the things Laurel said to her. But we can agree to disagree. Bottom line is Laurel goes too far when she goes off on people.
Oh yes it did.
Agree !!! Btw, am I the only person see that Laurel and Cara Maria'a friendship is not lop sided? Next week review seems like Laurel trying to mend their friendship and crying in her interview which shows me that she does in fact care and value their friendship a lot more. Also, on her twitter, she said several times that she consider Cara to be her sister which most of the time is closer/more important than a "best friend". I feel like they both really care and love each other while Cara voices it louder, and Laurel acts tougher as if she isn't that emotional but in fact she is.
Paula definitely deserved it. If you're going to be a bully, you better be prepared to get bullied back.
Who was she bullying? Laurel didn't say anything when Paula was teasing Cara. Laurel was trying to get to Wes and it wasn't working so she went at Paula who was just making stupid noises in the background. It was a coward move on Laurel's part because she went after the emotionally fragile person who she had been waiting for a reason to go off on, because the stable people (Wes, Johnny, Tyler) weren't affected by her tirade. I'm not sure I understand the world where saying "You look stupid, go to sleep" should net being attacked over having a disease. Paula should've been put in her place but the way she went about it was ridiculous.
Just looking back at the Challenge history of Laurel and Cara, both have 3 second place finishes (2 of which were shared). Laurel was 2nd (with Kenny) in Fresh Meat II Cara and Laurel were 2nd on grey team in Cutthroat Cara and Laurel were 2nd as partners in Rivals I Cara was 2nd (with Heather) in Rivals II Considering Cara and Laurel had 2nd place finishes as teammates twice already, it would be hard for there to not be a strong friendship. Although I do remember at times in Cutthroat and Rivals I, Laurel was tough on Cara even as teammates nearing the final.
Laurel and Cara are 1-2 on the prize money list for Challengers without a win. Laurel has $76,000 Cara has $63,500 The difference is because Fresh Meat II second was $60,000 split while Rivals II second was a $35,000 split.
If Laurel or Cara wins Free Agents, they'll vault to #1 money spot for female challengers. Right now that spot is held by Jodi Weatherton (from Road Rules X-Treme) who has only 2 challenge wins, but her win on Duel I was worth $150K. She also won $26,666 on Gauntlet II.

Paula kept trying to enter Cara's room and make the situation worse as well. How did she not try to attack Wes? The way Paula.acted on the aftershow was even worse.
Actually Laurel was trying to get to Wes with a bottle of soda which is when Tyler interfered because they were running around the piano. Then Bananas threw a bottle of water and Laurel while she was yelling at Wes. This was followed by Paula yelling at Laurel and the retaliation with Laurel getting on Tyler's case for stepping in. Then Laurel went back to her room with Cara. Not sure how often it has been said on here but Cara had made mentioned she was bullied quite a bit growing up which is why she reacted as she did.
Paula was a smart** by shaking Wes hand and then Paula kept making little comments while laurel was fighting with Wes. Paula said "You wouldn't send them on reality TV" Laurel said "****" and warned her. Then Paula kept saying stuff so Laurel put her in her place. Who wouldn't?
How can you hate on an extremely attractive Amazonian goddess?
She isn't that good looking. Too tall, too flat chested and flat booty. Bad attitude. There isn't much attractive about her to me.
Laurel didn't deserve what was said to her by Eric and Eric didn't deserve what was said to him by Laurel. Human decency, people!
I love how people on this site say these things. I so rarely hear them.
Because two wrongs make a right, correct? Paula's behavior was not justified, but that doesn't make Laurel's justified either.
This is a very idealistic and irrational way of thinking. So if someone is picking on you and egging you on and bullying your friend, the "right" thing to do is just sit there and do nothing? If someone on the street walked up and punched you in the face, you would just sit there and do nothing in retaliation because "two wrongs don't make a right"? That's not how the world works.

The unstated premise is that breaking the law (or the wrong) is justified, as long as the other party also does so. It is often used as a red herring, or an attempt to change or distract from the issue. For example: Speaker A: Laurel bullied Eric/Paula! Speaker B: But you are ignoring the fact that Eric/Paula said mean things to Laurel! Even if Eric/Paula provoked Laurel, this does not establish a precedent that makes it acceptable for Laurel to do so as well. (At best, it means Laurel is no worse than Eric/Paula.) By invoking the fallacy, the contested issue of "bullying" is ignored."

I'll ask this question again, since you conveniently avoided it: If someone on the street walked up and punched you in the face, would you just sit there and do nothing in retaliation because "two wrongs don't make a right"?

I would not retaliate because I do not believe that violence solves issues. If someone is repeatedly trying to harm me, then I would put up a fight in self defense. Eric and Paula were both wrong for provoking Laurel, but that doesn't justify Laurel's reaction.

But that's just how my parents raised me, if others believe it's ok not to act in a civilized manner, good for them.
Hahaha, that's all I needed to know...
She isn't that good looking. Too tall, too flat chested and flat booty. Bad attitude. There isn't much attractive about her to me.
Tall girls are attractive. Dem long legz. She also has some thick legs and a nice ***. She lacks ***** but the rest of her Amazonian body makes up for it. Plus she has the prettiest face out of all the girls there, and that's also without makeup. Are you short? A manlet?
She has her moments where she looks great and others where she's ok...she definitely looks better as a blonde. Best face there though? Emilee...Nany...
Best face is definitely Nany in my opinion ... Laurel has abs but she also has an athletic frame including her breasts.
