Yeah, I thought Nany's 'thing' was being well liked. The only person who ever has anything bad to say about her is Frank.
Being well liked will get you far in the game (unless you have horrible luck with the draw)
By what I heard Nany plays a good political game and she is well like, BMP just never really show it. About Jessica well I don't like her, but I feel like she is consistent. While Theresa have the build to be good at this thing, but she never tend to impress me. For the looper elimination its good but she have advantage of it.
The thing about Theresa is that she seems to think she's performing better than she actually is. I kind of love people who are good and they know it, but the same can't be said for people who talk a big game and don't back it up. And that whole "Laurel hates me, she's always hated me because I tell it like it is thing" bothered me. Like, girl, it didn't seem like Laurel was thinking about you until you pulled your vote for her.
Even though I find Jessica annoying, she is a consistent, decent competitor. Even Bananas mentioned her when they asked who were the top girls this season or something like that. I can see her doing well on this challenge and future challenges.
I have no problem with Nany using her likability to progress, and she wouldn't be nearly anywhere near the first person to use it, but before I'd rather see her progress instead of Theresa I'd just like to see her make moves (not necessarily cause drama), but to have an impact competition wise. But as I say I do think Nany falls among the better girls this season, but I still think overall whether as a teammate/partner or just general competitor Theresa is better. I did very much enjoy Nany on Battle of the Seasons though.
I'm still not convinced that Theresa is that great. I don't know if it's just because I don't like her, but she's leagues behind Cara Maria to me. I would almost put her and Nany on the same level.
To be fair though, it has taken Cara Maria six challenges to get her **** together. This is Cara Maria's first challenge where she has performed relatively well because before Free Agents, she was tanking and weak-linking for the most part. Maybe Theresa needs that type of experience and slow growth, I don't think she has had as much access to the challenges as Cara Maria has had since her previous experiences are generally cut short or are uninvolved for the most part. Jessica is doing great for her second, 1.5-ish challenge. Some girls start off with a bang, like Camila, Laurel, Jessica, Sarah and then you have other competitors that take some time to develop; Cara Maria(7), Jenn(5), etc. I wonder what happened between laurel and Theresa. I have a little bit of an idea. They used to be extremely close so it's hard to believe one little incident would put such a rift. So many of these relationships are so volatile, i mean You have people loving and hating each other all within a span of a twitter message.

I was watching Fresh Meat 2, since I've only seen a couple of episode of it, and there's one episode where Theresa is making fun of Laurel. I thought that could have been it, but I'm pretty sure I've heard Laurel describe her and Theresa as friends after that season, so I have no clue. What do you think happened?

Plus Theresa was closed at some point to Jenn/laurel/Mandi/Paula/Devyn (They were friend after this challenge, then something happened between them)/Nany(She unfollow her on twitter/IG) now for whatever reason none of them really like her...

I don't what exactly caused the twitter fight but I know they came into Free Agents not on the best of terms. Theresa deleted her tweets but here were some of Laurels Laurel Stucky ‏@laurelstucky Aug 7 Blame me all you want - you accept no responsibility, you won't grow RT @TheresaMTV You are a pathetic excuse for a friend. @laurelstucky Laurel Stucky ‏@laurelstucky Aug 7 @TheresaMTV @KennySantucci your actions only reflect you not me. Laurel Stucky ‏@laurelstucky Aug 7 @TheresaMTV @KennySantucci you are just nasty. And it's not attractive.
Oooh wow that's more serious than I thought it was going to be lol. I didn't know Laurel and Kenny were actually a thing. I thought those were just rumors or something.
Oooh wow that's more serious than I thought it was going to be lol. I didn't know Laurel and Kenny were actually a thing. A lot of these girls have fickle relationships. Jenn went from loving Laurel to wanting to punch her face in. How are Paula and Laurel now?
Yeah apparently she is the reason Kenny & his girlfriend of a while broke up. Then Kenny blocked Laurel on twitter.
Why did he block her?
A lot of these girls have fickle relationships. Jenn went from loving Laurel to wanting to punch her face in. How are Paula and Laurel now?
That's because Jenn is or was close to Paula and she hated how laurel talked about Paula's eating disorder
That's because Jenn is or was close to Paula and she hated how laurel talked about Paula's eating disorder
Paula definitely deserved that verbal beatdown.
I really like Laurel. She's a great competitor, she seems like fun, and she is the prettiest girl in The Challenge, in my opinion. But did she really send naked pictures of herself to Kenny while he was in a relationship? That's disappointing. I don't really remember the Paula verbal beat down... I tend to forget most of the cast's fights/insults and just go back to thinking everyone is cool after a year or so. Which is just as well, considering how quickly things change between them all.

Then when Laurel went to yell at Wes, Paula kept interrupting making random noises to **** Laurel off. After Laurel pretty much told her to shut up or she'd be sorry, Paula kept going so Laurel buried her with everything she could think of.
Ahh, yeah. It's all coming back to me now... *sings the song* I wonder if there's a short video clip of just that part out there anywhere on the interweb. I really don't want to sift through an entire episode (if anyone even knows what episode that was). I always liked Paula, despite or perhaps because of her nuttiness. And I like Laurel, as I've stated. So I probably felt very confused at that time and blocked it out. Cognitive dissonance! Come to think of it, I faintly remember feeling like Wes was a horrible person for how he was treating Cara. Whereas yesterday I would have said Wes was an alright person. This show, man...
I am on mobile, but just typing in Laurel and Cara vs. Wes and Paula on YT will give you the fight in a short clip.
Fresh Meat! You genius, you! <3 As I'm watching, some thoughts: - Yes, Paula deserved to get a verbal beat down. I think the anorexia comments might have gone too far, but it seems like everyone was drinking, and those things always get out of hand. Paula really should have just stayed out of it. She seemed like a belligerent drunk. Then she's whining about people being cruel to her, when she was exactly that towards Cara. - It's adorable to see Laurel defending Cara. I love them! - THIS is the kind of drama/social action that I feel is missing from this season... - Wes is a jerk. I will always have a special place in my Challenge heart for him, for no reason whatsoever other than that he provides entertainment... but wow. Such jerk. Much bad. What ever happened to him, anyway? And to keep this on the subject of Laurel -- I love her. I even dreamed I was in The Challenge and was friends with her and Cara. It might be time to step away from the TV.
I think the last time we have even seen genuine drama like that is Camila berating Easy and him flipping her off and quitting.
I don't remember that either. :/ I love the drama but forget it so easily. I think I have a selective memory disorder.
I don't remember that either. :/ I love the drama but forget it so easily. I think I have a selective memory disorder.
Unfortunately there is no YT clip on that, haha. I'm sure there gifs of it somewhere with Camila trying to climb the wall herself. On-topic, Laurel has definitely looked the best she ever has this season.
Did Camila fail to climb the wall by herself and start crying out of frustration? Because if so, I remember that part. Does anyone else have these memory problems when it comes to this show? Everyone else seems to be able to recite every elimination round ever and all that jazz. Laurel has always been the prettiest to me! I just wish her accent matched her face. Harsh.
Laurel has always been pretty to me, but something about her this season is on another level. The blonde is really cute on her I think. She even looked cute when she was crying last episode haha. Her accent is so strong lol but I think it's cute! I think it's because that's not at all what I expect her to sound like when I look at her.
Exactly, though! Her accent just doesn't fit. Drives me nuts. Then again, if she didn't have that accent, she'd probably lose some of her charm. Does anyone know which state she is from, off the top of their head? If I swinged that way, I would totally be into Laurel. That might be TMI, but this wine I'm drinking says it's not. And yesterday I saw a post where someone, somewhere on Vevmo said that Laurel plucking the petals off that flower at the end of the last episode was "11/10 Melodrama" and I laughed so hard. I was thinking the exact same thing.
Hahaha. I laughed really hard at that too. It was just so DRAMATIC. Like I could see production handing her that flower like, we need a closing shot for this episode. She's from Michigan! I live in the midwest, and I think her accent is one of the strongest I've ever heard. Dude, I hear you. I am developing a weirdly strong crush on her this season.
Oh my god, it's like we share the same brain. Hahaha. *High fives you and giggles nerdily* Edit: I will now make it my mission to stalk your posts on Vevmo and see how much we agree on. Creepy? No, the wise wine again tells me that it's not. Editx2: Well, I looked at your recent posts, and the only thing that I don't agree on is liking Aneesa. But at least you found her whole groveling scene to be extremely embarrassing like I did. I therefore declare we are official brain-buddies! I just made that up, but it sounds legit. I'm sure you'll agree. Wink.
