Yes the reunion it was mentioned that Laurel went back, because Luke didn't remember his part, and she need to memorize it for him.
I've decided that now that this challenge is over I still am a fan of Johnny, Derrick, Dan, Abram, Jenn, Emilee and kind of Sarah and Laurel, while adding Tyler, Cara, Emily, Brandon, and Camila to the people I like. Everyone else I either still dislike (like Dunbar), newly dislike (like Brad), or am neutral to (like Paula).
Im slightly happy for the red team (mainly Tyler). Now that they've won, Brad and Tori can go away. I agree that Tyler was the MVP of the entire challenge. As for Dunbar...eh. It's really ironic that Laurel had to run the final with the two main people that she didn't want with her in the final. Karma anyone? Poor blue.
That's why they keep coming back, Derrick, Kenny, Johnny, and Mark all mentioned on Derrick's podcast that they love that the producers are making challenges difficult and physical.
Did Johnny really say that? I was at the reunion and he said MANY MANY times that he hated the conditions in the house and the lack of freedom. Maybe the guys on the podcast mean the missions.
Funny to see both Sarah and Laurel break down and cry after all the **** they talked, especially Laurel. Sarah is a joke and Cara Maria did just as good if not better than Laurel in the final. I hope the next challenge has a better cast than this one did. Most of the enjoyable cast members are only getting older and their window for wanting to come back is getting smaller and smaller.
Yes the reunion it was mentioned that Laurel went back, because Luke didn't remember his part, and she need to memorize it for him.
Oh so they didn't make the whole team come back? It's kinda ****ed up that they didn't show that part, make me think they get the puzzle correctly not too long after the red team
Sarah is a joke and Cara Maria did just as good if not better than Laurel in the final.
This statement is just delusional. Laurel carried CM on her back practically.
[strike]am i the only one who likes sarah and laurel? and really dislikes cara maria and abe?[/strike] Am I the only one who likes Sarah and Laurel, and really dislikes Cara Maria and Abe?
Let me put it this way, I think Sara is a great person and I like Laurel. No I don't dislike Cara Maria or Abe.

It just so happen that two of your stronger challengers (Abe and Sarah) didn't make it in the final.
This statement is just delusional. Laurel carried CM on her back practically.
Well, Laurel of course did really well but carrying CM is part of the challenge, not that CM needed to be carried. And I don't think Laurel can finish it with out Luke's help so it's not "on her back" at all
Sarah is no joke she's a forced to be reckoned with and she's proven that in the past, so has Abe. In the reunion they mentioned A LOT how it was on Laurels back. That's why she wasn't happy, and was pissed off.
In the reunion they mentioned A LOT how it was on Laurels back. Perhaps Laurel being tall put more weight on her than other. That makes more sense ...

Editing could do a lot of tricks from what I've learned. Abram even apologized to Laurel for ever doubting her, and he said she carried the grey team the whole time. Even the puzzle, because she neeeded to go back and memorize Lukes part. No one should doubt Laurel abilities, like her or not.

Just size wise the best way for Luke and Laurel to carry the stretcher was for him to put it on his shoulders and her to rest it on her back. I don't see why she should be pissed about that. He can't help his size just like she can't help hers and they chose to put CM on the stretcher initially so there shouldn't be whining about CM not pulling her weight either.

But she's never going to win one of these things until she decides to stop being all about "I did this" and "I won that" and use her strengths to the betterment of her team. She's the best female athlete in the history of the show, yet she won't get to where she feels she should be until she learns to shut up and check her ego at the door. For as good of an athlete as she is she seems to be as flawed as a person.
Very happy that Brad and the red team won. It sucks Brad said this was his last show, but many people have said that but end up coming back so I hope he does. Gained alot of respect for Tyler this challenge, he probably the best male there. I like how karma caught up with Sarah and Laurel. Sarah talked a big game but did not back it up. I found it funny Laurel got stuck with the two people she hated. The blue team gave good effort but that final was impossible for 2 people to do, but they were the most attractive team in the finals. I think Jenn gets hotter each challenge.
I am happy the Red team won for many reasons. Mainly because final team consisted of people from actual shows, not Fresh Meat. I am also happy for Brad. I like him. He deserved this win. The throwing up was graphic! I liked it! Especially after Abram threw up and got woozy on the floor and shook a little and started tilting. It really caught his emotion. Why was it that Abram and Sarah got heat stroke, but no one else? I just find it bizarre that 2 people from the same team got sick. Oh Dunbar... what are we going to do with you! I find him to be, I'm trying to find an apropose word, silly? cartoonish even. he's just a silly little character that is utterly annoying. I felt bad for blue.

You are right! but she wasn't as bad as Abram or Sarah who were a complete mess. Emily did it so proper... I have to throw up... she did the deed and went right back!
You are right! but she wasn't as bad as Abram or Sarah who were a complete mess. Emily did it so proper... I have to throw up... she did the deed and went right back!
It's a conspiracy!! The production team put ipecac in some of the gray team's water.
Well we all know the married couple team needed to win!
So my thought's on the season finale: - Derrick vs. Tyler: ah crap, you've got to be kidding me:P Tyler won fair and square. I don't think there was any way Derrick could've pulled that off after seeing it, although beforehand I thought he had a chance. That gulag is 99% about weight, so I was okay with it in the end. And I would like to add that Derrick performed very good on this challenge, I think better than on the Ruins - Paula vs. Emily: whatever, Paula sucks, Emily rocks - The final: I give major props to the Blue Team(whom I was rooting for, even though I knew they hardly had any chance of winning). Jenn and Emily did an outstanding job and Jenn looked to be a great motivator. She has become one of my all time favourites on the challenges. The Grey team: First of all, is it true that Abram didn't eat or drink the morning of the final? I think it was mentioned on the reunion.. I felt bad for him but after watching the reunion with him saying it was awesome.. Well allright Abe, good for you. Sarah... What a joke she is. The entire season she's complaining about how CM and Luke might slow her team down in the final and when the final is there, she doesn't bring it to the table either. Very very much overrated IMO. And Laurel, who does she think she is. She had been on one challenge before this one, but she still thought she could run the show from day one. Heck, if she got her wishes and CM and Luke had been eliminated, she would've had to do the biggest part of that final on her own. I can't wait for the day she loses a 1on1, it will feel like justice to me. Props to Luke and especially CM, she has had to put up with all that crap from Laurel and Sarah the entire challenge, and I believe she proved them wrong right there in the final. Red Team: Strong and solid in the final. I'm really happy for Tyler, he has really improved himself as a competitor on this challenge. Am I happy for Dunbar? I don't like the guy, but he has been better on this show than on the previous one, so yeah, I'm happy for him. And then there is the unevidable couple, Brori (or Torad), I'm happy they one because A) I will never have to see Tori's face on my computer screen again and B) Brad finally wins a challenge. Although I didn't like him this challenge, I think I will miss Brad in any future challenges. Conclusion: I thought it was a great season, filled with useless drama(we're all getting used to it, right?) and IMO a good overall competitive level. Looking forward to the next one.
LOL @ Abram and Sarah ending up not finishing. It's funny how people were so fixated on Cara Maria yet 2 of the stronger people ended up in the hospital and she went on to finish. Luke and Cara Maria get props from me. I'm glad that the Red team won for 2 reasons: 1.All of the people that was left on the red team were acutal castmembers. 2.Brad and Tori can now get the hell off my T.V screen. Blue team...Well what can you say there was only 2 of them and there was no way they were gonna win that. I heard on another site that that final challenge took 8 hours to finish. These challenges get more extreme it seems and I think they need to tone it down a bit. Did anyone else noticed while the cast was running TJ was riding his bike right beside them? I thought that was kinda cool.
I think it's a shame that wasn't shown in the show or the reunion. Laurel already does a great job of coming across as not the most pleasant person, so there was no reason to edit that all out and make her look worse (at least in reference to her abilities). I'm not surprised that she was the strong person in the final, either. I do think she needs to seriously get off of Luke and CM's backs for the voting that happened earlier. Once they made it to the finals, she should have just focused on dealing with it. What should be important to her is that she will be earning some money either way. And just because someone is a weaker person, it does not automatically mean they will totally bomb the final. Of course you try to vote them off if the opportunity arises (and I'm not speaking throwing challenges), but if they make it through, it doesn't mean they are guaranteed that they will mess up. I agree that these finals are becoming too extreme. Not everyone is a championship athlete. Yes, competing is a point of these shows, but it originally started to unite the two shows and multiple seasons together. There can still be great competitions without the cast barreling through a half marathon. I can understand Abram and Sarah (and Emily) getting sick, and I am surprised more people did not. It sounds like it was brutal. I hadn't thought about the red team being all RW/RR people at the end. I guess that is a neat point, although the person I liked best on their team was a FM2 person (Brandon). I thought Brad should have been there at the end on BOTS2, so I guess this kind of makes up for it. But I haven't been very fond of him these last couple of challenges. Tyler surprisingly ended up being the most likeable on the final team to me.
Yes + had Luke and CM been gone as Laurel wished, than she would've been on her own for the most part on that final(with Sarah and Abram eliminated from the race).
If Laurel only wants professional athletes around her, why is she on a reality show and not in professional sports? Or she should join the army/navy. Even though these challenges have become more extreme, I'd find it boring if only super athletes would appear on the show. Don't get me wrong: I don't want to see someone like Casey ever again, but I also don't think that everyone should be like Laurel or Ev. I like a good mix of people with different abilities. I thought this challenge was really great and I don't mind the red team winning. At least everyone that made it to the final won some nice cash anyways. AND: Johnny did NOT win, which is even sweeter.
Oh, and while I haven't been thrilled with Sarah since the challenges, I did like how she was the one really taking care of Abram. She also gave CM a talk earlier in the challenge when CM felt some of the girls didn't understand her or whatever. So that side of her is still there, at least.
I don't know if it's just because I watched almost the whole season of Gauntlet earlier yesterday, but I thought that was one of the worst episodes/ final challenges ever. It was horrible IMO. Maybe I'm alone here, but it wasn't exciting. It was just boring and bleh. It was kinda funny that TJ was riding his bike alongside them though.
So my thought's on the season finale: Sarah... What a joke she is.
Sarah is not a joke she's a great competitor and a wonderful human being. Abe is a great competitor as well. It just so happen that 2 of gray's strongest players got heat stroke. They're both human you know. Have you ever got heat stroke? Once you get heat stroke your body won't let you continue even if you want to. Thus, it doesn't mean Sarah/Abe don't have the will/drive, but rather there bodies couldn't handle the conditions.
Well, Laurel of course did really well but carrying CM is part of the challenge, not that CM needed to be carried. In addition, Abe started questioning Cm abilities right before the final mission. So lets not be hypocritical here. Abe is just as guilty in that department as Sarah is. With that being said Sarah and Abe are awesome.
