I actually think this this might be the first smart thing Creepuinn has done. It doesn't force him to say a name or show his cards, basically it says "everyone is important, and I can't choose between all my friends so I'll leave it to fate". It also scares Leah into not using it since it's random and she wouldn't know who would go up, but at the same time he's not telling her she can't use it. It's actually kinda genius.
