I'm just not sure that a lot of people would vote for Crystal because of how different she looks. I hope they will, but there are some who wouldn't just based off of how she looks.
I totally agree, because I have read some really mean things about her personal appearance. There are so many stereotypes, it is really sad. I think regardless of her winning AI or not, she will have a long career in the music business.
On the other hand, as far as females left to choose from, Siobhan is also "different," So hopefully people just listen to the music and go from that.
Wow, that black guy butchered Maxwell's "this womans work."
Everyone was so impressed with him the first time he sang it, Kara even cried. I just shrugged. The only impressive thing was when he hit the big falsetto note, other than that I felt little emotion or connection and thought the rest of the vocals were okay not cry worthy. I like Big Mike as a person but I really haven't been that impressed with his vocals or his performance ability.

I haven't watched AI since Chris Daughtry got voted off years ago, my roommate had it on on the way to the bathroom so have no idea who he is. That song is beautiful and he ruined it. I got hype though cause I LOVE that song, but damn, he butchered it!
What the song should sound like...its so pretty. I fell in love with it ever since I heard it on love and basketball- my favorite movie.

Michael is a good singer and has a long story we will have to find out later if it was worth the save but I dont think he will win the whole thing. Tim and Andrew need to go home next week.
I don't think they should have used the save on big Mike. I just don't see him winning this. What if someone like Lee, Sioban or Crystal ends up going home next week? (Unlikely, but you never know. Although I would enjoy if if Crystal left purely because Lee is my favorite and I think Crystal is his biggest competition.)
Cjslife, Lee is my favorite too. I'm ready to see Casey James go home. Blah.
I am as well, none of his performances have really stuck out for me. Plus he would be so much better looking if he would just cut that hair.
I think it was right to save him, instead of just using the save eventually, just so that it could be said the save was important. It also removes the ridiculous suspense and added drama which is only annoying and at times is mean to the contestants.
P.S. I can not really see any of these people winning this. Lee (my favorite) can not answer a question without stuttering and constantly looks scared to death. I only watch the show now for Lee, Crystal and Casey. Sadly, Tim is often the most entertaining for me, at least he can answer a question.

My husband and I refer to him as Lee ( do I really have to stare at that ****** camera) Dwyze!

I love Lee. He really does seem to hate the show they always have to put on. I think that makes him better.
I haven't really paid much attention to the offerings by Mike and Lee because their personalities grate on me. I probably haven't made it through an entire performance by either of them other than 100,000 Fireflies and that was only because my friends and I had been making fun of that song recently, so I had to see the horror show.
Crystal doesn't come across nearly as smug as she did in the earlier rounds, but her "style" of music doesn't really do anything for me. She'll do well regardless how she finishes. It might even be beneficial for her to lose, sparing her the indignity of singing a Kara D pop song.
That leaves Siobhan & Casey for me (Katie is good but needs a few years). I really dig Casey but feel he'd be better finding/creating a band to front. I would pay to see him shred it up in concert though. So here's to hoping Siobhan somehow pulls off an upset and takes it home (too bad Kris wasn't the guest mentor this week, he might have been able to give her some good advice on that front).

Oh I love Lee too, my hubby and I always have little nicknames each year.

I am not sure as to why Lee's personality would be grating, as we have not seen much of it. I do agree with you about Mike, he seems like a great guy, and he does have a nice voice, there is just something so cheesy about the way he performs. Do I think he is a star? Not really.
LMAO about Crystal singing a Kara song! Let's hope it is not near as bad as last years!
I like Siobhan, I like her voice, I think she is very different. I do think though that she has not been nearly as consistent as Casey or Crystal. I think she needs to take some time and really work on her voice, and what works best for it. She has had some great moments, but she has also had some wth was she thinking moments as well.
I would like to see Siobhan, Casey, Crystal and Lee as the final four!
Tim did alright last night, but I still think him and Andrew are going home tonight or Aaron in the mix. Crystal is the best out of the girls obviously. Siobhan and Katie are kind of tied right now. Lee is good, but we've seen guys like him before.

I agree with you, for the most part. I think Tim and Andrew will be bottom two. I would like to see Casey go home before Aaron... but he has the sexy factor. So, he probably wont.
I don't understand why Siobhan was smiling during her song. Suspicious Minds isn't a happy song. She's singing about a relationship potentially ending because of jealousy.. The smile was weird.
Everyone sucked last night with the exception of Crystal, Lee, and Katie. I was expecting that though. Anytime anyone sings Elvis.. they sound like bad karoake. His voice is too iconic.
I like Siobhan she seems different, but she hasn't been constant. Katie is good, but she is not strong enough to win the whole thing. So far based upon all performances Crystal and Lee are capable of winning. Last night I thought Andrew was the worse. If he doesn't go home tonight then the wrong person will go home.

I had to sit and think about it for a while but I figured out why I don't care for Lee or some of the others so much. I think I initially judged them based on their appearance or whatever impressions they gave early on in Hollywood rounds, and then dismissed their talent. Come to think of it, I tend to do that a lot and I also tend to root for the underdog even when he/she sucks. So with all previous bias out of the way and based purely on singing capability, I'd have to say I want Crystal/Casey/Lee for the final 3. Siobhan has shown some serious issues with the lower parts of any song. Casey still has too much vibrato and I wonder if it's because of nerves. Lee tends to look as though he just woke up with a hangover at any given point, but he's definitely good enough to win. Crystal - maybe I don't like her style that much but if she goes on to win, it would represent what AI has been trying to do since the beginning: give the little guy a break. Not the guy who's already toured or had gigs or been in theatre or whatever but the true amateur with raw talent.
I think Andrew and Big Mike might be going home tonight, with maybe Katie as the third in the bottom three.
I'm not a Tim Urban fan (although I think he has great teeth) but I thought he did well last night, and that Seacrest slow dancing with some random guy in the background was a bit distracting. I think Ryan was on something last night!
Lee and Crystal are my favorites. I think the judges were a bit harsh on Casey last night.
I haven't watched in months (because the show is a farce at this point) but just caught that the guy that didn't even make the 25 was safe tonight, lol.
Vote for the worst must be working overtime.

Actually, at this point, they're all the worst. I take that back. Two people are great. One has potential. The rest are TERRIBLE.
Andrew went home finally, Katie could have lasted two more weeks. I hope Crystal wins it if not then Siobhan because she is weird in a cute/pretty way.
I think it will be Andrew/Katie/Aaron, Tim/Aaron or Aaron/Casey
Well atleast I was halfway right.
wth? People still think Siobhan will win? Now I heard everything.
Absolutely not. With her decline I think Tim may even make it further than her. If he keeps getting praised by the judges he could potentially pass casey, aaron, big mike, and Siobhan. I'm so done with this season I hope he makes it real far.
Even though Andrew was my favorite it was his time to go. He made a couple of bad song choices and didnt stay true to what he is really good at which is acoustic music. I will definatly buy his album when he makes one.
I actually think Tim did well this week, but that doesnt change the fact that he has been bad the rest of the time. I think he should have been gone a long time ago but with the judges starting to like him he may be there a long time.
