Is anyone keeping up with the recent skydance/paramount news? I'm going to start reading about it but was looking to see if anyone has the rundown?
i saw they're pushing a big focus on Paramount+
"Scaling Our Streaming Services
While all these changes will transform our company, none will be more pivotal to our future than the evolution of our streaming services, which we will scale into powerful, profitable global platforms. We are committed to increasing investment in premium, exclusive content because we understand that exceptional storytelling is the single biggest driver of subscriber growth and loyalty."
hopefully they finally put episodes on P+ next day
"Will they spin off or sell their rapidly declining cable assets? Mr. Shell, the Paramount president, suggested they would not spin off the cable networks, saying he did not think that would “make sense for us.”"

If they cast the best than 90% of the cast would be black. Black people have a history of carrying and delivering the most on reality. I've also yet to see a boring Dominican on reality tv so if they were casting the best, there'd be way more Dominicans.

THANK YOU OS!! Im supposed to believe that for 20 years straight white people were just killing their audition tapes to the point where we would get only 1-2 black people and maybe 1 other poc. I'm supposed to believe that Clay Honeycutt was the best person they could possibly get? Absolutely not. Cbs expected a certain amount of white people.

new owner is a major trump supporter so i better not see my reality shows being family friendly next year.
Your reality shows gonna look the cast of Friends too
There just won't be quotas instead of casting the best people for the show.
Quite sure you've never been the best at anything you've done in life.
That's why those quotas exist. But I already know you're one of those so lol.

Jesse Tannenbottom will always cast 50% or close to it majority. So unless he gets fired don't expect to see much change on the CBS side.
Lol. Let's not pretend like Big Brother didn't have an unspoken quota of only casting 1-2 black people per season prior to bb23
