This is honestly a fair criticism. She was on the dominant tribe and only got to be on six episodes and she got Probst screwed. I wouldn't expect everyone to necessarily think she was a memorable Survivor character.
It's about the potential for drama and her penchant for shit talking. I don't think Sydney is a reach at all in terms of what she'll bring.
I would give Venus the same type of critiques if she went hope 3rd or 4th instead of making the Final 7.
