If she wants to speak about it one day she deserves the platform. The show ended up being traumatic for her but at one point she did enjoy the spotlight before everything ensued. Her voice deserves to be heard if she wants it to be heard.

I don't know if she enjoyed the spotlight as much as she was desperate for it. I mean she dated Johnny Fairplay...you'd have to be desperate for attention to do that. I'm also sure she's not legally allowed to speak on it, they settled out of court if I'm not mistaken. What likely happened is that she had enough evidence to make it complicated for MTV, and rather than risk litigation they gave her a nice settlement, but on the condition that she not speak of the case. Survivor did the same thing with Stacey Stillman when she sued. If she spoke on it now there would still likely be legal and financial ramifications.
I don't need Tonya to speak on the situation. I just want to know that she is well and happy. I just wish she lost that first elimination and maybe took some to heal after that season and return at a later date in a better headspace. I think she was actually one who enjoyed the show and experience. I hate how it ended for her

I wish she had skipped Ruins all together. How she cleared the psyche exam is beyond me. Tonya had too much on her plate. She needed therapy and emotional healing, not a month of being tormented by JEK.

I agree. If she got herself together and returned for FM2 or Cutthroat I think it would have been a way better fit.
