What are you talking about? First of all, 29/30 is not old. Second, she looks good. Have you seen her body?? She boxes. She is tough. Give her a break. :girl_mad:

Tonya actually looks good but seems to have had stuff going on when she was on the ruins, which she did. And Derrick really doesn't look that old except his hair is thinning out, but there are a lot of people who have that even in late 20's.
While I think is a good looking man, I was surprised to read Derrick was just 26. I am around that age and I feel like he looks older than a lot of my friends and peers. I don't know if it's just knowing that he's a dad or if it's because he's someone people look up to on challenges but he's always seemed much older than a lot of the cast to me. I certainly respect the way he looks though and my thinking he was older is in no way meant as disrespect.

I didn't mean to sound like I thought 29/30 was old. I'll be there in about 6 years, so I definitely don't think that. I just meant that she doesn't look 20/30. She looks older. As does Derrick...and I mean a lot older.

Well Susie was 18 when she did Road Rules and now she's 30 and doesn't look any different. Coral was 22 when she did her original show and still looks great and she's 30 or 31. Even Beth looks good for her age.
Having started to rewatch BOTSexes1, I forgot that Tonya, Aneesa, Rachel (RR:CC), and a few others were on there. Tonya does not look much different on the Ruins than she did on this show. The only real difference was her apparent stress level.

Tonya was a lot thinner in BOTS1. Her behavior was VERY different too. She didn't cause any drama on BOTS1, she was all about playing fair and voting off the person w/ the lowest score. She got along with everybody and was friends with Rachel and Veronica. Tonya didn't participate in a mission because it involved taking your clothes off if you got a question wrong.
Then all of a sudden on BOTS2, she did a 180 and was hooking up with a bunch of guys and flashing herself and was willing to do anything to win. The whole 180 has never been explained....then now Rachel and Veronica are against her in Inferno 2, very confusing.
Her appearance had not changed that much. There was one fact though. I do believe that between BOTS1 & BOTS2 she had gotten breast implants. I have yet to rewatch RW: Chicago since it originally aired so I don't remember if she had them at that time. Her newfound confidence because of the implants may have been a reason for the 180.
She was not the only one to refuse to strip. Anne of RR Northern Trail refused as well.

She got them after BOTS1 I'm pretty sure, since she talks about in the Gauntlet 1. But she's still pretty reserved in the Gauntlet 1 and isn't going wild. Ayanna, Emily, and Christina also didn't participate in that mission. But none of them did a 180 later on.

She did have implants during RW Chicago. It was mentioned during the season. I also remember Cara talking about Tonya telling her about them and I think showing them to her. Cara told I think Kyle and Keri (?) about it. I think Tonya had gone through body issues at some point and told Cara the story.
Tonya has ALWAYS been a good competitor, people only try to get "rid" of her because she's irrational and you never know what she's gonna do, but I'll always love Tonya.
she wasn't a great competitor in BOTS1. She didn't do well in any of the missions and her score was always borderline middle. She could've possibly done well if Amaya didn't get a DQ.

Wow one challenge...sorry, I'm not an encyclopedia. Overall, she is good competitor. V1 posted a list that the cast made of all the girls from the Thailand challenge and Ev, KA, and Tonya were in the top 3. Regardless, I've always thought she was great.
Tonya was a good competitor in BOS1 she decided to take one for the team and partern up with Amaya cause nobody else wanted to, it ended up costing her because Amaya disqualified their team and Tonya ended up spraining her ankle and didnt do well in the remaining competitions because of her ankle.
Tonya has done well physically in every challenge she has been on, her weakest moments were probably in the Inferno 2, but she still made it to the end on that one.
She hasnt been on twitter lately, anybody know what shes been up to lately?
I hope shes on the next challenge :)
