Crazy as this may sound I think going up against Survivor may not have been a great idea after all.
Those are good numbers though for mtv current standard since double agents all of their shows took a hit. The challenge also did but it always remained on the top 5 this season.
i agree on the engagement issue 100%. if casuals first reaction to S2 cast on IG was, "I dont know who any of these people are besides ____ and ___" of course they wont tune in. thats why im confused SLA had 0 All Stars on it besides Aneesa who i think was on the season?
They had the same issue with All Stars 1 and it also had lack of engagement. Once again your favorites doesn't impact ratings as much as you love to say.
im happy to be wrong but they need to change their casting next season regardless. if im wrong next szn we'll see but itd be a mistake not to add a lot of real legends next main show unless its not in their budget

the ratings are good for MTV standards rn so everything they've been doing will remain -- I think they'll throw in some favorites but majority of the regulars will stink up the show cause those are who the casuals know & love now
All-Stars is a 1000x better product and no rational person can argue that. After 6 weeks they finally decide to air it at 10:30, most people interested already watching it. No one is sticking around after suffering through 90 minutes of that garbage. VIACOM sucks at promotion, no watches MTV, and no one is subscribed to Paraflop Minus either. Not shocked the ratings suck, still love it though!
