chavo, I think it's so funny because of the absurdity of how serious and difficult he was about his ridiculous (albeit catchy) song when they are struggling to put together a talk show. Everyone in the segment is answering questions about themselves and it cuts to him just doing that. It was so out of place it was hysterical.
It was fitting that Dave Chappelle brought him on his show because it looked like one of his skits. It's probably not funny to every audience. Where I come from, it's legendary tv. lol.
Ok maybe it's my sense of humour but the "Come on Be My Baby Tonight" thing went completely over my head. I didn't get what was so funny about it. I was watching like "um ok, is this supposed to be funny?"
