Out of all the racist tweets i've seen from challengers Laurel's tweet is so far down the list lmao it was Rihanna lyrics granted the word shouldn't have been typed but no need to be banned for it either.
I will say I think Kenny is a little full of shit. I don't think the guys were like shaking in their boots every second around the house per say but I also don't think any of them wanted to fight CT or face him in elimination.
Someone mentioned CT and how he was perceived by castmates. If you believe Kenny, he said MTV gave CT this big, scary, bad boy edit but they weren't scared of him. He said CT would show up in the house coked out of his mind and no one took him seriously. He said he punked him a few times. And he said they didn't show how Frank from Vegas on Gauntlet 3 straight punked CT and CT wanted no smoke with him.
Not sure how much I believe Kenny as you indicated. When CT went into kill mode on The Duel 2 some of those guys were scared.
well, he was a whole other beast that night on Duel 2 because his brother had just been murdered. People thought he would legit kill little Adam because he was so out of control and in a really, really dark place.
Kenny wasn't there and seemed to be referring to Challenges he did with the guy where he said many people including Frank did stand up to him and MTV just didn't show it.
He also said CT on Inferno 3's ego was hurt after he lost at wrestling him, so he tried choking him, ended up with a bloody nose, thought it would make him look like a punk on tv and later ends up punching Davis and gets sent home.
If you ask me, it looks to me that lots of drugs were his main problem back then. That's probably why Coral called him a crackhead on Gauntlet 3.

Yeah, like Laurel really is at the bottom when it comes to how problematic. I just ask because it came out of no where and like she said it, so that it couldn't be used against her if someone else dug it up. But we still haven't seen her. I thought maybe she did that so that MTV wouldn't be all like "gotcha"

Standing up to CT is not the same as punking him, which is where it sounds like Kenny is blowing smoke.
I don't think the guys were scared of CT going to Adam incident levels all the time but they def were scared to face him in an elimination and didn't want to fight him if it came down to it. Look at Evan after he picked CT on the Duel - he immidiately regretted it and was shaking over it.
Guys like Kenny are pretty full of shit about their time on the challenge now. I mean, CT was embarassed to lose a simple wrestling match, sure, but Kenny was embarassed after when CT went for real and choked him lol.
Also everyone knows CT did coke/drugs/drank way to much. It's a pretty well known fact by cast and non-casual fans.

Kenny wasn't there but he appearently spoke for the male division of the cast at that time. Kenny was the only one who was not there for Dual 2. All his friends and the others he was speaking for, were there. And its clear he looked like a monster to them
Yeah, him talking about CT ended up with a bloody nose, is where those pics come from. They were wrestling and what Kenny did was an accident. That is when CT got mad, and choked him. CT did not get mad at Kenny and attacked someone else. He choked Kenny first then david, its on vimeo
LOL @ him not telling the whole story in its proper sequence
IDK what CT's problem was back then, but he admitted himself he had issues. We all know he did drugs and thats only going to make it worse. In Real World Paris, I think he was the most normal. I doubt he was doing drugs at the time because he didn't give off he was. But like I said, he showed still that he was agressive sometimes.
I agree with deeper. I don't think every single guy feared CT per say. But I don't agree with downplaying what he was capable of and how that may make someone feel. Maybe at one point Kenny thought you couldn't take him seriously. But I am sure Kenny learned his lesson when got choked and the others saw him in a bad way after dual 2. If they didn't, they wouldn't object to him coming back so much and constantly call him a monster after that. If they didn't know at first, they learned. Like I said, only a fool would down play a big agressive druggie/drunk.
Like let's be honest - CT was horrible for a long time. He was a coked out drunk alpha meathead who was unpredictable and dangerous. He got good edits cause he was the hot bad boy like someone said.
He only started to get the golden boy edit because of Diem and how much the challenge loved pushing that relationship over AND over.
Someone mentioned CT and how he was perceived by castmates. If you believe Kenny, he said MTV gave CT this big, scary, bad boy edit but they weren't scared of him. He said CT would show up in the house coked out of his mind and no one took him seriously. He said he punked him a few times.
LOL I would believe that if we didn't see CT choke the shit out of him during the Gauntlet 2 (or 3). By "punked him", he meant he accidently made CT's nose bleed and then CT had him on the floor and he needed the other castmates to get CT off of him because he couldn't do it himself lol/
And if Dual 2 and the way they couldn't handle him didn't happen, I would believe him lol. You can only blame so much on editing. Its funny because some argue the opposite, that CT was worse and MTV spared him with editing. So, which is it? I do think CT was more sensitive than he led on, only because of the way he was on real world paris. You see him at his most vulnerable. However, even in real world Paris he talked about how he liked to fight and took up boxing and he did show that he can be agressive there.
Life's too short to act like CT wasn't an agressive person, and being on drugs and alcohol makes it worse. You are a fool if you think someone like that, is someone to play with and thats probably how Kenny ended up in that position in those photos above
The pics go along with what Kenny was explaining in the interview. Kenny (who was a wrestler) beat him in a wrestling match and CT felt a way about it, so he came up behind and choked him. So you have screenshots of that moment. I remember seeing the footage, including the wrestling myself. He was actually explaining the events of the night that led to CT punching Davis and getting sent home. He said he thinks he did that because after his nose ended up all bloody, he felt his tough guy image was taking a hit.
But anyway, the point was, he claims MTV wanted to give CT this cool, bad boy edit so they edited out people standing up to him. I do believe Frank from Gauntlet 3 stood up to him because if you watch the footage of where he pours soda over Adam's head, it looks like he had been in Frank's face first and then turned his attention to little Adam.
Edit: Sorry, punk was a term I used rephrasing and summing up what Kenny said in the interview. I don't think he used the exact word "punk" but it's the Mike Lewis one. Look it up if curious. lol. Landon said when interviewed a week later that Kenny's claim of beating him in wrestling is a lie, so like I said earlier, he could be lying about him not being scared of CT part.
I can definitely tell Bananas is scared of him. When he was arguing with Wes on Rivals 2 and CT stepped in to defend Wes, Bananas kept trying to look around CT and avoid him. He was so scared. lol. That clip is hilarious.
Ugh we could have had Bear and Devin on a season together. MTV fumbled the bag there.
Devin Wouldnt have been on Double agents if it wasn't for Bear, Rogan and Jordan stuff
And this is why I do not fault Devin for playing it "safe" in terms of game play. Aligning with CT a guy who is going to beat him 10/10 times in literally anything especially a final because Devin just wants to go as far as possible and be a confessional gangster so he doesn't go back in to alternate purgatory hell which is what he was in after Final Reckoning.

Yeah Kenny may have stood up to him after play wrestling but PUNKING that did not happen lmao. CT was very upset by that bloody nose and wanted to kill
I just call BS on Kenny because its not realistic knowing how the cast members constantly reacted to CT in situations when it got real.
And because Kenny and Johnny and Evan would do to GIRLS, what they claim CT do to "guys half his size". Like, I can't take you serious when you come harder for girls constantly than you will "big bad CT with the edit" LOL. Say what you want about CT but he held back on women, and had to tell Kenny to stop yelling at Robin during a final. You can't talk about CT being a punk when he has to tell you to stop making a girl cry and you're now banned for harrassing a girl. And Johnny will throw a pillow at a girl's head and talk mad shit, but sit down when CT stands up lol
Out of all the racist tweets i've seen from challengers Laurel's tweet is so far down the list lmao it was Rihanna lyrics granted the word shouldn't have been typed but no need to be banned for it either.
I put nothing past production. And stans would probably spam the accounts about it the minute laurel does something they don't like which doesn't help
My guy Nelly T has only followed Eman and Berna since they got their phones back. I am biased but I am most interested to see how he got to the end without seeing any eliminations. That is just so.... un nelson like lmao. Just basing it purely off of who went on the Ibiza trip and nothing else which is baseless it looks like he was well insulated in the Nany, Tori and Kaycee alliance at first glance.

He probably played a good game. Nelson isn't bad at that. I think he is better at than Cory.
I hope he got second place!!! It better not have been Kyle or Devin. I have nothing against them but Nelson was able to avoid elimination unlike them. So he probably was performing pretty good to a certain degree

Hope you are right fam!!! Daily challenges have ALWAYS been his biggest weakness. He is on a horrific daily challenge losing streak lmao. but yah on paper it looks like it is by far his best played game. On invasion yah he made the final but got damn he saw 3 eliminations to do so!!! lol

Once Cory left he probably worked with Devin, CT, Nany, Tori and Kaycee. Cory leaving was actually probably great for his game.
I will say I think Kenny is a little full of shit. I don't think the guys were like shaking in their boots every second around the house per say but I also don't think any of them wanted to fight CT or face him in elimination.
All you need to remember to know Kenny is full of shit is Evan who was the best overall competitor back then and dominated The Duel when it came to the daily challenges that season winning 6 was still scared to face CT in a elimination and pissed that Wes got one over on him and out manuevered him. He was so mad at Wes because he was scared to face CT.
But anyway, the point was, he claims MTV wanted to give CT this cool, bad boy edit so they edited out people standing up to him. Frank said he wanted to have an alliance with CT so who knows what they were talking about. Frank probably did stand up to CT but punked is the word that is the issue here.
Kenny is an unreliable narrator because of his ego. At least even at the height of the CT-Wes rivalry, Wes admitted CT legit scared him. JEK all felt that way at least a bit irl and esp in the game. CT targeted littler guys for sure but that didn't mean others were going to try anything.
Now Kenny isn't wrong that production edited CT a specific way to see like the big bad boy of the show, but it's amusing that Kenny of all people is talking about production covering up things for cast members lol.

I think Kenny was talking about CT as a person not a competitor. I do believe they were afraid of both parts though, especially Bananas.
I love how on the Duel, Evan agreed with Wes to do it and then got scared and realized, oh sh, I just helped Wes' game. I'm about to go home.

Yeah, I remember how upset Evan was about that. I don't think I ever seen a more dissapointed reaction, besides Johnny's reaction when CT came back for cutthroat lol.
Speaking of that season, the difference in TJ's responses to CT being mad that he DQ'd the elimination against brad vs TJ's responses to Syrus when he lost against Derrick. Tj cursed Syrus out. CT was the one cursing TJ out and yelling at him, TJ was meek about it lol.
Like I said, the way the cast would respond to CT during certain situations says something. And you can't blame them he was big, agressive and on shit lmao. Sometimes its just about being smart lol

Frank said he wanted to have an alliance with CT - that's what they were discussing. Other cast member said the same thing. Frank probably did stand up to CT but punked is the word that is the issue here.

Okay, PUNKED is the word I used in summing up what Kenny was describing. I wasn't directly quoting Kenny. If someone is trying to bully you and you get confrontational right back, unafraid and they suddenly back down, where I'm from that is "punking" a bully. He described the Frank situation sort of like that and said CT wanted none of Frank. I believe the Frank thing somewhat and editing, but Kenny I agree is not a reliable source overall.
My guy Nelly T has only followed Eman and Berna since they got their phones back. I am biased but I am most interested to see how he got to the end without seeing any eliminations. Yeah, I don't think its as easy to skate through a final as people make it seem. You either have to have performed pretty well or worked hard social wise. Especially if you're like Nelson, who isn't a champ yet. He was doing something right this time around. I am glad after what happened in DA
Now Kenny isn't wrong that production edited CT a specific way to see like the big bad boy of the show, but it's amusing that Kenny of all people is talking about production covering up things for cast members lol.
Its amusing Kenny talking about himself and his friends not taking a male like CT seriously, when him and his friends had more smoke for and towards women than they did CT, respectfully.

The word choice is what is throwing us off then cause to me punked means to clown or bluff someone. Standing your ground =/= punked imo. But that's fine, just a semantics issues.
Just again, totally believe production edited CT a certain way, but that Kenny is still an unreliable narrator of that time because his own ego was bruised by CT. Like I bet Frank would tell that story completely differently. CT would too (though who knows if his cokehead would remember it well).

Of course. Funny enough, I've seen CT stick up for girls who have been outcast/picked on. From wanting to be Cara Maria's partner after she injured her arm on Free Agents. And then on Inferno 2, he was the only one sticking up for Tonya, saying "the girls like to say Tonya's this big slu but she's never done anything as bad as you Veronica." lol.
Not to mention that time when Paula (I think it was her) said the guys were picking on her he immediately went out ready to get into it with anyone who was bothering her. No explanation or hesitation just went out because she asked.

Like I said, the way the cast would respond to CT during certain situations says something. And you can't blame them he was big, agressive and on shit lmao. Sometimes its just about being smart lol
Nelson's always been kind of meh at dailes. He has more elimination wins than daily wins, doesn't he?
Okay, PUNKED is the word I used in summing up what Kenny was describing. I wasn't directly quoting Kenny. If someone is trying to bully you and you get confrontational right back, unafraid and they suddenly back down, where I'm from that is "punking" a bully. He described the Frank situation sort of like that and said CT wanted none of Frank. I believe the Frank thing somewhat and editing, but Kenny I agree is not a reliable source overall.
Yeah, I don't think its as easy to skate through a final as people make it seem. You either have to have performed pretty well or worked hard social wise. Especially if you're like Nelson, who isn't a champ yet. He was doing something right this time around. I am glad after what happened in DA
I've been on vacation, what place did Amanda get on the finals? Hopefully the queen won her rightful prize.
Its amusing Kenny talking about himself and his friends not taking a male like CT seriously, when him and his friends had more smoke for and towards women than they did CT, respectfully.
Whose gonna tell her.
That was on Rivals 2 yes
