Arissa seems like she was healthy and well going into All Stars. She is just naturally skinny, the food arrangements is probably what made her look thinner. She did mention losing weight during her experience. I think she would come back again
Svetlana apparently said yes to season 1, she just couldn't get some information done in time. I don't know how she is doing now, the fact that we could've gotten her according to Gamer is crazy

Hundreds of castmembers have contacted Mark trying to get on season 2. Many who turned season 1 down but saw the finished show and now want in.
Half makes sense. If Mark Beth and Derrick aren't on next season I'd be shocked. Expecting Katie Aneesa Alton Darrell Nehemiah and Kendal is she's able as well. Oh and Jemmye.
Jisela would be a No because she is having surgery this week and no way could she recover by August. Jonna confirmed she was called for season 2 and would do it. Jemmye got an email from the casting lady when she was in Costa Rica.
It should ne noted that Jonna's exact words were " I heard only half of the original cast is coming back. They want as many people back from the first season as they can get. Not all of them are available or have turned it down."

Hopefully it's not a lot from season 1 returning but my top guy and girl would be Laterrian and Kendal to return.
