For me Inferno 2
I remember when I started watching I started to get everyone I knew to watch Free Agents, and I'd probably still say that. Individual with good competitions and a solid cast, and not the overly complicated formats they have now. Cutthroat was another one I was showing my friends just because I love it. WOTW would be a recent one, another favourite with a great cast, competitions & visuals/theme
Paulie is so messy, I love him. would have been fun to swap the Calafiore brothers - and have Cody on Total Madness/S36 and Paulie on Big Brother All Stars
I see a lot of people picking Free Agents. My first season was Rivals 2 and that trailer was epic. If i hadn't seen the R2 trailer back in 2013 I'm not too sure if I would get into the challenge as much because the Free Agents trailer SUCKED big time.
But I do agree that FA was pretty cool to watch, albeit a bit predictable at times.

It would be a toss up of Sexes, The Gauntlet, or Inferno 2. All three are strong seasons, but I probably would go with the original Gauntlet. I feel like they cast had great drama, they still appeared to be having fun, and Sarah's story was incredible. This coming from the stand point of watching more for entertainment and less extreme sports/fake over dramatic drama for social media followers aspect.
So right now Free Agents seems to be the most popular answer and I'd agree if we are just talking newer seasons, with Battle of the Exes 2 or Rivals 2 being close runner ups.

The Inferno 2 is third on my list. The original Gauntlet and the original Inferno would probably be my suggestions. Coral is TV gold.
I do agree that if people are trying to "get into the show now" then Free Agents might be the best call since the game has changed so much.

Yeah I'd say Free Agents as well as it's a mix of what the show was at the time and what it is now.
War of the Worlds 1, definitely.
I think Rivals 2-Exes 2 would be a cool little "trilogy"
maybe even BOTS 2 but I have a bias since it was my first lol
If I started there I'd have never made it to the second season lol
I miss Turbo, Paulie, and Theo... I'd love for all three of them to return to the challenge next year..

I want to say Rivals cause it gives a taste of how the Challenge is transitioning - whilst giving new viewers a peak at The Challenge lore.
I would love supplement give Free Agents or Battle of Seasons 2012 for a newer feel
And a Inferno 1/2 or Gauntlet 1/2 for an older feel.

id just tell them to start at fresh meat 1 & go in order from there.
The second half of Exes 2 was good. I feel like the first half was a struggle.
Definitely once the two AYTO teams left, it picked up.
I want to watch it again but it's a struggle with the whole Diem situation. And just knowing the outcome, it's rough.
If Cutthroat didn't have so much wallpaper it would be a season I'd recommend as well.

Yeahh I showed someone im talking to Free Agents first and they was interested right away
Cutthroat is rewatchable at least IMO. As much as I hated the red team the rest is pretty good TV.
