Yes & I was told he's the reason for all the dark serious themes. There is speculation he will take another few seasons off (fingers crossed) they need to just fire his *** smh
I hope so. Wasn't he gone during Invasion and Dirty 30? The tone started to lighten up a bit. Isn;'t that how Shane got back on because an old show runner came back? With the state of world they need to make it a happy fun show again....the viewers and the cast could use it.

Darrell was also vocal during universal commercial filming about not seeing himself doing a regular season and just spinoff since they are shorter/can see and talk to his family whenever he wants on those. Meanwhile leaving for the challenge for that long with minimal communication will be harder for him now.
I legit would be happy with just small mini seasons if it meant we got some great vets back, and happier living conditions - like the champs vs stars time. But we don't need the stars, just Challenge people. Happy. And not prisoners. With phone access. Film it in Cali or somewhere in America so family won't be an issue. So many simple fixes.

Moreso Fresh Meat 1. Fresh Meat 2 was a lot more likeable but if they had to be sacrificed to never have that bundle of flaming trash known as the majority of the Fresh Meat 1 group, so be it lol

I liked Kenny before the Tonya situation. I thought he was funny and lightened up the show. His drama was never too dark, he added to the pranks that added some fun, he easily instigated people, and I enjoyed his commentary.
