Seems like they have removed Alex from Siesta Key cast bios and on some banners after past social media comments were posted online. If I am not wrong he is the main guy on that show so no way he didnt had a bio plus the only reason that show exist is over his rich dad

So that puts an end to the "Nia is banned" narrative that's been going around the last couple of years

The real ones been knew! Now did they probably stop calling after Bloodlines? Probably but who knows. Nonetheless, it was for the best. **** MTV! lol

I think they probably stopped too; she just let everybody know it was mutual & it was going to be "hell naw" if they ever did call her Lol Lol Lol

Trash *** network that can't keep nobody but trash people.

I told you all she wasn't banned lol. As much as I love her, I'm glad she had the maturity and intelligence to tell when it was time to walk away. I remember Katie Doyle saying something similar, how reality tv turns you into a toxic person. She said get paid and praised to start drama and crazy so you think its cool and take it into your real life. Cara, Dee, Paulie, etc. should take notes.

Nia made the right choice. The last God-tier season was Exes 2, and we all know it. She left at the right time.

Plus we've seen John, Cara, Zach, Jenna etc. all the usual regulars be on tv for years with no room for growth in sight. And then you have people like Wes and Nany back on tv being more of a mess than ever and you know this show and entire network is so toxic to begin with. Glad Nia knows her worth. >>>>>>

Well it was for the better that Nia left MTV behind. We've seen what RTV can do to people over time.

It sucks hearing her say how she just wanted to have fun (ie compete).  We could have had Nia for many seasons if they didn't create such an abysmal environment with their toxic cast members.

I love how she say they're demonic and she say we don't even know the half of it! ❤️ chile we know

Was she banned? No. Was MTV ever going to cast her again after Exes 2? No. While she wasn't technically banned, she would've never had a future with MTV regardless if she wanted it or not.

Yeah I thought "banned" was just something we made up since they never really ban people (besides Dee now) they just stop calling them lol

Didn't they really want her for Bloodlines?

agreed. The whole show has such a dark tone, and everyone looks miserable. Back in the day the cast had so much freedom and I think there was a reason so many aim kept wanting to come back. Dang shame.

once JEK era started that's when the challenges started getting less fun, especially during the Ruins.

And the cast still delivered! I don't know why they think making them miserable will cause more drama. Look at this season, everyone is just drained and it's not fun watching them. Stress induced drama isn't funny, I like the fun sloppy drunk drama and politics drama. MAKE THE CHALLENGES FUN AGAIN!!!

They stopped calling her right after bloodlines if I remember correctly Bloodlines calls went out while exes 2 was still airing. MTV usually harrass people season after season when they really want them on their cast like they did with Heather Marter, Kellyanne and Marie until the last 2 came back.

Anywho imagine how amazing the female cast would have been with Nia/Her athletic sister and Marie/Her athletic sister. Instead of us getting larissa, Rianna, Candace Christina sister and Nicole.

PREACH! All of this! Those seasons delivered so much drama, comedy, weird fun missions, and it was all packed into 30 min. Imagine having a cast having fun again in these longer episodes...the world needs some positive energy and they would still get a great season.

Yeah power to y'all that can still religiously watch this show. I really hate the direction the show has taken in the last few years.

It's getting harder to watch, it's just hard to give up a show I watched as a kid but I'm almost there. It's almost unrecognizable from where it started. It's dark, it's not fun, the casting is atrocious, the missions are stale & repetitive, it's just lost the charm. I'm probably close to being out of the target demographics so my opinion doesn't matter though lol.

The last fun challenge for me to watch was Free Agents.. and it's still a fun rewatch. The cast really seemed like they were enjoying themselves.

I'm right there with you, OldSchooler.  I've watched the Challenges since the very beginning and loved them because they were actually fun and had more competition than house drama, which suited me fine.  And the drama seemed real and not paint-by-numbers like it is now.  You can pretty much set your watch by who's going to have a meltdown at what time about whichever conceived slight.  I honestly tried to watch this latest Challenge but soon realized that I wasn't paying any attention to it at all so I decided to call it a day for the Challenges.  The fact that I didn't even recognize Wes (who, for some reason, decided to smuggle a groundhog into the house on his face) was one of the factors in my decision.  At least I'll always have great memories of the good ol' days of the Challenge (barring a serious head injury, of course).

Fellow Old School viewers already know! Throw this shit in the trash.

I was ready to do that but then they cast Day and that pulled me back in lol

Is Justin Booth still an executive producer? He could be a huge reason for this show's dark tone the past couple of seasons.
