I'll use a random generator to assign divisions before the draft. With 12 teams we will do 3 divisions of 4 teams. That way you will play your division rivals twice and everyone else once. Three division winners + one wild card make the playoffs.
The draft order will be set randomly as well 1 hour prior to draft by ESPN.
I set the league to 10, but didn't set a date. We'll try to draft before the first game. Standard league rules.

I can make the league bigger if needed. That is why I have not scheduled the draft yet. Kinda seeing where we end up.
We'll do a user name map here once everyone is signed up so we know who is who.

It's hard to find a perfect day that is going to work for everyone. That is why there is an autodraft setup and selection queues.
That said, I'm willing to move the date if we have enough people that want a different date, but the draft has to finish before kickoff on the 5th.
Edit: And honestly if we start moving it...people will probably end up missing the notice and not show up on time (like last year).

With ESPN you can pick preset everything like round 1 give me a QB, round 2 a RB or WR so it actually isnt to bad
Last year We got a text saying it moved up and was starting in 2 min.
