i feel like the show can go one of two ways its can be amazing or a ******* flop. but still 3 months rent free and still getting to experience it would be amazing. if i do get on tho, you can trust and believe i got yall on content. I'm still trying to figure out who put someone in this thread down for auditioning. I asked why would someone want to be a part of this hot mess. Past Real Worlders have confirmed that the stipend is low and it was low to the point that the Skeletons cast had to get jobs and use Subway napkins as toilet tissue to survive so who would leave their job to basically be a broke college student again? The chances of getting on The Challenge are slim to none now that almost anyone worldwide who has done reality TV meets the requirement. If you're looking to get famous this is a show that'll be airing on Facebook Watch which isn't quite established as Netlfix or Hulu and if you're looking for "The Real World" experience you have a casting director who confirmed they're type casting and looking to create drama rather than letting it organically unfold. So no one is putting anyone down I'm asking a genuine question to see what other reason there is to be on this show.
Also I auditioned before years ago when the show wasn't exactly on life suppport. Now as a college educated Black man I wouldn't dare drop my career and go on this so they can stereotype me and throw me in with a racist to make my life **** for a few views.
Since this is on facebook I can 10000000% see them making the black people even more villainous knowing the primary crowd of people who use Facebook. MTV as shocking as it sounds after watching 32 seasons at least gave black people good edits and if they weren't good edits black twitter rallied behind them.
i dont even see anyone as attacking me for auditioning. so im low key confused. At the end of the day im not attractive enought for a show like AYTO or Big Brother. So as of this moment The Real World is the only thing ive got. Best believe that if i make this cast im RUNNING with this opptunity. Ill do whatever i have to do to make it, but at the end of the day i dont care about the money, i dont care about the clout. Maybe that poster isn’t auditioning to become “online famous” but i’m very sure the majority who have auditioned, did for that and its not happening. They won’t be on a challenge, I don’t see them getting anything out of this. I highly doubt a lot of people are about to take the time to watch this. They should’ve just did like a final season on MTV and ended it.

EDIT: Just be mindful that even though you want to tell your story that may not be what BMP has planned for you. Look at how they treated CeeJai and Sabrina’s stories.

I have a feeling this is going to be pretty tragic tho lol but imma still check it out just to see what they’re trying to do. I think this has potential as far as views (which is apparently 3 seconds) and numbers but i really dont know. none of there shows engagement really matches the view count
& imo, if they’re not giving out challenge spots then it’s not even worth it. I couldn’t put my entire story out there without some benefits in return

same however during one of my interviews i did my skype interview with a girl who also a producer on The Challenge and a good portion of my inter was if i was competieve, what am i like when i lose, when i win, what would i do to win, So who know maybe they will bring back road rules and cast me on that instead :)

They contacted Jay from survivor to be an og for ex on the beach he gave them Morgan info then they were impressed about her resume of "exes" since it was a bunch of reality stars. They liked her from her skype interviews, but if it wasnt for Jay she wouldnt have been approach by MTV.
