isn’t this the same Susie who always had to have Cara throw missions for her to get the lifesaver? She’s good at manipulating people sure. And we won’t have to see if she gets sent home early on a challenge because we know MTV is not calling her back any time soon.
They simply won't pay Susie what she wants. You can criticize her all you want but Susie's trackrecord speaks for itself. She manipulated her way to the end of every season and won every time she was thrown into an elimination. Susie manipulated the hell out of Wes by sending KellyAnne in against Evelyn. Susie > Wes the one time they played and it wasn't even close.
Wes is really good at times and an idiot at times. He was an idiot on Fresh Meat, The Ruins and Exes. He was great on The Duel and apparently Rivals 3 (though I'm just going by what I've read). Fresh Meat 2 he played a decent game but even acknowledged Evelyn was smarter than him and he made a mistake is trusting Jenn. Jenn got the best of him. And Ryan--sadly.

Susie > Wes and she proved that on The Ruins...you guys just hate her because she manipulated the game and worked with EK (not John). Same reason John hates her (Susie & Cara ran Inferno 3). She's better at the game than most of your favorites including Wes. Let me know when Susie gets sent home from a challenge.
She didn't prove shit on the Ruins. JEK had a huge alliance. All she did was join it instead of joining Wes and Evelyn. Really not that spectacular but okay. Wes was public enemy #1 just via casting. Hardly comparable situations.Susie played the game very well and deserves her praise and her Ws, but she's not a staple character. Wes is a staple character.
You can argue that but don't pretend the real alliance on The Ruins wasn't Evan/Kenny/Susie/Johanna. Johnny wasn't even the third guy. Even Evan acknowledged that she was behind the game planning. It was Evan that ****** up the Ibis/Veronica vote (which made my day). Susie's game play is great. I don't care aout the "staple" part. That's fine. Wes did many more of these but Susie outplayed him.

I'm just saying your point is that she outplayed a guy with literally the whole house against him? That's hardly impressive.
i'm still pissed that weston got the spinoff cancelled. He's not entertaining
have you bought your ginger man Wes shirt copy from your idol yet? King Wes living rent free in John’s mind the same way John lives rent free with his parents.

She outplayed everyone on every season though. Kina hated her but still wouldn't call her out. And, yes, the numbers were stacked against Wes but he played at as poorly as anyone could.
The best and most interesting character in challenge history. Always compelling. Always entertaining. Always good t.v. and never boring!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

I am talking about WHO IS A STARRRRRRRRR. Not about who is better than who and all of that recycled debates. Wes is the star of stars. It is one thing to come in as a rookie and win your very first challenge. It has been done numerous times that we have seen. It is a totally different thing however to come in and be the star of the whole show and season like Wes was on Fresh Meat. He WAS that season. He narratated basically the whole thing with help from Evan and Coral. Theo Vonn was a co star on that season as well behind those 3. Almost every season he comes in HE IS THE SHOW. He is the star of that season and he gets the most confessionals/interviews whatever you call it.

Coral was the star of Fresh Meat until she was removed. Wes was her side kick along with Theo, Evan, Kenny (sadly), Diem and (to a lesser degree) Tina.
I don't have an issue with calling Wes a star. I didn't bring Susie up, remember that, but Susie > Wes in terms of game play. Sure--Wes is the bigger draw but I never said otherwise. He's just not the mastermind people make him out to be.
rwportland2 wrote:KVM always has to be THAT guy doesn’t he? But this is coming from someone that praises awful Susie so..
Wes must be one of the few "old school" people he does not like! lmao
i can’t think of any current old school challengers more interesting than Wes. CT is a bore now and has been since he won Rivals 2. John has always been annoying and lacked charisma. He’s lucky Kenny and Evan were banned. Derrick lmao too stupid and boring to be a main character. Darrell and Brad have some potential but they took long breaks. Of course it helps I’m a Wes fan but I can’t think of any challenge he did where he wasn’t a factor of some kind. Even on the ones he got sent home early.
Brad has always been a supporting player to me. A co star. He has never been the focal point of a season say besides cutthroat. Like he is always getting a good amount of t.v. time but he is always a supporting player in someone elses story. He def has adjusted and stood out more and been more entertaining than fellow old schoolers Derrick, Darrell and CT in the new era. Shane has done a 180. He was a snooze when he first started out and only now since he has come back has he become a central character. He carried Invasion and Final Reckoning for sure.

Have you seen fresh meat recently? Kenny was wallpaper and in the background until the very end when they beat Theo and Chanda in exile and then won the very last daily mission. Honestly his first 3 seasons (fresh meat, Duel and Inferno 3) He was not the star and central character he was on future seasons. Evan was always the main guy of JEK when they were on a season together.
King WAS the first half of The Ruins! Once he left, this season turned into garbage. Looking back on all of his challenges, he's always brought the drama and competition whether he was eliminated early or made it to the end. I love that he's one of the few veterans on the show that knows when to take breaks because he gives fans some time to miss him.

Wes is a king and all around much better than Susie at the game. Yes she plays a better game than him at times but when Wes' back is against the well he can usually perform well while Susie has to rely on numbers to get far. She would likely be an early boot on any individual season. Susie needs the numbers on her side to get far and play the game while Wes can still play the game even if he's on his own.

Susie's not a bad competitor and she's decent at eliminations. Wes is the better competitor obviously but Susie always had numbers regardless of the cast. That's impressive. Wes has poor social skills

I commend Wes for being able to play a game well all on his own or not in the majority (FM 1 after his cast left, Duel 1, Exes 2 there's prob others) something I don't think Susie would be able to pull off. Again she can only succeed if she's in a strong alliance.

Champs vs Pros--Season 1: He only made the final because CT told Camila to pick Wes because it would be good for them to work together for the future.
Champs vs Pros--Season 2: John & Emily picked a fat, out-shape CT over them after Wes gave an idiotic speech about paying them for the chance to run the final
Champs vs Pros--Season 3: I honestly only watched 2 episodes so I'm not entirely sure what happened but good for him for making the final.
Wes has a reputation that proceeds him which is why he lives in eliminations have the time. On Fresh Meat he didn't have any chance as everyone was anti-Austin but trying to work with Tonya was stupid. On The Duel he did a great job pairing up with Evan and using Evan but not a great social game but solid. On The Ruins he lied to Evan before arriving that he was going to be on the show. He then made a ridiculous ultimatium about how people would be picked to go into elimination screwing himself--poor social game. Fresh Meat II he had agreements with Jenn, Ryan and Landon yet pissed all of them off leading Jenn & Ryan to side with Kenny and Landon to target Wes. On Rivals he worked with JEK so he was safe. On Exes his mouth got him thrown into the first two eliminations. On Seasons he didn't have a fair chance. Rivals II he was carried to the end by CT's social game. Exes II he played a good game. I didn't watch Rivals III. This is hardly a great social game or proof that he's "beloved"

He's won twice. The first time working with Evan on the Duel. The second time riding CT to the final on Rivals 2. So, Wes has a poor social game when he's not working with them.

It says a lot about him a challenge competitor that he got Casey Cooper to a final
Also he won the ONLY individual challenge with a STACKED cast.
Duel 2 wasn't individual..i dont care what anyone says that basically was a pair season.
zzzz she was on teams seasons. we never even saw her on an individual or pair season where it's much harder to politic and survive. she's ancient history at this point so it doesn't matter.
His strategic game is one of them best I've seen. He got Derrick & Diem to go against their number one allies Darrell & Aviv on Fresh Meat.
Convinced Evan to call out CT and blow up his game.
Convinced Leroy to throw Zach & Jonna in when Leroy had the power
Had the Whole entire ruins team scared shitless of him
He's done so much I can't even type it all. I ******* love Wes
Susie played a great game in all the seasons she was on, sucks that her personality still sucks ***
