I think the thing that bothers me most about this is that I'll have to watch it off my ******* phone unless I do some complex shit to get it on my tv.  Facebook needs an app for Firestick/Smart TVs for their new shows.

According to Facebook they have Facebook Watch available for the Amazon Firestick and Smart TV.

Yes, looks like they have it on a lot of platforms:

Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, NVidia Shield, Sony TV, Samsung Smart TV, Xbox One, or Oculus TV.

I personally never heard about it until today, lol.

Their biggest show is this one

I always hear about this and Ball in the Family. They also have a show by the people who do AYTO that gets decent views called Relationshipped.

The Smith's are on that show that's why you see clips of it everywhere.

Those 2 are their biggest shows the Smith's one and the ball in the family according to Google.

The only positive about being on facebook watch is that I see is that the cast can be really urban imo

I see them going back to the five whites and two blacks format but I hope not.

If they talk about real issues and they have a real cast they can get picked up by The Shade Room. Wink

Who else just found out Facebook has their own streaming service...?

Before last week I didnt know it was a thing lol

The Smith's show I always though it was a youtube thing

I wanna know if these international versions are supposed to change each year like one always in the USA and then the other two rotates between countries cause Thailand is hella random especially over Canada or Australia versions. I also noticed it said non-us castmates , so Im wondering if the whole cast is Thai and Mexican (or Hispanic).

Yes. Those are considered international seasons. I'm just not sure if the international seasons will try new locations every year or remain in Mexico and Thailand.

Ok So It's like Ex On the Beach (USA) and Ex On The Beach (UK) airing at the same time and the only common factor is title? sorry I keep reading articles that alternate between series/seasons.

Exactly. Them, BallerAlert, Hollywood Unlocked, etc. the blogs are where the real promo is anyway.

Real World Reboot Wishlist:1. The OG Real World Intro ("This is the true story of seven strangers ...")

2. New City (Atlanta or Nashville)

3. Better Casting (Personality & Background >>> Appearance & Social Media Followers)

4. Cast Jobs (Not bartending or working at a basic restaurant)

5. Opinionated Cast (Leave the Sabrina Kennedy, Alex Govere, and Robbie Padovano types at home!)

6. No Real World returnees, thirsty Reality Stars, and models (Remember when half the cast was from Model Mayhem?)

7. A house (I'm personally tired of the lofts but it isn't a big deal if they have one)

8. Diverse Cast (Different shapes, sizes, colors, and backgrounds)

9. Better promotion (Cast needs to be on shows and radio stations like Good Morning America and The Breakfast Club)

10. A good trailer (Take notes from Bad Girls Club, Love & Hip Hop, and the older Real World seasons like Denver and Portland)

If they make it to those blogs and I see something that stands out while scrolling my insta feed I might check it out. Still side eyeing at Facebook

the Ball show and the Smith show get viewers and clout because of their family name. People want to watch what they do. They’re gonna need some quality promo to get this on its feet

I kinda want it to film longer than 4 weeks too or whatever they was doing at the end. If they can do The Challenge for 9 weeks they could do this for 2 months at the least.

They went from 6 months (The first 11 seasons) , then shortened it to 3-4 months (Las Vegas-Cancun/D.C) , Then changed it to 2 months (8-10 weeks) (for the rest of the duartion) , I honestly think 4 months produces the most content to sort through but a killer cast can handle a 8-10 week filming schedule.6 months is way too long and more than half the show would end up on the editing room floor.

Promotion is gonna be the biggest factor for this to work. Hopefully with this being online it won’t be that hard for them execs to pay dollars for promo on big insta pages and sponsorship on Twitter.

YES! And agree on the longer filming schedule. 3-4 months is perfect. Also I loved Alex Govere but you’re right she was boring for the Real World. She had an interesting story but wasn’t like... that interesting as a personality lol.

Alex had a interesting story but like you said her personality was lacking like even if you’re going to play peacemaker you need to be a little more vocal. Aside from the fight with Jenna I think CeeJai was the ideal peacemaker because she had a personality plus she went through enough in life to give good advice.

The fans picking the final roommate will prove to be interesting because the casuals for the most part agree with us about the superficial casting but at the same time all it takes is one Instagram model with the right amount followers to get voted in and ruin that.

Who from the recent seasons had the must real stories for you guys?

I feel like Ceejai story by far was the must Interesting and real one. I actually think go big had interesting backgrounds stories must of them like her, ammo, Jenna and even to an extend Dean/Sabrina. But must of them lack personalities didnt translate well on camera and the group never mesh well together.

Skeletons cast I feel like all except for Zannatta had interesting stories that weren't focus as much due to the twist this season.

Only MTV sees a failing show and then goes and puts it on a failing social media platform smh.

I read online that the average FB user spends like 2 minutes on it a day. Personally, I don't log in for days at a time so I highly doubt this is gonna take off

I think the Skeletons cast was exceptional and meshed well but was ruined by the twist. It would've been an amazing season without it, but it was an entertaining season regardless.

I think on the contrary, Ex-Plosions was a pretty shitty cast as a group that benefited from the twist.

GHOGB was doomed from the edit and focus of the theme. I think if they fleshed out the other casts outside of hooking up and partying the season would've been good.

Bad Blood was doomed from the start.

CeeJai, Madison, and Ammo. I don't think Jenna's story was interesting she was only there due to Ammo's story.

Didnt she come from a broken home victim of abuse or I am confusing her with someone else ?

Yeah her background was interesting but didn't translate due to her being closed-minded and unwilling to open up to her roommates. Despite her story I still think the casting team only chose her due to the Mormon connection between her and Ammo.

Would you think they will fight with hands? Because I really don't think if old people watch they would no enjoy a good fight.
