CeeJai had a compelling story. People forget that her father murdered her mother and then killed himself. CeeJai deserved a better season without a mediocre twist and better roommates.
I hated the way they treated Sabrina. She had an interesting story, ignored her all season, then the last episode brought her into the spotlight like "Hey I'm still here let me go meet my real mom for 3 minutes"

Yeah Sabrina would’ve maybe been interesting on another season. They chose to focus on Kailah, Dione, Chris, and Jenna because of their petty drama.
GBGH wasn’t that good tbh. Bad Blood was promising off the trailer but fell flat when it aired. Portland will always be remembered because of Nia and her epic moments, no matter how forced it may have looked she made a boring season exciting.

I think we might be heading into an international affairs thing with multiple people from different english speaking countries. Saw a commercial on mtv europe today that hyped up casting for a show that started with " 7 strangers, 7 countries". Looked liked a real world casting call to me. Very likely just nothing connected to this, but could possibly be a success/ theme with migration being a very big issue right now in the whole world also and especially if this ends up on a streaming site a broader real world and its issues is very likely to me.

I hope not to be honest. Sounds cool but America has enough issues going on that we don’t need a twist like this. They said we’re going back to the basics and that is what I expect. Like I’m not even a fan of the UK people on The Challenge. They have their on MTV just make a Real World over there or something.

I like this idea. Keeps the original idea but also gives it a unique edge that may entice new viewers.
Did Ceejai ever bring up her personal stuff besides that first episode? I honestly don’t remember. That whole season was pretty trash though.
and I do agree about Portland that Nia was really forcing it creating drama. I feel like if someone else not named Nia came in like that everyone would have hated her and called her fake but either way I loved Nia on her season and found her hilarious.
So with this revival. Do you guys think they will cast real people with real issues and have it focus about their stories or like the MTV verison and have it focus on the twists?

I'm an optimist, but I believe it will be the former. I don't think they will do a twist this season considering they explicitly stated they are trying to get back to basics. I'm hoping it's back to "This is the true story of 7 strangers", etc.
With that said, I'm sure it will be a bit of a happy medium. Like, they will still try to cast "conventionally" attractive people with issues and I'm sure not every casting decision will be a success (they were rarely 7/7 in the casting department) but I feel good about what we've heard so far.
Netflix now has section where you can request shows which I suggest y'all use and spread the word for those wanting the Real World revival on Netflix and old seasons of shows like The Challenge, Road Rules, and Bad Girls Club.

I’ll never forgive them for bringing in Dylan during that season either who was Zzzzzzz!
Dylan should've been there from the beginning or not at all. Completely idiotic to randomly bring him in lol
King Dylan>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
He really should've been there from the start. And he should've been on atleast one challenge season by now.
Or just not there at all lol.

bad blood was good TO ME until the rivals arrived then it got really lame
You don't need to.
I don't even think I was forced tho. The Queen was clearly out of her damn mind.

Bad blood just had too many ppl. It should've been in two parts or no rivals at all.
