I'll watch! Excited for 3 seasons of the Real World in spring. I wonder if they will all be Real World 33, or Real World 33, 34, and 35, or if they will call it season 1, 2, and 3.
Technically it would be Real World 33 for the US and Season 1 for Real World: Mexico and Real World: Thailand since those would be international seasons.
I feel like the location will be New York or Los Angeles again. As much as I want Atlanta they probably want a major city reflecting the US since this is airing with two international versions.
But this is still afiiliated with BMP and MTV? So the cast could possibly end up on the Challenge?
Honestly I see this flopping on Facebook. Just looking at the comments here most people don't even know that Facebook has shows and to revive a show that lost a lot of it's popularity on an up and coming streaming service I don't think it'll do well. Unfortunately no one is looking for the RW anymore to care enough to go on FB to watch but we'll see.
This show discussed the reboot and I agree with the guy that if the show discusses new topics that are big in the world like the current political divide, #MeToo, body positivity movement, and other stuff I will tune but not if we're just doing drunken hookups with Instagram models like even The Challenge has become centered around relationship drama so I'm not going to Facebook Watch to view that.
What else can they really do with this format? They’ve butchered it to death that the only way to go is back to its roots.
I still blame the terrible casting for Back to San Diego and St. Thomas for the initial decline. The show was never able to recover from those two trash seasons.
I guess I’m one of a few who doesn’t mind Facebook over other streaming platforms. Facebook Watch is still new and won’t be so quick to get rid of the show if it doesn’t initially perform to their liking compared to maybe Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. There are also shows on Facebook Watch getting more views than shows on MTV.
Also Netflix is about to get caught up in some mess with Disney releasing their streaming platform next year along with taking all their programming off Netflix and Real World don’t need that kind of smoke. I’m sure Netflix about to be cutthroat with their programming as their rivals increase.

THROW IT AWAY
Facebook? That's a odd *** choice for this show.
Oh well. Glad it's back in some capacity.

I just now noticed.
It’s THE Real World again!!!!!! YES!

MTV’s Real World Reboot & Stay Away From Rappers

You can be the next facebook stars for ppl in their 50s and up that still used it
Queenika revived this dead series her impact!
Old Trump supporters will be dragging Lurker about his lifestyle choices.

Like I can literally only name ONE Facebook show and it's been widely panned lol
Ball in the Family?
How cool would it be for the cast to have jobs this season working for one of the Facebook offices...
Thinking back I'm not surprised Facebook wanted it, I remember a few clips of ceejai talking about race issues got like millions of views on Facebook
Lmaoooo if they can actually get big brother UK on netflix, but RW got stuck at the graveyard on Facebook ...

Sighhhhhhhhhh
is RW going to Facebook for sure?
Yes
******* Facebook ***********
Well at least it wasn’t MySpace
BBUK would actually work on Netflix though but they’ll definitely have to cut the episodes down, so do they film in real time?

Netflix probably wouldn't care about the show anyways, they probably wanted full rights to the show and MTV didn’t back down.
Netflix would handle this better than MTV.
I think the thing that bothers me most about this is that I'll have to watch it off my ******* phone unless I do some complex shit to get it on my tv.
Facebook needs an app for Firestick/Smart TVs for their new shows.
According to Facebook they have Facebook Watch available for the Amazon Firestick and Smart TV.
