I just started watching Tough Enough, oh my goodness this show is nothing like it was before.
They coaches were much harder on contestants, they focused more on competition, and it was about creating the best WWE superstar possible.
This new season really seems like The Real World: Hollywood. And instead of wanting to be actors/singers they want to be wrestlers. The show focuses mostly on the house drama, the challenges are irrelevant because the judges who nominate them aren't even nominating them for their wrestling abilities or mic skills (once they eventually get to them). It's literally just about house drama.
Paige nominated Sara Lee because she's invisible on the show because she stays out of drama. Wtf? This is so stupid.
I remember watching Layla win Diva Search, she's so beautiful and she lasted much longer than the other Diva Search winners.
Also does anyone else think Alicia Fox has the world's ugliest wigs? I can't tell if she has alopecia or if she just wears her wigs too far up her head, but it makes her forehead look large and makes her wig look super fake and I can't stop looking at it. I don't think of that when I look at Naomi's wigs/weaves but Alicia's have been horrible the day she showed up to WWE. I can't take it anymore. Does anyone else think this? I did a google search about her wigs and surprised more didn't bring it up. She's too pretty to be lookin like faux Rihanna.
Im gonna cry. Lita made me who I am today. I gradually stopped watching after she left and haven't watched wrestling in quite some time, but Lita was literally a huge part of my life for a long time. And I'm happy JamieFire mentioned her, it's funny.
I like Trish and Lita's friendship, but I feel Trish got too much praise. Without Lita she'd be nothing, it's not Lita's fault that WWF/E thought she was too popular to go on a huge run in the Women's division.
I personally loved Layla especially during the Laycool Era. I'm going to miss her
I loved Laycool, though I always thought Layla was just kinda there and Michelle was the main girl, but she might have improved/changed (I stopped watching since 2012).
I wanna ask what's everyone's favorite most recent PPV, I'm talking Wrestlemania 19 level. If there is one please comment because I've been thinking of going back and starting to watch WWE again.

I loved Lita too, she was apart of my favorite divas match ever (Trish vs Lita - Unforgiven 2006)

They were so much better teamed up tho. Trish & Lita vs. Molly & Gail Kim for Lita's return match. ******* unforgettable.
And it's quite interesting to note that Lita is the only female to ever win the Women's Championship during the MAIN EVENT on Raw. TWICE. Once against everyone's precious Trish Stratus. I respect Trish tho.
I know this is a WWE thread, but does anyone watch any other promotions other than the Dubya?
I do I take what I can it's really nice to see those who don't get runs with the WWE find work elsewhere. Although I don't like the way some of their programming is run these days I keep up with TNA. Their downfall started because the idiots let Hulk Hogan have total control. They thought by putting Hogan, Mick foley, Rick flair, Eric Bischoff they could get some of the WWE fan base to watch but all they did was destroy any momentum the company had going. That and the way they hire anyone that's been fired by the WWE is annoying. I liked it better when they focused on talent that hasn't been with the WWE yet. I miss the good old days of the x divison from back then.

Alicia Fox wigs are tragic but they have been looking better since she joined Total Divas.

All of this. They had SUCH a talented roster and threw it all away. I looked forward to TNA moreso than anything WWE from 2005-2007
Funny y'all are talking about Lita, yesterday I googled her and I was STUNNED to see she's 40. I wanted to cry because I can't believe time has went by that fast. It feels like just a few years ago she was in her mid 20's jumping off the top rope in her green pants.
Torrie Wilson also turned 40 recently and she looks HOT. She was always my favorite diva when I was younger, I had a big crush lmao. Torrie can still pass for late 20's she is so hot. To be honest she looks better now than she did in the WWE.

I started watching TNA around those times too but it wasn't until Kurt Angle and Christian Cage made the jump that I started wat chung religiously. The first two wrestlers to turn down major WWE money for a TNA contract.
I think week today is really good and it's looking good for the future, Roman reigns,Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Bray wyatt, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn,Russell etc all hold a bright light for the future

Trish is turning 40 this year :(.
I know it's hard to believe that shit.
And Lita had more than those pair of green ******* pants! Did you help design her look in the video games? Like, damn. Every video game from 2002-2005 had her in those ******* green pants. She wore them ONCE!

That's not true at all. Trish worked her way up the ranks and while her feud with Lita is absolutely the best women feud ever, Trish helped the division and become a good wrestler and a great character while Lita was injured. Her matches with Victoria effectively put the division on the map and Trish is pretty much the face of the Golden Era (best era for the women back then). She also gets prasied for really being the girl to pitch stroylines/politic backstage for more time for the women (Ivory, Jacqueline, Torrie, etc all said this). Trish vs. Lita helped them both, but to say Trish would be nothing without Lita is selling Trish so short.
Also, WWE didn't think she was too popular lol. She got injured from 2002-2003, put in the pregnancy storyline, injured again, and they used her real life drama for a storyline. The injuries really just hurt her and she missed a lot of the Golden Era.
So who is everyone's favorite wrestlers/divas/tag teams/formers.
Wrestlers-
Roman Reigns, John Cena, The Undertaker, Chris Jericho, Ryback, Cesaro, Dean Ambrose, Neville, Bray Wyatt, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, The Miz, R-Truth, Sting, The Rock, Daniel Bryan, Kane, Damien Sandow, Goldust, Fandango, Tyson Kidd
Tag Teams-
The Usos, The Lucha Dragons, Los Matadores, The Prime Time Players, The Ascension

I take it you didn't like RWHollywood? And yeah I hate shows that are off the the air for millions of years and return hanged, 90210/Melrose Place/Lets make a deal
I remember i used to record tough enough ALL the time but now I could care less

When Lita wasn't injured the WWE said she was too popular, other divas needed the championship more.
And Trish would have been managing T&A till hell froze over if Lita didn't take her under her wing in 2001, leading to Trish's 1st championship run. Their feud basically started Trish's singles career.
That didn't start her getting into wrestling considering their feud in 2000 still didn't have Trish be a full time wrestler. She became one after she turned face on Vince at WM in 2001 so Lita doesn't get credit for that. Also Lita had nothing to do with Trish winning the title for the first time, they weren't even feuding then. Its shortsighted to assume she'd stick as a manager too.
You're welcome! Also, I was at raw when they tried to break them up lol.

I think Sara being invisible in the house will translate to her being invisible in the WWE. That's how I interpreted it at least.

So after 9 years with WWE in a interview it was announced that Layla has retired.

Layla was a talented wrester but she had poor mic skills. however if i was her i would have pushed for the big 10.

I'm so happy about the push WWE is giving Cesaro.

Yeah, I have a lot. I really mis Tyson Kidd and Cesaro as a tag team and I like very diva in the revolution but Tamina.
then how can we confirm that if you can't post it.
I take it you didn't like RWHollywood? And yeah I hate shows that are off the the air for millions of years and return hanged, 90210/Melrose Place/Lets make a deal

its been in the news and everywhere.
I just checked my wrestling friends fb and he is in fact dead. I'm just saying thats how death hoaxes happen.
