Entourage

Yeah, I liked the Lloyd/Ari stuff too! And B, I agree somewhat. Like, the whole point of Entourage is to be light, funny, and show a life most will never lead. However, 5 seasons deep (5? i forgot..), I would like to see a little bit of development/purpose. Oscar buzz would be great, actually! And honestly, I was a little bummed that the Scorsese shoot didn't really make the show...it was just an in-between seasons sort of thing.

Does anybody have any clue when season 7 will start? This series is literally my life lol.
I remember seeing June 27th as the official date.

This season has so far been good! What I like the most is Ari's storyline (probably bias). A lot of people think that the head of big empires/companies don't deserve as much as they are getting paid. Which I disagree with in some degree. Ari has to give up his life for the company, while an assistant goes home after 5PM. The whole company is on his shoulders, and it's a lot of responsibilities. Let's not even talk about the politics behind running a business!
The acting debut
Wow! Impressive. At this rate he might work his way up to cheapbooks commercials in no time! :wink2:
He can only hope to excel as fast as Nehemiah and Johanna.

LOL! I love you guys :-)
This season is a bit predictable. I think I called Vince going to rehab about 2 weeks ago. Seems to be the next logical step... 'Entourage' Ending In 2011, Movie Possible
What does everybody think about this season? I think it's way better than last season. I think that the substance abuse storyline was way over due.
What does everybody think about this season? I think it's way better than last season. I think that the substance abuse storyline was way over due.
I think that the show is too full of itself and that was reflected in the finale, which was a parade of distractions (otherwise known as cameos) that left the obvious plot muddied. It was clear from the beginning of this arc that Vincent would either get busted by the cops or have some sort of life threatening OD (that was the only guessing game) and everything else was fluff that didn't really go anywhere (although maybe they are saving all the dangling threads for the shortened final season.) The only part of the finale that I connected with was Ari's marital issues, which I will admit offered some sad and touching scenes. Beyond that, it was a cameo carnival (and the majority of the cameos offered up some really, really bad acting - i.e. Mark Cuban should stick to basketball and his media ventures.) I still like the show, but at the same time I'm glad it is ending soon.
Just finished this season finally!!!! I really liked it, and strangely enough I found Vince a lot more tolerable than in past seasons I agree with you Bacchus the Ari storyline was hard for me to watch, I love him and his wife's character dynamic so much, hopefully it works out...
The final season of Entourage, starts tonight! I love summer Sunday night TV.
The final season of Entourage, starts tonight! I love summer Sunday night TV.
Right?! I'm glued to HBO from 9-11pm. I've been looking forward to the return of Entourage and hopefully the season premiere delivers.
I thought this episode was a great way to start the final season. Drama and Turtle always make me laugh, and i look forward to seeing what happens to Ari. It's good to have this show back.
I also very much enjoyed the premiere. Scott Caan becoming a character we can actually like, everyone has their own story lines too. Hoping they make a movie, Doug Ellin said he is going to work on the script in about 6 months.
The very end revealed the direction and I'm a fan of that direction. It was a good open.
A friend told me this episode had the craziest ending he had ever seen, can not WAIT to watch it.
A friend told me this episode had the craziest ending he had ever seen, can not WAIT to watch it.
I just watched it and the ending was not something i saw coming at all. Fabulous episode. If only Weeds would get good again too...i digress.

Shocking ending and if I was to guess, that girl Ari was with earlier was an escort. I gave up on Weeds after season 3. Great show (an absolute favorite) but it died in the fire.
Weeds actually is on the rise again this year. For the last season they really stepped it up. Entourage this season is phenomenal. It's a mixture of dark and light comedy and everything. That and Breaking Bad best shows on currently.

Weeds I'm enjoying this season way more than the past couple. I recommend giving it another shot, also hope Conrad makes his way into this season!!
Sad to see this show end, but it was time. I wish they would have done a one hour finale as 35 minutes felt rushed with all they had to accomplish in the last episode. I was happy to see the majority of story lines wrapped up, but it was all too convenient. The door was left open for the movie we all know is coming...

Yeah it was a 30 minute movie trailer, still makes me sad the actual show is ending.

Can't stop watching this show (currently on season 3), Ari Gold makes this show for me.

I just saw the movie tonight!

He is BY FAR my favorite character.

Ugh, I want to see the movie but I gotta finish the series and yesssss Ari is my favorite too. It was Vince at first because he's soo gorg but pass. He's so bland, I would rather watch his midget manager and his stupid love quest. Ari Gold is perfection.
