Once I see Lupita and Brienne Gwendoline Christie on-screen, I think I'll be gung ho for it. There's over a year before release, so the best is yet to come. I think JJ Abrams will deliver a film that appeals to all audiences, not just the diehards.
I am new to the Star Trek/Star Wars franchise but the new star wars doesn't look to up to par the original 3 were good and attack of the clones but that's about it.
As for Star Trek I like the new ones better but the next generation wasn't too bad. Now the Enterprise series, now that was awful.
