V1man you seem to have a lot of in sight since you have a past with the production....is there any better way to audition? Is it better to go to the open call, or do they actually consider the online application? Also on the site it says you have to be at least 20 and appear to be 25 or younger....do they really consider people over 25? (I'm turning 26 soon so I'm curious lol).

Well I'm not V1man but I feel like I can answer some of these questions for you.
1. There is no better way to audition rather than being yourself. I honestly think if the normal you isn't entertaining enough to be on TV then maybe it isn't for you. I won't name names but there have been people who have put on a act during casting and are a snooze fest in the house which has added to the declining ratings.
2. They do consider the online application. Quite a few people get asked to come to the open casting based off there online application. I have heard of people from both Real World and Bad Girls Club where they move on to the next round based off the online application alone.
3. Regarding the age I think they pretty much want to stay in their guidelines of having people between the ages of 21-24 during the filming of the show. No matter how interesting you may be they can find someone just as interesting who's between 21-24 years of age.
