The Challenge: Rivals II - Anastasia & Jessica

Anastasia is the best example of how a woman with a hot body can make herself unattractive due to poor style and awful makeup application
She definitely needs to put some meat on her bones, because she is way too skinny.
She definitely needs to put some meat on her bones, because she is way too skinny.
It might just be her body type. I've known girls that skinny who can outeat a person two to three times their weight and hardly gain any weight themselves.
Yeah I know what you mean, it's because they have a fast metabolism.
Yeah I know what you mean, it's because they have a fast metabolism.
"Fast metabolisms" aren't a thing. If anything, people may have a metabolism 5% faster or slower than others.
It might just be her body type. I've known girls that skinny who can outeat a person two to three times their weight and hardly gain any weight themselves.
I believe it was said, that she struggled with an eating disorder in the past.. wasn't really touched upon on the RW... a shame ....(same with Jordan's suicide thoughts/attempts)
Yeah and that 5% can be a big difference.
Yeah and that 5% can be a big difference.
Except not really. It is all about calories in vs. calories out. Having a slightly faster metabolism doesn't mean you can't gain weight by eating the same as someone who has a slower metabolism. Thyroid issues? No more than five to ten pounds over or under can be attributed to a thyroid problem, which maybe affect 1% of the population. I can't with fat logic.
Thank you for schooling me on metabolism I needed that.
Why does Jessica seem to act more sports involved than she has shown herself to be?
Thank you for schooling me on metabolism I needed that.
You are so very welcome! By not living under rocks, we can quit making excuses for our extra 50 pounds. :tennis:
Anastasia sucks.
Anastasia sucks.
May I ask why you feel that way?
May I ask why you feel that way?
An excellent question. I'd like to know the answer, too. Perhaps cmtvfan123 knows her personally. Drive-by assassination is not in keeping with our forum tradition. A little explanation is always the order of the day.
Anastasia looks like a llama. :)
I hope to see Jessica back again. I really liked the little speech she gave to Bird.
I hope to see Jessica back again. I really liked the little speech she gave to Bird.
I wouldn't mind Jessica but PLEASE not Anastasia. She's gone to extremes with this CT situation. In MHO, she's made herself look worse than if she didn't get carried away on twitter. I know it hurts when people bash you but she would have looked like the better person if she hadn't responded to negative stuff. I don't care to see her on another challenge. Also, it seems that Nany may not do any more challenges according to a question she responded to on twitter. I like Nany and would like to see her come back. I hope she changes her mind like so many have and comes back for another one(if there will be more).
In my opinion Anastasia made an impression on her first challenge. Whether you like her or not an impression good or bad is good for the show. Jessica? She made no impression and doesn't deserve to get asked back. Hate on Ana all you want but the girl brought the drama.
i hope to god anatasia doesn't come back, girl is so **** annoying, and then she made a scene after elimination, yeah i understand you were fainting and all but no reason to be screaming like a maniac like if that was going to help ur case -_-. to quote ct" girl is looney tunes, go home rookie" and don't come back, i don't mind seeing jessica again though, she seemed like a decent sport and isn't a attention seeker so yeah
You hit it on the head. Although most people don't like her or don't want to see her on a challenge again ,including me.But, she did make an impression just like Frank most people hate him but, he's good TV. Jessica is like a girl version of Preston, she's really not that important. And didn't make an impression.
Not hating on the girl but I don't know if her skin is thick enough to handle the challenges either emotionally or physically. I understand someone said she is anemic and from what I've heard the food that they are given aren't exactly nutritious. I don't know if anyone can prepare themselves for these challenges emotionally unless it is the veterans that know how to play a situation to their advantage. I guess I do have to agree with you on the Jessica statement, though.
I expected Jessica to be the emotionally fragile one here and get into it with a dude. Where was this side of her on Portland? What a tweest!

If Frank was good tv, ratings have been much better for Seasons. I'd rather not be remembered at all, than be remembered for behaving like Frank.

They have NO shame. SMDH....
You hit it on the head.
I expected Jessica to be the emotionally fragile one here and get into it with a dude. Where was this side of her on Portland? What a tweest!
I loved her attitude. I don't get how people are saying she didn't make an "impression". She *impressed* me with how she carried Ana in that perverted challenge, and I assumed she would be some prissy weak person who wouldn't want to get her nails dirty. She gave me a Svetlana or Kim vibe - she knows how to compete and you would never think it just by looking at her.
I actually think it's kind of funny how production wanted to shoot some footage of her suffering before she was given medical attention lol like **** BMP really cares about having an entertaining show. Challenges aren't made for the weak, if you can't handle the fire then get out the kitchen.
Well, they were there for a couple of hours and if you are anemic you need to eat on a regular basis. Plus, it probably did not help that she smoked a cigarette while they waited to get everything going.
If you think Frank is bad TV. Then, you have a thing or two to learn about TV's and viewers. Frank brings drama and BS. Drama and BS brings Viewers.
We're not talking about the "impression" of her as an competitor we're talking about she's boring TV.

I can't tell you how many people have said Frank made them not watch the season (Battle of the Seasons).
