avery is lucky Nia didnt go to the hotel and kick her *** there too.
avery is just lucky Nia didnt go to the hotel and kick her *** there too.
I'm pretty sure if that happened hotel security and the police would have gotten involved. Nia would have been working on her book from a jail cell.

I must say, this is an incredibly childish post, especially in response to a comment by vevmo's owner who doesn't often comment unless he has strong feelings about a topic.

Haters gonna hate!!!
I highly doubt anyone would have gotten involved portland is a crime ridden city the cops have better things to do.

Ok may I ask why exactly you decided to come back here after almost 3 years to randomly go on a "**** all of y'all Nia's awesome!" posting spree? Too bad your grammar appears to be as bad as it was in the last documented post you have, otherwise people may be able to take your posts slightly more seriously. Then again given the content of what you've said in this thread, it doesn't surprise me.
****it V1Man you promised me the Nia stuff would die down and I wouldn't have to be making posts like this

I think the hotel security would absolutely gotten involved as would the police. Nia would get arrested for assault. There would most likely be a trial. The raw footage from the show would subpoenaed and, at the very least, her attorney would see it. Whereupon, the attorney would probably suggest she cut a deal. Nia probably would not want the deal, since her ego probably could not accept she did anything wrong, and then the jury would see the evidence. If she testified, under Oath, she would be exposed for her on-camera lies and it is a good bet she would not like the outcome. She has admitted to being a liar and a manipulator on her audition tape. A fact that any prosecutor would capitalize on to discredit her under Oath when she tells her side of the story.
Her actions bring her the hate. There is no jealousy here.

BMP production The Real World is not just another "vine" or "youtube" video. This show is how millions (in the past) but in Real World Portland's case ... scant thousands ...will SEE Portland. Even Portland, Oregon city officials should care how they are portrayed and thus percieved by the public. Especially among the Bunim Murray Real World demographic. These are the people who are starting their careers, families and lives (which means purchasing homes/furniture/school systems/church attendance/utilities).
The people who live there want to maintain or improve their property value and the police there want to maintain order. Not that they do a great job, I don't know because I've only been there on business, but now the city is on blast with the Real World.
See cities choose to be FEATURED on BMP ...BMP doesn't just sneak in and film randomly it is ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL in contracts and legal stuff.
Cities want to attract bright talent, people who are forward thinking and who can attract other bright talent ...because CITIES are made up of PEOPLE who then work and bring in money and ...see how that works???

You certainly are a refreshing addition to the membership. It's long been my suspicion, however, that many members here are not exactly contributing members to society. ;)
Right! i personally dont care either way. Nia is a strong woman who i idolize and no amount research will change that.
Now that's just sad. There are hundreds, if not thousands of strong women in the public eye (and out of the public eye) and you choose Nia? I'd love to see the looks on the faces of interviewers if they ask you who you admire and you answer with "Nia, from the Real World: Portland."
I mean, that's cool I guess, to "idolize" a woman (and I really hope you actually meant "admire", not "idolize", which has an excessive undertone) who is a self-admitted gold digger (which is the opposite of strong - it's using and relying on someone else) and resorts to physical violence when she gets mad. To each their own, I guess...
It's looking prety likely.
Or... as an interim measure, simply modify the software option to change any appearance of Nia to ***. That way, the name will not appear on web searches.

Since everyone else is giving their two cents on Nia I'll go ahead and add mine. I went to highschool with Nia, we were actually in the same graduating class. It was a large school so I didn't know her very well, but she definitely wasn't the same Nia that she was on The Real World, I remember her being pretty nice. Nia also is friends with everyone on the cast except Averey and Johnny. She's very close with Marlon, Joi, and Jessica so obviously she isn't that bad. I think her twitter behavior though is more disgusting than her behavior on the show. Once again, it is probably the character she plays and I know for a fact that are encouraged to trash talk and stuff on twitter I guess to help with promoting and such, but she comes off as really pathetic and just nasty, it isn't cute and entertaining and I am sure with time she will turn into the character she plays in her every day life which is sad. As far as the physical violence is concerned, I think Johnny calling Jessica fat is way worse than a few weak punches to the face and holding a hair dryer to look ******. Johnny's name calling and attacks on Jessica have the potential to be way more damaging. I think after what Nia has been through she has no tolerance for aggressive men and overreacts easily when she feels a man is being aggressive towards any female. Averey obviously shouldn't own a dog if she can't even potty train it and for them to expect Nia to clean up after the dog they, well Averey, brought into the house is absolutely ridiculous and for Johnny to blow up over it. Johnny antagonized Nia she got physical...which I don't blame her for then it should have been over waiting for him with a blow dryer was stupid and slightly psycho. Production should have intervened at that point. Averey fought back and was probably more physical than Nia. Once gain production failed by not removing Nia or Averey for the night and having it discussed the next day. Nia's sucker punch was cheap and at that point she should have been removed from the house and sent home, the whole thug beating up Jordan was just stupid. The fight ruined the finale and I think BMP really failed themselves letting it get to that point.
um Kajun is it? (I am born in an old money New Orleans family and for the record we are Cajuns and Creoles proud cultures there is NO such thing as a "Kajun" just like there is no such thing as a "Krab" a Cajun would have chosen CajunX if "Cajun" was not available ...got it?)
What I do want to point out from the GIT is this statement of yours (copied verbatim)

Dud/ette ... Do we REALLY need to go any further with ASSumptions???
This is random but it's weird that this season they didn't even go on vacation. Like is the budget really that bad now? smh.
Because giving them a vacation would alleviate the stress of living in that house and might make them....*gasp*....cordial with each other.
Or... as an interim measure, simply modify the software option to change any appearance of Nia to ***. That way, the name will not appear on web searches.
Darn, I was hoping you'd catch my intentional misspelling in my post. A very esoteric Easter egg. ;)
They seem to just randomly decide which seasons to give vacations to at this point. But I don't think they've done vacations in awhile in general. I know San Diego went to Mexico, and St. Thomas kinda sorta went on "vacation" to like... a different part of the island they were on. Other than that, the only other one I can think of in recent years is Cancun where they split the girls and guys up for vacation. And that was also hardly a vacation.
Oh and Vegas went to Cancun... okay so yeah they basically just randomly decide when to do it haha.

I haven't said anything before, but...
Do you personally know Nia? It seriously seems like you have a vendetta against her, and your constant need to prove she's a horrible human being is getting ridiculous. While other users have been simply posting their opinion, you seem to feel the need to attack/ridicule anyone who doesn't think she isn't the **** of the earth.
Plus if you want to get personal, I saw your earlier posts calling Nia "KNEE-a" (I'm not sure how that's even funny).
Her name is pronounced "naya". If you're gonna be rude to someone for misspelling "cajun" in their username (Which, I think, most people would assume was intentional, not a typo. If you read Kajun's whole post, you can tell he/she is conscious of grammar and spelling), then maybe you should work on your pronunciation.
And no, I am not one of KNEE-a's fans.
Random aside, but it always bugged me that her name is pronounced Naya. Everytime I look at it I feel like it should be pronounced like "knee"-a. Sort of like Mia. Or, Nia Long.

You have no idea who I am but I will answer, that Nia and I do not run in the same circles so along with most of the world I do not know her and neither does her classmate, as both s/he and I pointed out.
Is it your understanding that there is a requirement of some sort that posters on this site must be personally aquainted with an individual to post about them?(Rhetorical don't even bother to answer) You do not "know" her either. Please try to keep this impersonal it is not about YOU or your preferences.
Apparently there is a problem among people who support her when others who do not suppport her point out the inconsistencies which of course would make any supporter worth their salt question THEMSELVES. I am not responsible for that I am an observer and I will not stop observing. If you prefer to hold your view with some blindness that is up to you and perhaps you should avoid my posts. Peace.

Just for the record, I side with BellaLisa. I find Nia to be a totally perverse aberration of the contrary character construct which has long been a part of reality TV. In my first exchange with her some months ago, I called her portrayal on RW: Portland a complete act, a fraud. She did not disagree with me.
I believe she attempted to play a role (her Hurricane Nia character)and then allowed the results of that bad acting job to get to her. She wanted to be "Snooki"-famous and just became a poor imitation of Wife Swap's D'eva Robinson. "Who's that?, you ask. My point exactly.
However you're wrong for calling them gangbanger and gangsta chick. That's just wrong and ridiculous.
Oh please. Nia tries to act like she has no hood in her, but when she talked to Marlon, she was all thug and gangsta.
You have no idea who I am but...
Me: "do you personally know Nia?"
You: "you have no idea who I am"
(No. I don't know who you are. Hence why I asked if you personally knew her... And do not patronize me, I know what rhetorical means.)
You: makes assumptions
You: "do we really need to go any further with your ASSumptions?"
Me: "I haven't said anything before" (implication: I have been avoiding responding to some[/] of your posts. Not gonna lie, though, I agreed with some of them.)
You: "perhaps you should avoid my posts"
You: makes fun of someone's username
You: "please try to keep this impersonal"
Me: "And no, I am not one of KNEE-a's fans." (even if you don't take my word for it, a quick five-minute search would show you that I'm not)
You: "there is a problem among people who support her when others who do not suppport her point out the inconsistencies which of course would make any supporter worth their salt question THEMSELVES... If you prefer to hold your view with some blindness that is up to you"
Bravo for your beautiful response.
Bravo.
Anyway, now that I've said my piece, PEACE indeed. (bet you didn't expect me to be intelligent enough have to know the difference between the two, did you? I don't hate Nia, after all.)
PS to mods: I apologize to anyone for having to deal with this, but I had to say something.
And yes, I've just finished classes, so I can take time to write long posts like the above.

Never noticed lol, but yeah, it is an interesting way to pronounce her name.

And I agree. I think Nia's character was an act.
Do I wish young girls and twitter followers didn't idolize her? Yes. And I don't think she's a good role model. Do I hate her for it? No.
I know many people dislike/despise her on vevmo, but most of us have managed to be respectful about disagreeing.
My issue stems from being disdainful about it. I can't stand when someone says anyone who disagrees with them is basically brainless, worthless, or lacks self-esteem.
