I got the June 26th date from a network marketing pdf. My guess is that the schedule was slightly tweaked after it was released, which is not uncommon.

Scooter had said a week ago the trailer was 3 weeks, if the show had been June 26th that would have made no sense. Now it makes sense because it's about a 3 week promotion period
I hope they dont give money to 3rd place that would be dumb cause they didnt give any last time and arnt they trying to save money, last time it was 100k for 1st, and 50k for 2nd, so it was only 250k last time, they could be giving 1st 75k each. Most likely theyre giving 1st and 2nd a bit more, and maybe they'll give 3rd like 10k

I dunno how u did your math. Last Rivals Johnny and Tyler won 100,000 (so 50k each) and so did the evelyn and paula. Wes and kenny won 50,000 (25K each) and so did laurel and CM. Thats 300K
I would assume the 350,000 is saying that since they give away 2k for individual missions on guy/girl day, thats where the extra 50 is. Obviously its more like 20k, but 350,000 looks better than 320,000 when advertising.

Cant remember how much they said they were playing for on the 1st rivals, just checked rivals 1 they said 300k, they dont include the 2k from the challenge wins in the prize money, so an extra 50k is given this time

I was just at the pharmacy and I saw the USweekly magazine, they mentioned CT was partnered with Wes and I was like oh ok so that confirms it lol tbh I was still a tiny bit skeptical of that pairing. Anyways theyre making it sound like CT/Diem hooked up, why else would it be complicated if your ex hooked up with someone unless you werent involved, it could just be the way the article was edited, I would be shocked if they hooked up

CT & Wes is the most compelling team to the casual viewer. Nothing to do with who won. I am surprised they didn't mention Diem & Aneesa first for the females though. Diem is easily the most compelling female competitor to the casual viewer.

lol ok ya theyre giving this thing away already, and on the mtv.com blog they have Wes/CT on the 1st pic, I can see them advertising and making the show revolve around CT/Wes, guess its justified since its gonna be Ct's first win but theyre already making the others look like losers. Even the cast bios gives away a lot, I bet CT's bio will scream he finally won

MTV's PR people are not my favorites, and they don't like vevmo. It's not surpising that they have decided it's necessary to promote CT and Wes to the masses, since their recent promotion of RW and the challenges has fallen flat with viewers. I hope no one here thinks that MTV's PR people give a damn about vevmo readers who don't want to see spoilers of any kind. We are simply an annoyance to them.

And its weird cause that would make the show so predictable for the average viewer, which it wasnt completely predictable who won for us. Another thing thats odd is all the comments is CT/Wes CT/Wes, no one thinks Zach/Trey or Johnny/Frank might win which is weird cause here on vevmo everyone jumped on frank/Johnny as the winners when the cast was announced, we thought it will be 3 dog race but to everyone else CT/Wes are the only ones on the show, I dont know if its cause they all read vevmo or they dont analyze the show like we do, CT has never won and Johnny/Frank both came off winners last season and they get no attention lol I dont get it, I guess ppl are going by who they like most and I guess Johnny/Frank/Zach/trey dont have as many fans as CT and Wes do

CT is probably the all around fan favorite and anyone who's not a fan of JEK would be a fan of Wes and his antics on Ruins. Putting them together made them the obvious pick for who everyone wants to win. I thought Johnny/Frank had the best chance to win for numerous reasons but CT/Wes were who I wanted to win from the start
I mean let's be honest though. I think people enjoy the show more when the people they want to see win actually win.
That's why Cutthroat was probably the last season I walked away from pleased with entirely because the people I wanted to see did it

I'd agree to that, if I knew Johnny/frank won I would be so turned off by the show,I would still watch but probably skip the last episode lol. watch for the cast bios, on rivals 1 it basically said Wes would lose in the end, this time on frank/johnnys it will say something like they both won before but this time is different and they will suck and lose the final
Wes/CT are fan favorites over Johnny/Frank because everyone despises Frank. People don't hate Wes as much as they do Frank. And another reason CT/Wes are more favorited is because people are tired of seeing Johnny win or they just hate him.

Please don't speak for everyone. I know for a fact that not everyone was on the Frank/Johnny train. There were others who had clearly predicted a CT/Wes victory to me.

Everyone is a general statement used to call the majority, I was on the CT/Wes side the whole time and I was talking mad **** about Johnnys skills in a final, even after the Frank pic was posted I still said maybe its just a pic of 4 ppl and cause I thought in theory they should be better than Johnny/Frank cause imo rivals 1 had a loop hole and exes was close but johnny does somehow manage to win at the last minute and many on here thought he did. And what do you mean by ppl predicted the CT/Wes win to you? You mean us on here speculating? None of us know how they won or if it was close, (by none of us I mean the ppl in this thread not including ppl like townie)

"Everyone" is not a precise descriptor and should be avoided since it leads others conclude it is factually based, when in fact no such evidence exists.
As for your statements in bold above, first there are some people who are members here who don't post in the forum who communicate with the mods and others by PM and other means who know the results but would not state them in a public forum. Some people who do know what happened may make intentionally false or misleading statements in this forum or offer questions or comments intended to steer the group from a wrong conclusion based on "group think."
