Are you going to do fantasy football this season? if so when does it start?
I'm sure there will be fantasy football again and B will set it up soon. What's Vevmo without Fantasy Sports? :D
There will be a league this year with limited space. If you have not been invited and would like to participate, state your interest here. The goal this season is to have 100% participation.
When we have an idea how many slots are open, remaining invites will be distributed.
I'm interested, I was inactive in baseball but was active in football last year! Had a pretty good regular season but got dominated in first round of playoffs.
All the invites have been sent. I am sorry that not everyone could gain a slot. That said, if someone wants to start a second league and use this thread to push it - I say go for it. The more fantasy football, the better.
If anyone is interested in doing a 2nd league, I am in an ESPN league that needs 3 more people. It is a very competitive and intense league.
Some basics about it:
1. IDP
2. 1 point per reception
3. .25 points per completion and -.25 points per incompletion
4. .2 points per rush attempt
5. 26 round draft (16 starters, 8 offense 8 defense and 10 bench players)
If you are interested PM me.
For those who are in this year's CBS Sports league (Champs and Chumps), please remember the draft is at 7pm EST tomorrow. The more people we have actively participating and tossing out taunts, the easier it'll be to throw Bacchus off his game! Get 'er done!
As if whiny taunts would even put a kink in my game. This year I am not playing for fun. I am playing to make these supposed active members QUIT.
I'm bringing the hurt.
I have just been analyzing the schedules for every team and making weighted ranks for each player based on the teams they face.
I also have Jon Gruden over here. A bit annoying, but hopefully he can at least help me pull one pick out of my ***.

He is going to tell you how much he loves every player available though. Doesn't seem like he would be much help.
There's got to be a way to change your name afterwards somehow. Otherwise that would be a pretty large oversight.
Fab, the absence served you well. You have one of the better auto-drafted teams I've seen and one of the better teams on our league, imho. Although all of the teams except for 1 or 2 in particular (not calling anyone out just yet hehe) are solid so it will be an interesting, challenging season.

You should go ahead and call them out. I will do it since you won't.
Teams that are bad:
copples16
*** Clowns
bazooka joe
Orton Hears a Who
Well aren't I just lucky?
You made out like a bandit. Aereas used auto draft for all of 1 minute and he was snagging totally unnecessary backup kickers. Had he been on auto the entire time, he'd have been 10 deep with his field goal unit. :wink2:
All well and good... had my browser not crashed I probably would have taken CJ Spiller, not realizing he's a backup to one of my starting RBs. Anyhow the first WW session can't get here quickly enough :D
Anyhow the first WW session can't get here quickly enough
While having a solid draft is important, the magic happens on the WW. That is what separates good from great.
