Big Brother Open Discussion (Feed Spoilers)

Janelle is trying to get out of it. She no longer wants to be a part of this season. Also the cast only received invitations. No keys were given out as of yet. I think they mentors will get to pick who enters the house.

The cast has been officially revealed. Only 12 newbies -___-. The mentors twist is true -_____-. And looks like they might be able to enter the game at some point. -____________________-

I'm just repeating what someone who has returned from LA told me. But now that CBS.com released the return of 4 house guest that are playing for separate prizes, I'm beginning to see some truth. I find it hard to believe that Rachel is one of the 4 "mentors" however I would like to see Janelle vs Rachel. I saw where Rachel and Richard Hatch are working on a new TV series together so this may be false. I was told the mentors would help out the "newbies" and have immunity for a couple weeks, then will enter the game as actual players playing to win to the game.

They also replaced Mike with Joe. I know for a fact they have more sequestered house guests, I don't see why they don't just do a regular season with 16 newbies and scrap this mentor crap. I'm so disappointed. We all know that once the mentors enter the game, it will be rigged for them. Ugh.

Some strange looking people this year.

There are either more houseguests or more mentors. 16 people total isn't the most people ever.

Looks like an interesting cast...one girl from Staten Island & one from Brooklyn. I'm already tired of their accents....lol And I could have done without another Hantz on a CBS reality show! Really?

Ugh. Hantz. Though I did like Brandon, poor guy. Excited for this season. I'm a Rachel fan, but 3 x in a row is a bit much, esp having just seen them on TAR. I've only seen like half of the big brother seasons, so I don't know who some of these people are.

Willie Hantz has the most obnoxious bio I think I've ever read on CBS.

I can't say I have any reason to disagree with them.

He was quite boring, I do remember that, but I think the way he played worked well. Personality doesn't really mean much when it comes to being a great competitor/player.

Dan was the last winner I could tolerate during the last season I could tolerate. Jordan wasn't horrible, but she was easily the "slowest" winner in history and while I did pull for her to win, it was because I disliked everyone else. In essence, after season 8, the show drove off a cliff - but season 10 would be considered amazing compared to everything that came after it. Dan might not make great TV, but at least he didn't make me change the channel (e.g. Rachel.) Anyway, I have a feeling I won't make it past episode 1 this season. If the rumors prove to be true, this show is dead to me. Enough is enough.

I'm so over Rachel/Brendon/Jeff from Big Brother and Russell/Coach/Rob from Survivor, I dont think I can stand to watch another season with any of those people on it.

I'm not excited for one reason: the "R" word. Rachel needs to..to..go somewhere.

IDK why CBS is having a vote on pretty much who you want to see back when they already decided who's coming. So everyone votes **** and Jeff to be disappointed with Rachel again. I'd rather have Jessie back than Rachel at this point

Last season had the highest ratings since season 5, so obviously bringing back returning players worked.

What happened to Mike? He was shown in the commercial but not on the cast list.

Crystal Eisermann, who (I believe) spoiled the returning duos for Big Brother 13 last year, tweeted that Britney Haynes from Big Brother 12 replaced Rachel and will be the other mentor along with Janelle, Boogie, and Dan. I hope that this is true. I don't think I can take Rachel on my screen three seasons in a row! Plus everyone hated her until she became BFFs with Jordan. I get that wretched redhead has some fans, but let's get real, she doesn't bring in ratings...there are people that didnt watch TAR because of her, and there are people that probably wouldn't watch BB14 because of her, but you know the Rachel fans would watch even if she wasn't apart of this season. ....and Boogie and Dan aren't going to bring in ratings either.
