Trishelle is one of those cast members that even though she hasn't been on many shows, she's managed to leave her mark and always have some sort of storyline. Her romance with Mike the Miz was interesting because it made Coral jealous, her bad bike accident, her jealousy over Mike and Kendal was great, her pepper eating elimination was definitely memorable, and who could forget one of her greatest lines....
Coral: What did you want me to do!?
Trishelle: Keep your mouth shut!
She's one of the few people that's had the balls to get into it with Coral, she even threatened to punch her!
It looks like this challenge is gonna be a team challenge. Based on the cast, I think this challenge is a coin toss since majority of the cast is coming from the past 3 to 4 seasons of The Real World which haven't been great at all.
Maybe I missed something but why exactly are some people saying St. Thomas is going to be a good team? We haven't seen anything and unless I'm mistaken I don't remember seeing that any of them were athletes aside from the red head playing D3 basketball. I'm not saying they WON'T be good, but it seems a little early.

Trey played college football, Marie played college soccer, and Laura played sports in high school but in her bio it says she like to work out and is a sports fan.
I know this was a few pages back...but I read somewhere (I think her Vevmo page) that Laura did pole vault. I think that St. Thomas can do well, they all have athletic backgrounds and seem to have good chemistry amongst each other.
As for the challenges themselves, I hope that they are a good mix of athletic and mental/smarts.
Looking at that cast list and OMG. Love that there are lots of new faces or faces we haven't seen in awhile.
I want to see this challenge right now. lol. That's how I feel. And they just left. Happy no JEK
Happy to see Trishelle, Zach, Jonna, Jasmine, Nany and Kelly Anne on because I think they make great tv.
Melinda and Danny? Awkward. Still sad Knight and Jemmye broke up.
Can't believe Lacey agreed to do one! Only complaint is no Leroy.
My money is on those crazy New Orleans kids causing the most drama. lol.

Yes...:sofa:
She has a solid body (no pun intended) of TV and film work. The camera loves her. Her threesome on day one of the Vegas season is iconic in the annals of TV. She's very athletic, knowingly sensual, and if BMP doesn't find a way to put a deck of cards in her hands, they are complete fools.
Trishelle is kind of a has been now, but in those days where she was on everything she was guaranteed to make good television. She's not just the boy crazy chick, she's not afraid to speak her mind and stand up to anybody, even Coral. I think she was most entertaining on the Surreal Life. Glad she's back in the mix. Back when she was bigger, she talked like she was so over the challenges for good.

Strongest team: San Diego/St Thomas
Weakest team: NOLA
Favorite team: can't decide yet
Least favorite team: Austin (can't stand Danny, Wes or Lacey)
Smartest team (for puzzles and such): can't decide
Most entertaining team: Sydney (just because of Isaac)
Underdogs: Cancun
I say strongest team will be Vegas or San Diego. I don't know anything about St. Thomas yet however.
Weakest to me definitely looks to be New Orleans. lol. Not just physically but mentally, oh I expect Knight and Jemmye to fight all the time and Preston to be a drama queen. McKensie might be loved by the other girls or hated.
Favorite team is...definitely Vegas. Trishelle guarantees good tv, Alton is wonderful, Nany just seems so honest in front of the cameras. I love that. And Dustin grew on me. Too bad no Leroy. I also love the Cancun girls.
Least favorite is Brooklyn. They seem either stuck up or arrogant. All of them.
Smartest Team. However they definitely look like the smartest team. Agree with the moderator. Sarah's very smart. Didn't watch their season religiously but Devyn and Chet seem intelligent.
Most entertaining. Ooh my money is on those crazy New Orleans kids.
Underdogs...let's face it. Those New Orleans kids. Maybe Cancun equally because the girls are tiny and the guys don't seem threatening.
That was fun.

I really don't see St. Thomas being that good, having come off of a Real World season with drinking and everything. I don't know, but I definitely have San Diego as the overall favorite here.
Go Wes, though.
I don't know about Cancun. I think Jonna is definitely one of the better competitors( female wise) and she is definitely one of the smartest. Especially, when it comes to puzzles. Jasmine is a little firecracker. Cancun might surprise me in a good way.

I think they are going to have to get the Concorde back in service.
I think people look at San Diego too serious. Sam looks pretty weak. I'm sure guys will hate Frank. Ashley is a model. Well, we had good example how models can be very good at Challenges (Duel 2, 2nd place, cant remember her name), but honestly Ashley doesn't look very competitive, we will see. And Zach... Danny also has nice body, but isn't very strong. Just because you working out like an animal doesn't mean you are good at those things. CT is an animal but kinda sucked with Diem on Exes for diffrent reasons. So I don't take San Diego very seriously.

Didn't Zach grow up on a farm? That could be just me stereotyping where he's from, I freely admit that. But if he is, farm kids are typically pretty strong regardless of the amount of muscles they have. I know for sure he played football so he's probably got a good amount of stamina. I don't however see him thriving with puzzles based on his season ;)

Saw Danny from Austin at the Greatest Bar in Boston a few months back where he works. Kid looks like a bag of milk. He is not in very good shape, and he did mention he was done doing challenges. But needless to say he is in worse shape than ever.
Not a real fan of any of the teams, per se. And I don't know exactly how a battle of the seasons works (no, I haven't searched to find an answer - not asking for one either).
But I'm rooting for KellyAnn. I want her to have money in the bank when I ask her out. You know, so she'll pay for stuff.
Also, be cool if Wes had success, assuming he drops the Greek God schtick.
No real interest in anyone outside of that.
Looking back at the teams, I realized Sydney has a decent chance. Kellyanne is hands down the best female there. Dunbar isn't awful, I mean if your'e comparing him to some of the other guys there he isn't that bad. Issac and Ashli I don't really know but I feel like they could be decent. I'm looking at overall teams and overall they have a solid team in my opinion.
I'm rooting for St Thomas or Vegas though :)
I would love New Orleans to stick around for awhile but chances are slim.

I agree about Sydney.
I think the top teams physically are San Diego, Vegas, Sydney and St. Thomas.
Then Cancun, Austin, Brooklyn and New Orleans.
I wouldn't say Ashli was a bad player. The way the game was set up really didn't allow her to show us much. If anything, I would consider her to be outspoken and brave for the way she stood up to the vets, particularly Robin. The only time we got to see her compete was when she was already injured. I personally think she is one of the most attractive females to ever be on the real world and am excited to see her.
Since I'm bored and everyone else seems to be doing this, I'll do my cast run through.
Laura - unsure
Marie - I think she'll bring some drama and will be a decent competitor
Robb - unsure
Trey - unsure
Zach - His interaction with Preston should be priceless.
Frank - Might as well call this season, "The Challenge: Frank Sweeney"
Ashley - She better redeem herself
Sam - I have a feeling she will be a poor competitor.
Jemmye - Drunken drama
McKenzie - ^See Jemmye
Preston - Sober & drunken drama
Knight - unsure
Jasmine - Rasheeda will be in full force
Jonna - I think she'll mastermind the game
Derek - I think he'll surprise us with his athleticism
CJ - Unsure
Dunbar - Not excited to see him again
Isaac - Ecstatic, he looks like he's in much better shape than on the Duel 2
Ashli - Pleasent surprise, I think she'll be a good strategic player and cause some drama
KellyAnne - Strongest girl on the challenge
Sarah - Once again has no shot at winning
Devyn - Unsure
JD - Drama
Chet - I smell a hook up for him on this challenge
Wes - May have a shot at this one
Danny - See Wes
Melinda - See Wes
Lacey - no words, biggest shock since Jo on Gauntlet 2 or Veronica back for the Ruins
Nany - Very excited, she will dominate
Trishelle - Another huge shock, I hope she does well
Alton - He'll dominate
Dustin - Will be interesting to see him without heather.
I agree that Zach's reaction to Preston should be priceless. I also feel like Zach will be in some drama considering he has already fought with Jemmye on twitter. Jemmye's made it clear she wasn't a fan of Ashley or Zach when she watched their season. This is going to be some funny drama.
My run down of the season before it even starts filming lol:
I am excited to see:
Alton, Trishelle, Dustin, Nany, Ashli, KellyAnne, Devyn, JD, CJ, Jasmine, Derek, Jonna, Knight, Jemmye, McKenzie, Frank, Ashley, Zach, Sam, Laura, Marie, Robb, and Trey
*Devyn because she is a new face and I hope she will surprise us. I feel like JD and Derek are good competitors but didn't get a great chance to show it on Cut Throat, I like Jemmye and she and Knight will be interesting to watch for drama.
Sam is the newcomer who I am most excited to see compete.
-My top preseason rankings (Obviously not 100% accurate because we havent seen them all compete, and not factoring in how teams will be broken up, the rules, injuries, or DQ's):
1. Team Cancun
2. Team Las Vegas
3. Team San Diego
4. Team Sydney
5. Team Austin
6. Team St. Thomas
7. Team Brooklyn
8. Team New Orleans
*I rank Cancun first because I'd say Jonna is the best female there (outside of KellyAnne) and she and Jasmine actually did well on Rivals. Jasmine also did well on Exes. Although CJ's Exile may say otherwise, I think he'll be a strong competitor here and I also think that Derek is very athletic and will do much better on this challenge than he did in his short time on Cut Throat. The chemistry between this team would be the strongest as well out of all the teams. Jonna and Jasmine have proved that they can work together, Jonna and Derek are very close friends and have been for years, and CJ doesn't have issues with any of the others, this team should have no issues at all in my opinion. The only downside to Cancun that I can think of is Jasmine's strength, and even that I don't question much.
Of those we've seen compete before, my top 3 females and males will be:
-KellyAnne, Jonna, and Trishelle (4th and 5th to Sarah and Melinda)
-Alton, CJ, and Wes (4th and 5th to Dunbar and Dustin)
And as for the newcomers, I would say:
1. Sam and Ashley
2. Laura and Marie
3. Nany
4. Jemmye and McKenzie
5. Devyn
6. Lacey
and
1. Frank and Zach
2. Robb and Trey
3. Knight and Preston
Obviously anything can happen given the rules, DQ's, and injuries but my preseason conclusion is:
Favorite to win: Cancun
Favorite to lose: New Orleans
Underdogs: San Diego
I think that you can safely conclude that they would have chosen the logical and cost effective US departure location. For Argentina, that definitely would not be JFK.
Plus they were just there with Rivals. I doubt they would do the exact same location again in a row.
Discounting St. Thomas because I know nothing about them as well as the politics and the format as we dont know how that will shape up. San Diego is the strongest team of 4. New Orleans is the weakest team of 4. Most of the teams inbetween are very even without any 1 standing out. Las Vegas would probably be number 2 though if I was ranking them. Brooklyn seems be being underrated by alot of members while Cancun Overrated.
My off the wall, no proof, tea-leaves inspired, feeling punchy guess will be they will be in Scotland and competing in the MTV version of the Highland Games and each season will be like a clan.
I think a lot of people are underestimating Las Vegas. Alton is clearly the best player by a mile (well don't know how Zach will perform, but I expect great things from him as well).
I think San Diego will be the season everyone is going to target, especially that a lot of people don't like Zach and his ex-girl, whatever her name is. They will also probably be seen as a threat. I really don't like anyone from San Diego, so it's probably wishful thinking from my part. I especially dislike Zach and his ex-girl...This was the worst season of Real World ever!
Austin-Sydney-Las Vegas will probably run the show, and Brooklyn-Cancun-New Orleans-St.Thomas will literally just be in the middle of it all. I expect the order to be:
1.Las Vegas
2.Austin
3.Sydney (Dunbar & Kellyanne connection to Wes, and Kellyanne being the strongest girl)
4.Brooklyn (people forget Sarah connection with Wes)
5.Cancun
6.New Orleans
7.St.Thomas
8.San Diego

I agree. Despite St. Thomas having a athletic background. I think they'll get stuck in the party aspect of the game. I'm just excited to see the drama between six people that should have been on exes. Wes, Kelly Anne, Danny, Melinda, Jemmye, and Knight.
My predictions:
- NOA2 will be the most dramatic.
- There will be a clash between the newer seasons (esp. NOA2 and SD2) that the vets will exploit.
- Trishelle will be overwhelmed and have a meltdown.
- Wes/Danny will have it out for Lacey.
- Alton, Dunbar, Isaac, Dustin and Chet will be comfortable throughout the game.
- For the male side: Derek and JD will impress/surprise us in the missions.
- For the females: Jemmye and possibly Devyn (see above).
- But Sam and Nany will disappoint.
- I've narrowed it down to Jonna and Kelly Anne on who will play the best social game on the females side.
and Wes will have a hard time controlling the game after a few rounds in.
As for the rest I have no idea - which is a good thing. I want to be shocked.
