He is doing the MTV twitter takeover thing again tonight like he did on Rivals. Rivals was cool when he did it but it was such a great episode for him to do it on and recapping how he felt about Adam, so hope that means the same for tonight. Looked like was intending on promoting forgiven a lot.

The Forgiven Twitter feed posted a pic of him during the Twitter takeover

My fav tweet was when someone asked him who his biggest competitor was this season .. his reply: @DiemBrown
Couldn't agree more. It sucks cause he went out on a much higher note on Rivals and I feel like in this Challenge they are one of the lesser teams. It's not hard to see why

There is one thing I don't like about this dude and that is that he seems fake. Why is it that he tells Diem one thing and then tells everyone else something different? I feel like she would have been over their drama had he just been honest with her but. He's not honest and it seems like the head games he plays with her is what keeps their relationship the way it is now.
I agree. I thought it was really awesome they had that talk and worked out their problems last episode and then watching him talk about it on the aftershow took me by surprise because it seems like it was a fake conversation on his part just to "make her happy"
At the end of the day this is a reality and some of these people are 2 faces in the show, we don't even know what's real and what's not, with the apology we all saw that he really "meant it" and it was "just not to make her happy" and then in the aftershow he goes and said all the opposite.
I hope that they talk about this in the reunion, face each other and clear the issues.
Btw this aftershow and the last one literally sucked, Johnny and CT can't stop talking to each other, [strike]anessa[/strike] Aneesa barely spoke and when she did these guys interrupted her, and is it just me or when they started to talk about anything that involved Diem, CT just raised his voice, talked quickly, and sounded nervous and of course I dont understand a word of what he is saying.
I think all Diem wanted was an apology and be done with it. She was never going to compete with him if they remained the way they were before the apologies. That was not the time for CT to put up a wall and say how he owes her nothing, no matter what he really thinks.
Everyone says CT is so bad at the social aspect of the game, but him apologizing was a smart move on his part and his only chance to win the whole thing. He knows they are a great team overall, but if Diem hates his guts, she may not give 100 percent, or even 50 percent she said that herself after the fight she wants to f him over and doesn't care. I wish he had meant it, and maybe he was just putting up a front in front of Aneesa/Johnny, but he did what he had to do since i doubt those two talk outside of the show even if they are on good terms. So he figures, it's like 5 years later, what does it matter anymore.
So what, he's still fake. If he didn't feel like he owed her an apology why didn't he just tell her that? To be honest I think he cares more about Diem and what she thinks than he lets on. He just doesn't want to look like a punk, that's why everytime her name comes up he has some lame *** excuse as to why he did this or why he told her that. If his *** really didn't care than he wouldn't lie because he would have no reasons behind it. Imagine what's going to happen now. Diem thinks he gave her a sincere apology and he just gave her BS now they gone to end up right where they started.

Yea he may have gave her and insincere apology. But if he told her he didn't owe her an apology, how do you think she woudl have taken that? Do you think they would have been on good terms and won that last mission? I don't. She would not have let it go IMO, so he did what he thought he had to do to win. She was saying before they made up she didn't care anymore and kind of wanted to lose to screw him over.
I kind of think he meant the apology in a way but it was so long ago he just felt it unnecessary at this point in their lives where he thinks to her it's still like it just happened last week. Not saying it's true, but to me that's how he sees it. To me he seemed pretty bitter still as well, so as always with those two, lots of he said/she said. Oh well.
BTW anyone who was on here concerned that he wouldn't be on the reunion show...my friend is at the taping today and she said he is there haha
I'm not sure anyone was concerned about him not being there, most just thought that the reunion show was supposed to tape yesterday not today.

Redeye from the west coast.
Diem had been acting like a baby & tanking in EVERY challenge so far. CT is a competitor and wants to win, so if giving her the apology she thought she was owed is going to shut her up & make her actually try in challenges, it makes sense to do so with the final challenge looming.
She's a scatterbrain and mentally weak when it comes to these things, so Chris has to resort to whatever he has to if it makes her happy & willing to try and win. Even with their decision on what team to throw in, CT wanted to do the smart thing (throw in Johnny & Camila) but for some inexplicable reason, Diem feels as though Paula & Dunbar are the biggest threat left in the game. That's how bright of a person she is.

This has been said time and time again, but Diem was simply thinking about the final mission. Diem thinks Paula and Dunbar are the biggest threat because Paula is known for being a very good long distance runner and Dunbar won Cutthroat with the red team, so he is capable of finishing a final perhaps without an issue. Diem wanted Paula and Dunbar to go into the Dome with Ty and Emily because those two are arguably the strongest girls left in the competition and putting those two in the Dome would knock one of them out.
Was it the smartest choice? Of course not, but I can understand her reasoning. I just don't agree with it.

No this seems pretty text book. He meant everything he says. However it's pretty obvious his current girlfriend isn't exactly missing episodes. I feel like now he's treading lightly because one glance at her twitter feed and it's pretty clear she isn't exactly thrilled with the concept of this challenge. I think really he's just downplaying his emotions regarding Diem for the sake of his current relationship.
Also this is a bit off topic but I've spent years marveling at how for such an all around bada** it's interesting that CT doesn't have a single tattoo .. not one...
I guess but Diem is still going to see that and if they patched things up, its going to just create drama again. I wish he was just honest so they can be friends and move on. It's not like he's telling Diem he loves her, he's just saying sorry.. And it's not like CT and Diem are all over each other they are partners for this challenge neither one of them seems like they care about rekindling anything so his girlfriend doesn't have to worry. I think he cares about Diem but, I think he's over her so why not a real apology so they can maybe be friends?
I don't think he's over her at all. Or, maybe he is but is still open to the idea of trying again. I think if Diem said "let's try this one more time", I think he'd go for it. They have so much chemistry on tv, it's weird. They're complete opposites but just fit well together. I don't know, maybe it's just me that thinks that. Also, has anyone heard Derrick's latest podcast with Cohutta and Evan? It seems like every time Evan talks about Ct, he alludes to the fact that he swings both ways. His story of Ct and him in Myrtle Beach was vague but you can definitely tell what he's trying to say. He said Ct was with a bunch of guys and when they walked into the room the next morning, you could pretty much tell what had been going on.

I think Evan was alluding to drug use. Kenny has mentioned it on podcasts about CT as well. 2nd podcast i have heard Evan tell that same story too. They love bashing them some CT

A sincere apology in episode three of four means the writers move on to another story line. If you draw out these things, you get more screen time.

Ohhh. Well Evan is constantly talking **** about Ct, which really annoys me because it's in such a passive aggressive and joking manner but with malicious intent. The things Evan says about people are just downright cruel sometimes. If he was alluding to drug use then that makes sense, but he's also alluded to Ct switching teams, which other cast members have hinted at as well.
Evan comes across as one of the most disingenuous person on the shows. He, along with Kenny and Johnny, badmouth EVERYONE but CT especially. From them alluding to his steroid use, to his poor intellect they have ripped them to shreds constantly.

I think townie may have said this a while ago on here, correct me if I'm wrong, but while Kenny is often one to rip on CT in podcasts, interviews, etc, Kenny will also say the same stuff right to his face. He's not hiding behind his computer screen or microphone, he owns up to what he says and CT found that commendable.
What is this CT swings both ways ****? I never even heard that..
Evan has said it in an interview and Ct joked around with Tyler about him maybe doing something with Shane. Shane was asked a year ago in an interview what he thought about Ct and he was very vague with "He's hot.... that's all I'm gonna say" and then put a winky face. There was another time that I think Timmy said Ct was being overly friendly with Kenny when they were wrestling and it seemed like Ct was taking it somewhere else, haha. If it's true, that doesn't make him look any different in my book. Just hotter! Lol.

It's funny, but people need to stop associating tattoos with being a ******. Tattoos are nothing but body paint, they don't mean anything.
Yeah ... Despite all the nefarious personality traits that CT has and there are plenty, he really won me over on Derricks podcast a few years ago. Kenny and Derrick were baiting him to talk **** about Evan and a few others and he wouldn't do it. He simply said " I don't really know the kid" ... To me that speaks to who he really he is. He seems like a truly genuine if not overly passionate person. I think that's where a lot of his anger came from with Adam. He really doesn't think he knows Evan because he isn't exactly about coming on these shows and opening up he really just wants to compete. I think that's where others' disdain of him comes from he's just not trying to be their best friend. I feel like that's why Kenny and Evan trash him at every given opportunity but if you notice the worst he's ever said about Evan is that " he looks pregnant" (which he kinda did). Not once have you ever heard him trash them -- mind you these are two guys facing rape allegations... Just sayin' .... I always find it odd when grown men constantly trash the same person over an over ... It doesn't make them look good.
Evan comes across as one of the most disingenuous person on the shows.
You're talking about a guy who claims he got a hockey scholarship from a school that does not give out athletic scholarships. He has a PHD in embellishing the truth.

I agree with you. CT refusing to engage in bashing war with those who continually trash him says a lot about his character. When you bash someone, it says more about you than the person you are bashing. I think Evan is salty about the pregnant comment. He seems like someone who can dish it but not take it.

I'm not impressed. If someone like Davis or Adam says the same thing, CT is ready to smash. Commendable - gimme a break. Sounds more like commercialism to me.
