Is it just me or was CT's 'personality/edit' much better on Rivals than it was on Exes? I'll admit he was more funny on Exes but overall I really liked CT personality when it was him against everyone.

So he actually had an alliance.
Lol X Box live? Wow that's amusing? I don't think his edit was the worst. For some reason he seems like such a nice guy now. I am pretty sure he is a fan favorite so they give him good edits and honestly he was cool with everyone on this show except for Diem. I don't think I liked him more when he was against everyone but he was more entertaining. I think the old CT is still in there though. I have listened to a few interviews and podcasts of his and he has some issues. He always seems to be on the defensive and it sounds like he wants to start conflicts with others. On afterbuzz he was ok but that was because everyone there was kissing his ***. But when someone asks him a serious question he gets all angry and aggressive. He seems like a lose cannon you know? Like the type of person who is cool but if you disagree with him or something he will go off on you.

They ask him these easy questions that he barely knows and then it's like "OMG HE CAN'T BE STUMPED"
Afterbuzz is ok...what irritates me about that show though it that they all talk over each other and bring up points that don't even regard anything happening in the show sometimes. But, I really did not like the Afterbuzz that CT was on because it's like c'mon... I don't want to hear about Adam or how they think he should have been in the Navy and I don't want to hear about how hot they think he is. They all just kissed his ***. I would have loved to hear more about the actual challenge and whats going on in his life. Like what the heck does he do for a living besides these shows??? Like I said this one was not bad but, he recently did an interview, he and Johnny did and I cant recall who hosted it but, the guy just asked him a coiple of questions and CT got all defensive...it was weird. And there is a podcast with CT Derick and Kenny and he was all over the place in that interview like no lie I thought I was listening to Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde....strange!
The podcast with Derrick and Kenny was over a year ago right after he was on cutthroat for an episode.
I'm actually not shocked CT & Johnny became friends this season, they've always gotten along well outside the show and I thought Johnny would see him differently on challenges if he did one with CT without Evan and Kenny in his ear the whole time. As for Adam throwing that jungle...I don't know, CT was on good terms with Adam last time they hung out so Bananas must've told him something for him to implicate that Adam threw it. Perhaps Adam agreed to screw CT over early in the season before he saw how much he'd changed, and was second guessing doing it at the end and that whole scene with Adam at the club where Kenny & Johnny cornered him was them trying to intimidate Adam into not going back on his word. Now that I think of it, it is kind of strange Kenny brought up trust to Adam in that discussion when it was that late in the game & the final elimination was already set in stone. If something like that did happen, Johnny does seem like the kind of guy who would set the record straight and come clean to CT if he wanted to be friends with him moving forward...like he would lay all the cards on the table. Regardless, judging by how Adam reacted at the reunion when he got emotional, I think he does feel bad they lost, whether it was legit & because he made an honest mistake or whether he threw it and had a guilty conscience about what he did.

CT was actively trying to get rid of Johnny on the Duel and Gauntlet 3...Johnny was the one most vocal about sending CT home for hitting Davis on Inferno 3 and (along with Wes) taking him out on Rivals, and then there was the backpacking incident...I doubt he needed Kenny or Evan's help to dislike CT. Plus, I don't really think Kenny dislikes CT...at worst he seems ambivalent towards him. He probably would've worked with CT on Rivals if Evan and Johnny weren't there.
Lets not forget, it was CT who wanted to threw Johnny into the Dome against Ty & Emily, but Diem convinced him that Paula & Dunbar would be the better choice.
CT only wanted to throw Johnny and Camilla in because they were constantly winning and he thought it would be a better idea to throw a strong team in the dome so they could potentially be defeted and then he and Diem would not have to worry about them in the finals. I dont think it had anything to do with him and Johnny having bad blood. It was just the politics of the game.
I didn't want to post this in the Diem interview thread, but one really has to question how much of CT's actions/game fate these past 2 challenges has actually been authentic. On Rivals, who sits and just yells at somebody for 7 hours and who just sits there and takes it? It's like the whole thing was planned out just so that the producers could get their "psycho CT" moment in for the season or something. CT isn't just the kind of person who yells and yells at somebody for that long (especially THAT long) without getting physical with them...the way the whole thing played out doesn't fit with how he would've handled a situation like that in real life. Then the last challenge, it's like the producers rigged it so that there was no way he and Adam would win (their helicopter flew way, way lower than everybody elses) just so they could get CT in that T-Bone jungle that heavily favored he & Adam's physical strengths so they could get him in there with either Johnny or Kenny and give the fans a show with him laying them out at will. This past season, the last 2 challenges where he & Diem won power couple were way different than anything else they did that season and they heavily favored he & Diem's strengths...it's almost as if they wanted to make it as sure as possible he'd be in the finals as to not make the same mistake they did from Rivals. Not only that, but Mark/Robin were obviously the weakest team left final challenge-wise while Johnny/Camila posed the biggest threat to CT/Diem in a final...and the dome game they had them play gave Mark & Robin the best chance at eliminating them and it didn't happen. Plus, a lot of the elements in the final seemed like they favored he & Diem moreso than everybody else too. As for his interaction/flirting with Diem this season, it doesn't match with what he's said about her pre and post show. Like many have said, it's almost as if he was given a role to play to see if Diem would fall for the bait and have feelings once again or something just so the producers could get their story. Because like I said, what he's said about Diem since the show doesn't really jive at all with what one would be led to believe by seeing them on the show together the last few episodes.

I suppose he could be saying things about her post show because, as she said in the interview, he was the one paying attention to her. He doesn't seem like the type of guy that would like being rejected by her repeatedly. As for these interviews of his, where can I find them?!?
Besides the Afterbuzz interview, I haven't heard CT say anythig negative about Diem. Even in that interview he wasn't negative, he just seemed careless. Like he is over her I mean he is a fan favorite so I don't see why they would not utilize him to create more drama. Everyone is up that man's ***. It doesn't matter what he is doing, as long as he is getting camera time.
