I think Ashley and Erika were asked for Rivals and were supposed to go but one of them backed out. I could be mistaken though.
I was wondering if those of you who have some sort of "inside" info or just basic knowledge can answer whether the following RW/RR/FM alumni have stated/hinted/showed interest they will/will not/maybe do a challenge again or for the first time? Please & Thank You. Ayiiia- She was ok on Cutthroat, I kind of want to see her compete in another one. Emily (DC)- She's strong and can actually match up to Laurel/Ev. Diem- She's just awesome. Kelly Anne ^ Robin She's been sent home first and second in her last 2 challenges. I want to see her compete more. Jemmey I loved her in RW:NOLA. Hopefully she's showed interest. Jeff and Noor (FM2) Landon An honest player. Thank You.
Noor wants to do more challenges, Diem wants to do a challenge if she has access to internet for her work and I assume Emily would want to do another. Kelly Anne/Robin/Landon are likely up for a challenge if the time is right, and I know nothing about ayiiia, jemmey and jeff.

Emily really wants to get on another challenge, Noor wants to do one but apparently he's busy with soccer. I think Kelly Anne would like to come back for another round. It was said that Diem would do another challenge but only if they allow her to bring her laptop.
Robin said she'd love to come back. I saw on Landon's Twitter that he said he might come back, but I wasn't sure if it was his real Twitter?

On the older challenges there were computers in the house with internet and later on there were laptops. Spoilers really shouldn't be the issue because the cast have had internet in the house for years and years.
I think Ashley and Erika were asked for Rivals and were supposed to go but one of them backed out. I could be mistaken though.
Aw for real? They were the most memorable part about DC along with Emily and Callie. That was a good looking cast.
I think not having internet is lame. Not having books or music is also bad. I can see them having an issue if the cast is spending too much time on these things rather than producing TV but that could be worked around if they ration their entertainment time. Like give them a two hour entertainment block a day or unrestricted internet access on a single PC. I do like that they were able to go out to a club a few times. Wish they could do that more often too.
You know if they let them have internet it would be harder for us to get spoilers so I dont see that could be a plus for them, if they stayed on twitter and facebook during the challenge instead of suddenly disappearing for 6 weeks then it would be harder for us to figure out whos on the challenge and the elimination order. And I'd say that's the most important spoilers that they're trying to keep from us.

They have mp3 players and I saw wes had a book with him on rivals. They just can't play music out loud cause of copyright issues, they would have to pay the artist if you hear the song in the episode.

Tbh I have no problem with players doing 10 challenges or more, its just when they do like 6 in a row that I have a problem with, you get sick of them. I'm tired of Wes, Kenny, Paula and Jenn, they need to sit out. Evelyn, Aneesa and Robin had long breaks so they feel fresher, even if they've done many challenges too.

The only challenges she has skipped are the Duel, Duel 2, and Cutthroat.
I'm not sure Evelyn ever really had a long break. The only challenges she has skipped are the Duel, Duel 2, and Cutthroat.
It doesnt need to be a super long break. Sitting out 2 or 3 challenges is enough

Maybe it's because he drains the whole show, they focus on him way too much.
Maybe it's because he drains the whole show, they focus on him way too much.
Agreed. It's like he tries to hard. Plus I'm guessing after the whole FM2 focused on him vs Kenny, most people are already tired of him and Kenny somewhat, although he (Kenny) is more tolerable.
I think Wes needs to get his body right for these things. Seems to me he has a little too much mass for his frame and he suffers in things that take a lot of endurance. If he slimmed down a bit he could go back to being an elite competitor like he was on his first two shows.
Have to say, after seeing the entire season air, I was really impressed with Johnny's performance on Rivals. Knowing well in advance that he and Tyler won the competition, I had in some part assumed that Tyler was mostly responsible for securing their teams win. Maybe it's because Tyler lasted a considerably longer amount of time against CT in his Gulag on Cut Throat and put in a pretty remarkable performance that season, or knowing his background as a fitness instructor, or perhaps even the accolades other cast members were sending his way during podcasts and similar channels that I had those assumptions. However, after digesting the season, I have to say if any member of their duo did better than the other, it would be Johnny as opposed to Tyler. I know editing can skew the viewers vision of how these competitions actually played out, but based on his edit this season Johnny came off amazingly consistent and nearly flawless in the challenges of Rival as well as his Jungle with CT/Adam. He also appeared remarkably resilient in the final challenge which looked more grueling than any final previously attempted. Personality wise, he's definitely one of the more polarizing figures on The Challenge, but performance wise, I can't help but be impressed with what he did on Rivals. I would have posted this in his thread but it's still locked at the moment.

Now that his luck ran out(starting with the Ruins), he's been exposed for what he always was...... which is an average competitor(overall), but with really good physical strength.
How was he lucky on Fresh Meat and The Duel?
On Fresh Meat Wes and Casey had less weight to carry not to mention exile experience which gave them quite an advantage because they knew what to expect while their opponents didn't(remember the blind folding?). As for his win on the Duel 1, he did beat Derrick, but he got the two best competitors (Evan and CT) to face eachother, which lead to Evan, who was better than Wes to get eliminated. Than the last before before the final happened to be a swimming base mission, the only missions he was good at because he was a state champ. And he ended up winning and getting safety from the last Duel.Than CT, the best competitor, got a DQ against Brad and went home(if CT made it to the finals, Wes would of gotten "smoked"). Lastly, he was lucky to get a head start against Brad(who didn't play soccer) with the soccer kick bull crap. Wes stated he played soccer in high school or something, so he clearly had the advantage in that.
Why does Wes get discredited because he's better than people at swimming and soccer? If anything that only proves he's a good all around athlete. You never see anyone discrediting Alton and Landon for winning climbing based missions, or CT for winning physical missions, but for some reason Wes being better than everyone at swimming is an unfair advantage? Give me a break...
I could ask the same thing about how his losses are always discredited.
Except I don't see anyone here discrediting his losses, so that is irrelevant to this discussion.
Except I don't see anyone here discrediting his losses, so that is irrelevant to this discussion.
I do see it happen though. FM1's reason for not getting higher than 3rd was because of Casey even though Casey didn't pack as much weight as any other girl. Ruins' excuse was because Wes didn't get help from his team, even though with all that talking Wes does, why would he need help from his team? FM2's excuse was he gave up and the people who said he gave up seem to think that isn't worse than straight out losing. Now for Rivals, people say Kenny rushed him and didn't give him 10 seconds to breathe. From the looks of it, the 10 seconds that Kenny stood there yelling at him was that 10 seconds his fans were yammering about. I get that there are people who like him and people who don't like him and discrediting for anything is gonna happen but excuses for losing are just annoying.

There are people making excuses for Wes losing, just like there are excuses for CT, Kenny, Evan, etc. My point is, hardly anybody else gets discredited for being good at stuff like Wes does. I'm constantly hearing things like "Wes won a swimming based mission on the Duel, so it doesn't count" as if he has some sort of unfair advantage over everyone else.
