I like the To be continued cause I'm enjoying the show and am in no hurry to end it. Folks, this may be our final challenge ever so what's their to complain about? Even if the show does get renewed who knows how many more we will see. These could be the last days.

Yeah really. We already know who wins (if we choose to look) so it's not like it's suspenseful. I enjoy seeing as much of the challenges, final, drama as I can. I really like this challenge so I'll take it!
This would have been the BEST challenge dailies... I'm so bitter that they didn't do them but are doing them for Jersey Shore.

After this season I don't blame MTV for wanting to end it. :D
I want it over ASAP, bring in Real World: San Diego!

Even if RW: San Diego won't be premiering for at least another month? Wouldn't you rather have the least amount of time possible between seasons?

Aw man, I was hoping for SD to be premiering right after :(

Uhhh...no. Have you seen any trailers, promotion, anything that signifies that a television show will be premiering right after?
The season won't even be done filming by the time this challenge is over. You're looking at early-mid October for a premiere date, at the earliest.
For those of you keeping track...
Johnny and Tyler, (The Challenge, Lane and Connor): 10 points each. Jonny and Tyler eliminated C.T. and Adam from The Challenge this week in a competition that was perfectly tailored for Adam to score big and for C.T. to hospitalize someone. Only they lost. Adam didn’t understand the rules, which led to Tyler and Johnny's pulling off the biggest upset in Challenge history. It was like the Bulls losing at the buzzer in Game 7 because Horace Grant got confused and scored 15 points in the wrong basket. I almost would have bought it if C.T. wasn’t so cheery afterward. Those two threw the challenge, and I’m 99 percent sure Connor had something to do with it. This elimination was The Challenge’s version of the Black Sox scandal. In 2057, there will be a Field of Dreams remake in which C.T. materializes in a cornfield to eat the faces of his Challenge rivals.
Wes (The Challenge, Kang): -10 points. Wes’ best attempt at making Cara Maria cry was to say, “You are very immature. You are not deep enough for me.” Really, Wes? That’s all you got? The woman standing in front of you dresses like Jack Sparrow, sleeps with a pillow disguised as her boyfriend, and wears more makeup than a transvestite Juggalo, and all you could come up with was "immature"? Did you see Laurel last week? You should be ashamed of yourself (-10 points for unsuccessfully trying to make someone cry).
Johnny didn't score a single point until Episode 8, now that's pathetic. Also Wes is at like 60 now I believe, but he's not the first one to get deducted points.
Oh and Adam Royer got like 164 points his one episode on the show, which is leading.

I like how the people who did Volunteer work got -25 lol.

Oh well, I guess a break is always better than being overloaded with the shows. Now I can confuse on Big Brother ending and Survivor starting ;)
Man, you guys are going to wish this finale was a 3 parter if this is the last challenge we ever see. May be the last time you see 90 percent of these people on TV.

Actually, no, I didn't like this challenge at all; so sick and tired of seeing the same group of people over and over.... and seeing most of them make it to the finals is just irritating.

I agree. One of the positives in the challenges getting canned is that I will never have to see JEK, Wes, and all of their "Employees" Ever again....except maybe in ****.

Until they all inevitably get their own shows. Johnny's such a manipulative piece of ---- that he'll probably even weasel his way into a guest spot on Entourage in exchange for dropping his lawsuit. Those 4 you specifically mentioned love themselves and their own reflections far too much to ever be out of the public eye for long, especially when a lot of the public seem intent on building up their already-inflated egos.
If you don't like the shows then you aren't obligated to watch them. Why invest time into something you don't enjoy?

Haha, that whole post is pretty funny.
Anyway, I too am tired of the same people running these shows but I am still entertained regardless. And one day (and I think that day is soon) JEK is going to go their separate ways and we wont see them or most of them much again on challenges.
I wish whole season was stretched out more, before the finals. I would like to have seen aftershows after every episode, dailies, all of that if this was the last one. But i get why they didn't, I guess. In case this is all we get, besides reruns. I am sad to see these go if they do. The challenge is the only show i consistently have watched on MTV for such a long period of time.
I could see Kenny staying around as hosting, possibly with MTV shows like he is doing with Jersey shore. Their will always be shows that are popular for a few years like Jersey Shore, Kate plus 8, etc. The rest, I don't see of JEK being around besides twitter.
For the people that posted that, I thought Johnny's whole lawsuit was just an attempt to get a guest appearance on Entourage too. That was first thing that came to my mind at least.

Are they not finished shooting the final season? I don't think they will bring the cast & crew back to shoot an episode with the man with a monkey-sized banana...

There are/have been rumors they may have a movie or continue on, even though it's supposedly the last season. Although what you said seems like a great argument against Johnny and what he wants out of it. Money/Fame is my guess. :)

Same here. I've watched the challenges since the beginning and I miss the good old days (probably just nostalgia though). I hope they get renewed but I'm already making my peace with the fact that Rivals may be the last one. Thankfully I bought a set of all of the previous challenges on DVD so I can reminisce whenever I want.

Get their own shows? Please. NONE of them are good enough to carry an entire show on their own. They don't have the chops for that. **** they can barley carry the challenges on their own. Much less their own show.
Like I said. Next Stop:**** (Gay hopefully).
