The main alliance of guys have never been so transparent before. They are all nervous of CT's presence and all know they would lose to him in the final. From the clip posted last night of CT vs Wes, I thought CT looked crazy and while I still think he got a little too angry, it made much more sense, after seeing the episode. Wes was trying to get CT in an uproar and he did. As soon as he did, he regretted it. I hope CT keeps winning. Also, everyone did horrible on that mission! Barring CT of course.
Also, according to Wes, calling someone a mongoose is apparently an insult. Mongooses are ******* awesome.
This episode was pretty standard. I love how Wes calls CT a bully when Wes is one of the most arrogant and degrading individuals ever to appear on these shows. I think it's fantastic that CT and Adam won the challenge because I love seeing Wes getting knocked down a peg. I still don't understand why he is so cocky when he got beat by Cohutta on The Ruins.
I'm really proud of Paula for the way she is playing this game. I think having Ev has her partner has really boosted her confidence on this challenge. I'd like to think it's her brown hair, though. :p
I'm kind of enjoying the Mandi and CT "relationship". I'm not sure if its for camera time or what, but I'm interested in where it will lead. I'm quite surprised that CT didn't throw a punch at Wes. CT definitely still has his temper, but he does seem like he has changed since his Duel 2 days.
wait faceless and vital.. incoming stans and people who know nothing, about to call CT a bully.. even thou Wes opening admitted to wanting to provoke CT and get him to throw a punch. theres a reason he stood there quietly he knew it was coming. JEKW should be embarassed 4 grown men who claim to the best who ever came on these challeges scared of 1 man. *** is Evan talking about "we can beat them we will throw the challenge" hahahahahaha next week will be funny
why dont we stop calling this rivals or the jungle and call it "get rid of ct because we are scared of him"
Because The Challenge: Lets Get Rid of CT Because We're Scared Little B*ches is too long of a monicker and the DVR would truncate it. Also, polling shows it doesn't rate as high on the Female 12-14.5 demographic.

I don't think Wes expected it to go on for that long, which is ridiculous that it did, like gees *** can he say for 7 hours straight? And it's not a bad thing that they're scared of CT, they're not that stupid and they know he's good and he's pretty much the only thing in their way, so yeah he's a big deal to them. But they're not all scared apparently Evan thinks he can take him out, so ya we'll see about that.

They are scared to compete in a final against him. They said it themselves.
They are scared to compete in a final against him. They said it themselves.
Yeah, but they think they can take him out in an elimination round.
Yeah, but they think they can take him out in an elimination round.
I don't know whether if they necessarily believe they can beat them in an elimination round or if they have a better at that or a final. Either way, it's very obvious they they were nervous about their positions in the game with CT around.
They are scared to compete in a final against him. They said it themselves.
Well, I mean if CT gets to the final that would mean one of them wouldn't. That's a pretty good reason to want him out.
Well, I mean if CT gets to the final that would mean one of them wouldn't. That's a pretty good reason to want him out.
Yes, that is true but Evan outright said there is no winning if CT is in the final. Did you not hear that part?
Yes, that is true but Evan outright said there is no winning if CT is in the final. Did you not hear that part?
Then that means they were saying they have a better chance in an elimination round than a final, they could be right, if it's not something physical like todays elimination then anyone can win. But most of the finals are all the same, which is an endurance race. I still wouldn't be dumb enough to risk it though.

It's pretty bright as day that the 6 guys of the main alliance are threatened by CT. That is what I believe and I've come to the conclusion that you just like to argue so I'm gonna stop going back and forth with you.

LOL I never said they weren't! It's obvious everyone is, I am just saying they think the elimination round is their best option.
Yes, that is true but Evan outright said there is no winning if CT is in the final. Did you not hear that part?
I heard it. My point is they have good reason to want to get rid of him, whether Evan thinks he can beat him or not.
This episode was much better. :)
On another note, I actually feel kinda bad for Mandi in this episode. Mandi's all into CT and he's like, "I'm flirting w/all the girls here to weaken the alliance a bit, and Mandi bit, and bit hard. This girl's relentless."
I would be embarrassed if someone said that about me.
CT is back to his old game (i.e. no game - all brute.) As long as Wes continues to play smart, he wins (and he has Kenny there to make sure of it.)
What about Wes' game play has been smart? Mr. Beautiful and Greek God over here have DQ'd two out of three Challenges, been in a Jungle already, and lost in intimidating fashion to an Adam/CT team that has placed 2nd or higher in every challenge so far. The Greek God proceeds to get all butt-hurt because a girl he wants to **** is more interested in the same guy who has been spanking him in all these challenges. This fact, combined with the fact that Greek God and his alliance are getting consistently beat in these Challenges by The Big Bully resulted in him coming up with a ********* underhanded "plan" to try and get in Big Bully's head. And what happens? Big Bully gets all riled up, and the next morning, Greek God goes to Big Bully's teammate because he is, again, butt-hurt about the fact that Big Bully called him out on the fact that he is a sketchy ******* who focuses less on winning challenges and more on politicking.
I find it odd that people continue to think of CT as the stereotypical "dumb brute." He spoke the most truth of anybody in this Challenge so far in idle conversation with Mandi when he said something along the lines of "In these Challenges you have to perform, it doesn't matter who your friends are." My God, someone who tries to actually PLAY THE GAME, instead of phone ahead weeks in advance of the thing and try to figure out who to **** over, and how best to execute the same tired game plan.
Don't get me wrong, I think CT is really good at being a ******* when the occasion calls for it. There were times in Real World: Paris, and these very Challenges where he's made ******* moves that haven't worked out very well. His DQ on the Duel comes to mind. Dude shoulda been more patient with the unclipping of the flag. Simple as that. Gauntlet 3, he was a ******* on most of the episodes he had airtime. Inferno 3. Nuff said. But let's all face the fact. This is a different player since the murder of his brother. When real life humbles you, it tends to become apparent in everything you do. And traumatic events have a way of making you more self-aware.
Johnny, Evan, Wes and Kenny are a lot less confident than I gave them credit for. Every one of them has won a Challenge, and yet all they can think about is how best to eliminate the guy who has never won a final challenge. Weird. That's another good point the "Dumb Brute/Big Bully" made: "These kids need to stop worrying about me and start worrying about themselves." You'd think success would make men out of boys, but I suppose it just spoils them instead.
Anywhoozle, this was a pretty good Challenge. Mike is a bonafide bad ***. Theresa and Camila had an interesting sort-of-strategy. Laurel is proving to lack confidence as much as Evan and Wes. Weird how these supposed heavy hitters are blowing their loads pretending to be heavy hitters instead of actually proving it.
This episode just reaffirmed my dislike of Johnny, Evan, Kenny, and Wes but at the same time gave me hope for future installments of the series.
J,E,K, and W are all talk. They think their strategy can make up for their lack of performance this season. That has worked for very few people in the past, mostly Veronica, who was a much better competitor than people gave her credit for. I think now more than ever their whole dislike of CT is amplified for TV. Wes, Kenny, Evan, and Johnny all talk of themselves to be the best in the game/world... much like CT, yet they talk about him like he is amoral. If CT wasn't such an outstanding physical competitor, he would probably be in that alliance.
I am glad that they are finally weeding out FM1 kids, who I cannot stand, and giving FM2 and other RWers more airtime. I think Camilla, Theresa, Jonna, Mike, Leroy, and Cara Marie are great personalities for the challenges and are far more interesting than Ev, Paula, Johnny, Kenny, Evan, Wes, Jenn (who I has really faded to the background). It's really just the guys. The girls this season were cast well, even though other would have been better. The guys however are the SAME guys we have every season...
Yeah, but they think they can take him out in an elimination round.
Wes/Kenny and Johnny/Tyler don't think they can or else they'd be willing to step up like Evan did. Evan at least has the balls to step up and take the sacrifice for the alliance if need be. Wes, Kenny, and Johnny will talk themselves up but at the end of the day, they'll throw anybody else but themselves in to go against CT because they're afraid of him.
That's why CT got in Wes' face. He acts like he's the man and that he can't be beat yet the actions of his politics to get CT eliminated contradict everything he says. If he really was that great, he and Kenny would offer to go and take CT out in a Jungle. Don't sit there and run your mouth about how you're better than somebody when you're not willing to step up and prove it head-to-head.
What animal died on Jonna's head? I wonder if she realized?
Theresa and Camila are such drama queens. They only wanted airtime. I like CT and he definitely has an amazing chance to win this one. He is an awesome competitor. Adam is good too, but like Wes said he's his achilles heel. Not to mention CT's comment about him being a 140lb chicken wing!
What noise was Mike making? I felt bad for the kid. That was a hard fall and he still finished, but that groaning and moaning made me laugh. "Can Lee come with me?"- When he was leaving in the ambulence.
IF Ct/Adam don't win "safety" they are in everytime, that is just how it is. I wish they would have formed an alliance even though it stll might not be as big as JEK plus Wes's just to relieve some pressure on them to win everytime or go in.
JEK had this huge alliance the whole way right from the start. I wish CT realized that he doesn't need an alliance to do well individually, he clearly is a dominant physical athlete, but just to counter there's. Or win every mission, which one screw up and you are in. That's cutting it close. The guys are already scared to go against him no matter what they say to look tough on camera or on aftershows/reunions, castmembers have confirmed that as well as it's obvious.
JEk act like they would have had Adam's back if not for the CT, but let's say that it wasn't partners and top 3 males made it to the end. He still would be 4th in the order of importance, so what good does being the last guy out before finals do for him? So i don't buy what they were selling episode 2 at all.
Wes is just a ridiculos person. Don't stir things up if you don't realize what the wrath will be. You know CT is a loose cannon, unless you wanted him to punch you, there was no point. So either way you lose because he didn't. This isn't the duel 1 Wes, you have to get over yourself, that was like what 5 years ago?. If EVERY single person thinks you are way too cocky(and not in a joking way, like he means it), imagine what he must say all day, everyday and how annoying that guy has to be to be around in a challenge.
With Evan volunteering to go in next week and throw it. Two reasons IMO for this.
1. He knows he is the low end of the JEK alliance and will eventually have to do it anyway before the finals.
2. He must not realize he has lost head to head to CT already in a puzzle of all things, and he must really not think much of Adam if he thinks him/Nehemiah can beat CT/Adam when he coudln't beat CT himself. So unless he thinks Nehemiah is that much better than Adam, i don't get the logic behind it.
I guess because all of the JEK alliance already said they have no chance against him if CT is in the finals, which is an odd revelation for such a cocky group of guys to admit. Shows they must really fear going head to head against him in any aspect in a final.
why did adam/ct allow wes/kenny to go last and jonnhy/tyler and evan/neamiah to go 2nd last...but ty and leroy to go first when he knows that the minute they lose, jek will put them in the jungle?
and don't say bc he is friends with them bc the game is supposed to be "not personal"
why dont we stop calling this rivals or the jungle and call it "get rid of ct because we are scared of him"
Agree. Sick of seeing JEK, Wes, and Paula on these shows. That's probably the reason I loved Cut Throat so much, because we got to see Abram, Dan, Big Easy, Melinda; people we don't normally see.
Watching CT fight with JEK every episode is getting pretty tiredsome. I hope CT/Adam get taken out so we don't have to listen to CT trash talk again.

Because he wanted to beat Wes in the challenge and he did
Another good/solid episode. I was wondering for the longest how Mike spit up blood. He had me thinking it was because he fell in the water and that was that which would've been ridiculous.
I'm glad Jasmine got over the whole Theresa/Camila ordeal. As for them, I wanted them to win over Cara Maria/Laurel. I mean Cara Maria is cool and all but she's with Laurel.
And whats up with all these water challenge coming up. They could've just spread them apart.

-Jonna's hairstyle this episode was horrendous though it made me laugh. I guess she figured nothing was wrong with going all natural.
-Yeah Mike's ordeal made me laugh to but I'm glad he's ok. However I laughed to when he said that line.
Ballsy or stupid? lol yeah it looked like Nehemiah wasn't informed ahead of time.
I really don't understand.... so JEK are playing their usual game: get the threats out so we have a better chance of winning. Some people call that being scared, esp of CT. What I don't get is that when JEK is throwing people under the bus, everyone says "Oh they're so scared, they don't even want to go in elimination rounds, they're weak, blah blah" then when Evan steps up to go in to try to take out CT, apparently, he's being stupid.... come on people make up your minds.... Is going in elimination rounds stupid or commendable. Stop being double minded about it.
With that said, I commend Evan, tis why I like him...
why dont we stop calling this rivals or the jungle and call it "get rid of ct because we are scared of him"
Because the format is Rivals paired together and the place of elimination rounds is called the Jungle.... what game plan the challengers decide to do has nothing to do with the name. :P
I still don't understand why on one hand people are saying Paula is playing the game smart, and then when JEK plays the same game, they call them scared. Paula is trying to get rid of who she thought was her biggest competition or the ones that come second all the time (which are threats to her winning challenges-Camila and Theresa), and JEK is essentially trying to do the same- CT is a threat so they're trying to get him out.
I can't get down on them for that, it's how they play the game. Good thing CT is winning challenges.

Agreed. Actually thinking about it, CT doesn't even seem to have a problem with Johnny or Evan (except them being in JEK and having an alliance), he more seems to really dislike Wes and Kenny.

Because Paula is not as annoying as JEK. Plus Paula has actually gone into many a elimination round without being a coward. Also JEK has never earned winning. Well up until next week since Evan/Nehemiah want to thro themselves in to get rid of CT/Adam.
The whole rivals concept inviting some teams that are hardly rivals as is, set up the easiest/biggest alliance to help JEK and co get far.
Johnny/Tyler are never against each other but went into 2 elmiinations against each other, 1 by choice. Tyler now is forced in alliance, but they prob would have each other's backs anyway. MInus the first duel when Tyler was dumb and called him out for no reason
Kenny/Wes. Usually against each other but obviously won't be this time so they add Wes to the already big alliance.
Paula/Ev...Paula always w/ JEK no matter what they do to her. Ev is friends with Wes, doesn't like JEK, but forced into their alliance bc of Paula. SO JEK adds 2 good competitors
Nehemiah/Evan...Nehemiah normally would be with Wes but just like EV has to be with JEK alliance. So instead of Wes/Ev/Nehemiah banding together they are in the main alliance.
This all worked out perfect for them to give them supreme numbers if you look at the connection of who normaly would band together to beat them, is all forced into the JEK alliance. Just more numbers for them, none of those guys are going to go against them and f themselves over.
It really leaves CT/Adam in the cold right off bat or having to form an alliance before the show starts. But the numbers are already so on JEK side, why would you try to go against them and not just be neutral at that point. Makes it hard for the rest. CT/ADAM should have formed one with Mike/Leroy right off bat and tried to go from there
It is so funny how johnny, evan, wes, kenny act like they are such tough guys but yet it is so obvious to everyone that they are scared to death of C.T. I didnt think it was possible for me to dislike anyone morr than jek but I cant stand wes anymore.
