On a podcast Davis said that Wes was pushing for Leroy and Mike instead of Tyrie and Davis but Kenny wanted a surefire win so he got his way. Wes may want to go up against CT but has Kenny even went into an elimination with a top dog and beaten him? No. He likes easy wins and that's exactly what Davis said.
I don't buy that necessarily though. So Kenny always gets his way? So if Wes went up and said you're scared to go against Leroy/Mike you think Kenny would put his ego aside and say yes? Seems like an easy copout for Wes. In the end he just wants the money and something to boost his ego even more to IMO.
damn. I'm late as hell. Anyways. It's been 3 episode and I'm already tired of this Wes and CT drama.
Me too. I wanna know what's going on with other people who aren't JEKW + CT/Adam.
I watched the repeat version of this episode, on the commercial before TJ announces who wins, they show a commercial for next week with CT flirting with Mandi/Laurel. HMMM wonder if Laurel won?haha, nice work MTV.
Side note on Evan "volunteering" he totally didn't. After rewatching, it's Wes mindgame 2, Evan 0. He did it again to him. Johnny mentions how the only person who can beat CT/Adam is Evan's team so he basically said it's up to you, what's Evan going to say? Than Wes goes so what are we going to do, Johnny/Tyler and me and Kenny are going to try to win and you dq Evan? So Johnny/Wes say only Evan can beat them and here is how u can face him, so basically it's already decided unless you are a chicken. They TOTALLY suckered Evan into doing their dirty work. I didn't catch that on the first watch.

Even watching it live you knew who'd win just based on the fact that Laurel/CM are all over the trailers and most of the stuff in them haven't happened yet.
It's might be a silly question but what does it mean when Mandi told CT to choke her ??? Like ... have sex with me or choke CHOKE me???
Choke me during sex

Wow, good point. I'm totally surprised I didn't think of that honestly... I'm usually very observant with that type of stuff.

Yeah I think Wes/Kenny and Johnny/Tyler are scared to face CT himself and maybe they think Evan has a better chance since he is strong than those 4. But still that doesn't mean team Evan can beat team CT, because Evan's partner isn't that great...
The highlight for me in this episode was CT punking out Wes. I like to see him getting own sometimes. It totally reminded me of the Wes and Johnny confrontation from the Ruins.

Go Adam and CT! Laurel and Cara Maria still at 0....LOL.
Ev and Paula sure caught up.
I did the same score format as Battle of the Seasons and divided it up like Battle of the Sexes 1 (men & women).
Camila and Theresa are surprisingly on top ONLY because they never got a DQ. Every other female team has gotten a DQ which dropped them down.

Why would they be on top if they're eliminated?
I also think that Jenn/Mandi had a better time in the swimming considering their time wasn't shown, despite losing no matter what to Paula/Ev. If they had a worse time then Camila/Theresa, there'd be no reason to not show their time.
The points happen BEFORE the Jungle like on Battle of the Seasons and Battle of the Sexes. The next episode, Camila and Theresa will have an "X" on their name.
Jenn and Mandi DQ'ed last mission and didn't do well the 1st mission so that's why they're low. It's cumulative, meaning the points keep adding up every mission.

Could you explain this scoring system? Why do Adam & CT have almost twice as much as the best girls' team? And why score it like battle of the sexes? This is guys against guys and girls against girls.
More like Battle of the Seasons which had partners. I just happened to divide it into sex to make it look better but that's not how I scored it. I scored it on OVERALL performance.
1st place = 13 points (13 because that's how many total partner teams there are)
2nd = 12
3rd = 11
4th = 10
...etc
DQ = 0
Sex does not matter. For instance on the mission in the 3rd episode. The guys got better times than the girls so their points would be all higher than the girls. The numbers do not matter between the guys and girls. All that matters are the rankings. You see that Camila/Theresa were at top and that CT/Adam were at top. The points only mean how well they did in OVERALL performance. Camila/Theresa NEVER DQ'ed which is why they're first, BUT their performance has been weaker than some of the males which is why their points are lower.
More women DQ'ed on the missions than males which is why their points are lowers than the males. That's why Wes/Kenny's score is so low.
As I said before it's to show OVERALL performance. The girls could out perform the males. Even though it's not guys vs. girls, it's to show how each team can perform regardless of sex. It just proves (sadly) that guys can perform better than girls so far.
Pay attention to the rankings more so than the points. The guys have been outperforming the girls.

Your chart only proves that in missions that are physically demanding, men will always do better. There is no way a girl pair will outperform a male pair, especially with the missions overall being so physically demanding. You can do it however you want, but it just makes no sense because we all initially know the men will come out on top.
Since there were 7 teams it should be like this: 1st place should get 12 pts, 2nd get 10 pts, 3rd 8 pts, 4th 6 pts, 5th 4 pts, 6th 2 pts, 7th 0 pts and DQ get 0 pts. Guys and girls don't effect each others points at all because they aren't competing against each other. Winning a jungle should earn each team 5 points.
last place shouldn't equal a DQ. You would still get points from them. Girls could outperform the guys, its happened before. Like I said, pay more attention to the rankings than the numbers. Look at the guys chart and girls chart seperately and see the difference in numbers between the teams to see how well each team does. Not BETWEEN the sexes.
I just heard something really interesting from Derrick’s podcast:
Derrick (to Johnny and Kenny): So now there’s this super alliance formed. It’s clearly you guys, Tyler, Wes…
Johnny: Well the real alliance is Wes, Nehemiah and Tyler. And me, Kenny and Evan are just doing what they say and going along for the ride.
LOL that just rocked my world (as in I'm shocked. not necessarily happy).
So JEK isn’t calling the shots this time? Wow!

Johnny is the type to make jokes with a straight face, he may not come out and say it's a joke but you just have to know. I've listened to those podcasts enough to know that he was definitely joking lol.
That jungle was ehh. I mean you could've waited till the last minute or two to start flipping the boards instead of wasting energy for 2-3 minutes - save it for the last part!
