No, you didn't
OK? I'm not sure why I would just make this up, but if you felt that strongly about it you could have just PM'ed me and been just as rude/effective. But thanks for your opinion anyway
So if you rather send a casting tape in do you send it to Bunim-Murray Productions or do you now send it to Banijay Entertainment? Just asking.

Uh Oh, molds is rocking the Apple Mac like her best friend Clarke. (I know it's hard not to follow in my footsteps so I understand). But how many vevmo members have ever made it on to The Real World?

So why you said you did is pretty comical.
Anyone go to the casting call and got some questions they asked you?
I'm not being rude when I'm pointing out that you didn't make it. It's clear from what you wrote before that you didn't make it.
Not my fight but I think the way it was written, it could have been taken as a "No you didn't go to the casting call" as opposed to "No you didn't make it".
I wouldn't say this is a fight, I figured a similar thing at first except I thought he meant "No you didn't get asked to stay back". Anyway the only questions I asked were whether or not I should wait for a call or have written down the address? Then RWHelper is all, "No, you didnt." This didn't answer either question.
I'm not being rude when I'm pointing out that you didn't make it. It's clear from what you wrote before that you didn't make it. So why you said you did is pretty comical.
What's comical about the truth? I breezed through the 10 person group interview, filled out the tedious 32 page long app, took a photo, etc. After I finished the app I left. I'm not sure how this whole Real World process works and was just looking for some clarity on the situation, my bad.
waffle34 ≠ RWHelper But almost a better source of info for you is twitter search... http://search.twitter.com/ Now, how about some questions they asked in the first group round?

I tried twitter, but there's not really anything useful there As for questions I went to the one in Chicago, and the questions varied from each of the 2 tables/casting ppl Questions asked at my table: Introduce yourself and name something you're passionate about Do you believe in aliens? (Yes this was asked, one guy bombed it, the other did really good) Why would people watch you on TV? What is your worst quality? If you could have dinner with anyone dead or living, who would it be? To be honest though, you might get completely different questions. There's no real way to prep, the guy I had was really cool, and quick on his toes, he flustered the other applicants with ease.
You know what this means!! Real World: Roswell!!
Haha my fingers are crossed Also waffle, relatives were excluded for the dead or living question if that helps
Think they were looking for a certain type of person? Like did they ask the partiers to stay back, the goths, the strong story lines, etc?
Wow the living or dead question would stump me for sure lol.
The living or dead question could be a jackpot question if you don't really answer or spin it around unexpectedly--something like, "I don't care but it would have to be somebody living cause they would need to be able to pay" and the aliens question something along the lines of "I don't believe in aliens, i KNOW there are aliens."
Think they were looking for a certain type of person? Like did they ask the partiers to stay back, the goths, the strong story lines, etc?
Out of the 10 from my group only myself and a blonde hottie, like super hot got asked to stay back (I just confirmed that she got a call back yesterday, guess I'm out =/). Neither of us fell into the types you listed. She didnt even get asked a 2nd question while I was the only person that got the worst quality question. I think we got picked because we were the most comfortable/genuine out of the 10, the rest just seemed like they were telling the casting guy what he wanted to hear. Best advice I can give, if you get asked to stay back try confirm that you will get a call back BEFORE you do the long app. I swear, the only thing that's annoyed me was filling that out for hours, only to be put in the same boat as the ppl who got cut 1st round. Still a fun, and thrilling experience overall though... Oh, and try to sit as close to the casting guy as you can!
Yeah I went to an audition in NY, love the meeting people on the line part. Anyway, fastest audition ever, we got asked virtually nothing, the only question was name, age, where you are from and why would you be good for the show. Next question was what word would describe you. A loud blonde was the only one that stayed. I met some great people though; so I enjoyed it.
I went to the Miami casting call Saturday and it was ok. I never auditioned for anything before so it was pretty cool. I'd definitely do it again though. The questions we were asked were our name and something unusual about us. The interviewer was pretty cool, i thought he was funny because as some people were talking he would roll his eyes and just kinda shrug his shoulders. The only people who were asked to stay back were this foreign chick(he was pretty interested in her background) and this one girl who said that she often gets naked in public. Whatever...

What are your guys' view on having a beer during the audition? Does it make you look like you're letting loose and trying to make the experience enjoyable, or does it make you look desperate and trying too hard? haha

Hey, Im Stealth! Just joined to follow/support while I go through my audition process: I went to the auditions in Boston, I'm only 18. I was so excited, TRW is my dream! So just like everyone else I had a VIP pass, filled out the short application, waited/mingled with my group for a couple hours and got interviewed (group of 10). We were told to introduce ourselves and share one thing about ourselves that the application didn't say. I acted like myself, had everyone laughing, very outgoing etc. No one got asked to stay and we were told that we would get called at 10 if we made the cut . . . I didn't get the call and cried and got over it. 2 days later I got an email from burnim murray saying I made it to the next round of the casting, told i needed to send more pics and the application (70 questions about) back in 48 hours. I was so happy b/c i thought I got the boot in round 1 but didn't! I did the long time consuming app., i made it me: funny, different and very lively as if I was having a conversation. Now, i play the waiting game for 4-6 weeks . . . I'm wondering why I didn't get a callback but got an email? . . . kinda weird but who cares! I'm confident and hoping the best! How long does it usually take to get a response back?

No one gets cast when they give too many identifying details about themselves and/or their audition on a website that BMP is well aware of and has been known to frequent. Just a reminder for those "auditioning".

Just throwing this question out there if anyone knows... Does one advance in rounds (not regarding the open casting call but the 1 on 1's) at the discretion of the CD that interviewed them or is it a democracy vote between all the CD's ?

Actually I think they just lay out a grid of about several hundred pictures or so, and then they let a few chickens roam around, and the first 7 or 8 people whose pictures that the chickens laid eggs on gets on the show. :unknw:
