She looks better!
I dont think so, it makes her nose stick out more. Her blonde hair suited her complection more. It seems like all challenge girls want to all be brunette. No sense of originality.
Hmm, I don't hate the dark hair, doesn't look too bad.
Also I think Kenny would be easier to forgive than Johnny, not really sure why, but that's just how it seems to me.
I still want to know where all this animosity towards Johnny comes from. I assume it's still from the Island...but it looked like she forgave Kenny pretty quickly. Kenny said on Derrick's podcast that he tried to give her some of the money but she wouldn't take it.
That's really nice of him.
That's really nice of him.
Meh...it was more like hush money. He would give her money to NEVER speak of that situation again, and she turned it down--she wanted an apology, an admission that she had been wronged, and NO ONE would give it to her because no one felt they misled her.

Why would it be hush money? Every cast member knows about it so who would she be keeping it from? Also everyone else seemed to agree that Paula was never promised a spot on their boat. I think that Kenny and Paula are actually friends and he felt bad. She obviously forgave him as she and Sarah were his biggest supporters in the first days of FM2...if she was really still mad she could've been a floater like Ryan and Jenn. Had she done that she would've escaped being targeted by Wes and Ev, so she had to care enough about the friendship to deal with that.

It wasn't hush money like shh don't tell anyone about this it was more literal in a way like "Here's the money now shut the ***** up about it so I don't have to hear about it anymore" type of thing.
Personally, I like Paula. She's got personality and I'm diggin' the dark hair on her. If she dyed it pink, it'd probably look good, too. On the challenges, I think she just aligns herself with the wrong ********** and it bites her on the ***. If she focused more on getting herself ready for it and kicking *** in the challenges, I think people would see her as the good competitor that she is. Is she great? No, but she deserves the win and **** it if she's not cute as **** to boot.
She's lame.
I like Paula better as a blonde. She just looks old with dark hair.
She's always looked old, in my opinion. She has horrible skin, you can tell even from far away.
The thing that gets me about Paula is her personality is inconsistent. I feel like she was totally different in her earlier days of doing the show, compared to now.
She came across as very sweet, but troubled, and somewhat timid on her original season and the 1st few Challenge seasons.
Then, she got in with the guys and got more confident, and then kind of cocky. She was REALLY cocky on The Island, and then she got screwed over, and now she's just bitter.
I know people change as they get older, and being in the public eye obviously changes people, but her personality seems to have done a complete 180.
She needs to leave these shows for good. She offers nothing to these shows.
On a bad day, she's still comic relief and a great rack! :D
Anyone notice how she kept hitting herself (or rather, her falsies) by accident throwing around her hands when she was doing her little crazy-Paula-Walnuts-no-English thing at Jenn? Has she gotten more work?

That had me laughing in the dailies, but it was a little disconcerning to see it was with Jenn, who I was under the impression they were friends. The hand thing cracks me up still. I didn't think she was acting crazy. It looked like she just wanted to stop arguing and she at least looked upset about it. Paula's done well with the confessionals, in my opinion, and with structure, could have a shot at hosting on cable or a net series, if that's where her career's headed.
Well, yeah she's upset--her team keeps losing, they just lost their whipping boy and another guy, and one of her "friends" went home. Plus, everyone else thinks she and the rest of her team are a bunch of *******s.

Yeah, I'm not liking the red team or its players much on this one and I usually root for Brad & Tori to win and Paula, but this game, not so much. Paula's one of my favorite underdogs, but she doesn't win for a reason. I like Jenn more this season, though.
I love that confrontation Paula and Jenn had, I was glad was telling Jenn off and to be honest I like Paula more this season than Jenn. Jenn just talks **** and she is scare to go into the gulag.

Like Paula isn't scared? She clings to the Tori/Brad alliance and Dunbar so she ISNT voted into the gulag.

They're good friends outside the shows. Jenn said that she and Paula are great in the real world but when she comes in the house Paula turns into a completely different person and is paranoid constantly.
And I agree with whoever said Paula is the scared one, and I can't blame her. I feel Paula is overrated and there's only a handful of girls who, in my opinion, Paula could beat 9 times out of 10.

Katie, an injured Ashli and an injured Aneesa. Yep, that's about it. :D

Hahah those three came to mind. I was also thinking Casey and maybe Shauvon lol.

Actual victories.

Possible victories.
Lol, I think Paula has a scrapper in her nowadays. She impressed me on her way out the door on Fresh Meat II. But hasn't shown much on Cutthroat.
Come to think of it, she's more cardio, not enough strength.
Speaking in cardio, I would love to see a challenge based on that.
Like "the last one standing" or something. I think it would be interesting seeing a challenge not based only on strength.

I finally got to watch The Duel was actually really impressed with how Paula held her own in her duel with Aneesa. She lasted 8:19 when it was all strength and endurance and she was the underdog. Heart-wise, 180 degree change from then to Cut Throat.

Definitely. I don't think people give her enough credit for it--Aneesa certainly had more respect for her after that, too, and spoke about how hard it was for her to win that one. I also think her attitude was totally different on I3, but then again, she also got sent into an Inferno that she totally didn't deserve, and then her team lost.

It seems like over time and the more challenges she did, she got screwed over and it just made her paranoid and bitter and affected how she views people. They can't really call her crazy, considering a handful of them contributed to how she plays the game now.
