I do have to say "proportion" is a funny thing in this day and age. There are hundreds of photographers lined up to capture Lindsay's photo, you can hear choppers overhead and there are live streams of the scene spread across the net. This for a girl with a DUI.
At the same time there is probably a serial killer that ate ate his victims with fava beans one courtroom over that no one cares about, lol.

Probably. I feel kind of gross for watching the TMZ feed. I usually try to avoid that site and Perez at all costs but I just woke up a little bit ago and it's kinda rainy/cool out so I'm just sipping my hot coffee cuddling with my cat watching the crazy go down an hour north in LA. Don't judge me.

It's not even for that!! She's actually going to jail for violating her probation (from the DUI).
Strange how people do not value their works, achievements. But it will be a very good lesson. I like her. Maybe she is a little bit insane but she is good actor. I don't think she will sit in jail for three months. I don't know the exact situation, but I think this is just big bubble.

I don't even think rehab will help her. This will be her fourth time in rehab, and I feel that as long as the girl stays in Hollywood and surrounds herself with a bunch of yes-men and hangers-on that don't give a shtt about her, she'll go back to her favorite drugs and alcohol just because it's always there, and it's always SO easy to get sucked into :/

I don't understand the quality of these mugshots. I had a $30 webcam in 1997 that took better pictures.

If by long term you mean lifelong (outpatient, of course), then yeah, IA that it could very well help her a great deal. 90 days is nothing, though, for someone like Lindsay Lohan. I think the girl has more problems than any of us could even imagine, and as long as she's in Hollywood and surrounding herself with hangers-on and yes-men that only care about making a buck off of her instead of caring about her well-being, the girl will have no room to grow into a better and healthy person. As a celebrity, esp. one in La La Land, the drugs are always there and the sense of entitlement never goes away. Throw that in with the fact that her own MOTHER is her biggest enabler and she doesn't care about her own father, and you have a recipe for disaster.
Unless she spends A LOT of time away from it all (Hollywood, the nightclubs, the paparazzi, her mother and father, etc...), I don't think it'll be possible for the girl to realize and understand and acknowledge her serious issues. I believe that in order for her to change her ways and become a better, healthier person, the girl needs to spend A LOT of time by herself away from it all. It'll take a long time for her to gather her thoughts and become a better person, but it CAN happen! She just needs to believe in herself, and the only way she can do that is to spend a lot of time by herself with her thoughts and only her thoughts. And after a while everything will become clear again and she will know how to be a better person <3

Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.
