Honestly, I feel the exact opposite. I find him to be incredibly not real. I'm not knocking your opinion or anything but I don't find Ryan to be "real" at all. If he were real, I think he'd be out of the closet. Everyone else on this season alone seems more real to me than Ryan. (With the exception of maybe McKenzie, who I like but I think there is more too her than meets the eye.)
Hell, Jemmye is probably the realest person this season.

I don't think we should just people just because the may "seem" a little more feminine than the average man. I think that makes him real because he isnt going to change the way he acts around people just because the world may think he is gay.
I also think Jemmye is real. They are a great cast.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what they're referring to but Ayiiia did post on her twitter about how Ryan is out to his friends in Arizona and "went back into the closet" for RW. Of course that doesn't mean Ayiiia is telling the truth, but yeah.

It has nothing to do with his being a hairdresser. It has mostly to do with the fact that he tries to make it so blatantly clear how NOT GAY he is. I don't know much about him but he seems like a self-hating homosexual. Like he's ashamed of it or something. And also because on most of the dailies that I have actually watched, he seems to be incredibly curious about several different things regarding Preston and homosexual things. Also the fact that he was obviously jealous that Preston thought that the guys he brought home were more attractive than Ryan.
On top of all that, he shoves a whole lot of cigarettes up his *** next episode. Just sayin'.

What do you mean when you say that you feel he didn't really have a chance in his life to say whether he's gay or not? Do you mean that maybe he's been teased all his life about being gay, and instead of admitting or denying it, he just went through all of the taunts and teasing growing up by keeping his mouth shut?
I do feel that Ryan could very well be 100% hetero, but he's just a curious person. Sure some of the things that come out of his mouth can be questionable, and I do believe that he isn't naive in the slightest-- I think he only says certain things because he gets off on playing jokes on people and saying things to appear naive just because he wants to see how people react to some of the things he says.
I do believe that he isn't gay, but I don't buy for one second that he is naive. I think he knows what he's doing and saying, and he only does it and says certain things to get a rise out of others and to see how they react and feel about him.
Gay or not gay. Not 1 cast member, either on the real world now or past seasons, should call him out on it. If he is gay he should be able to come out when he wants to.

No I mean based on the show It seems that he is called Gay often so before anyone could question him or when someone does he gets defensive because he doesn't want to be gay or isn't ready to admit to it. Maybe because he was so quick to say people think Im gay and got really defensive over alot of stuff so he might be using this time to speak up.
