After London its probably the biggest city in the UK, culturally.
Personally I starting to think this next season will be outside of the US because usually by this time the location would of been found.

How come no pictures of the cast leaving the airport, or the challenge in itself were available this time around? I remember we received a cast picture from the island, and pictures of cast leaving to the Duel 2 and Ruins.

We'll they started later then normal spring challanges the cast in itself did not no where the location was so we did not know which airport they were leaving from and we did not know what the departure date was until the day.

The Duel 2, Ruins, and Fresh Meat 2 have all been Fall/Winter challenges.
No sun, or challenges on beaches.

It was hot, but it wasn't a "summer themed" challenge, no challenges took place on the beach and the eliminations took place at night, with rain. It's hard to explain, but an example of a summer themed challenge is The Duel and Gauntlet 3.
just to clarify, was challenge 20 exactly in Prague, like the city. Or somewhere distant?

I'm sure the summer weather in Thailand is different from what you'd imagine. Phuket is also in the souther portion of the country, making it closer to the equator and giving it a more tropical climate (I'm assuming, at least). Heck, it rains in Arizona in the summer!
Also, there was an episode, I think either the first or second, when the cast is on a boat in the ocean just hanging out and it's bright and sunny there... and I think they actually go to the beach in the same episode (though I could be wrong).
Eliminations during the Duel took place at night as well, and they had challenges on the beach and in the water.
And the rain during the Ruins elimination was probably staged. If you watch during some of the ruins it really looks like they have the rain planned.
