Well if she is cast I hope she is worth it. I am tired of the same people on the show. I want people with stories. And when I mean stories I don't mean stories about being an alcoholic or something with drugs. We have enough of that. And if there is a gay person on this season can it please be someone who is gay and not "confused" or "testing the waters." I am tired of the same macho big muscled guy being "confused" about his sexuality. It is over played and boring. A gay guy who knows hes gay and accepts it is funny to watch. I am gay and accept it. It makes me amusing because I don't care what people think of me or how I act. If they don't like it then its their problem. I am tired of seeing the guy complain whole season about how he doesn't know what he wants. It is boring.
Hey guys! i just wanna ask for anyone's help, I just need some opinions.
I applied for real world 25 - sent in bio/pics of myself, then received the email back with the 23,846,708,029,174 page packet of questions, filled it out and sent it back in. shortly after I received a call from one of the casting directors. unfortunately i missed it...i called back (it must have been after 5pm) and left a message with the woman and hoped they'd get in touch with me again.
it will be a week from tomorrow that I received that call. I was SO tempted to call back and bug the **** out of them, until I got a hold of someone but decided against it.
SO i was wondering, if I should just throw in the towel, call it a day, and assume since I haven't heard back that I am out of the running...OR if MAYBE (and hopefully) they might still call back. what do you guys think??? thanks so much

I know this isn't directed towards me but for season 23 when I sent in an email I put my subject as New York City and got the long packet in my email telling me I have been invited to a private casting call where I will be interviewed by the directors. Also someone on here said they put "out of area" as there subject and also got the packet. The thing is I don't remember there being an open casting call for season 23 in NYC so maybe of there are no open casting calls and they think you have potential they just advance you to the next round. If they end up not liking you then they can just cut you.
I went to 3 different casting calls in April, one in Oklahoma City, OK...Dallas, TX....and in Little Rock, AR.... i got sent VIP passes to all 3 casting calls.... then i was told to send in a 5-10 minute audition tape... so i made the tape and i mailed it along with the Season 25 application. But i never heard anything back... so im not even sure Bunim Murray productions even got my tape in the mail...I sure hope i make it, but if not then im definitely prepared for season 26... Its my time to get known.

Yes three different states lol. I'm a very persistent person, and I never give up... and each director said to better my chances, I need to send in a tape...I just don't know if Bunim Murray productions got my tape or not.

RWHelper has stated that semifinals are currently taking place on the East coast. So if you're on the East coast and haven't heard anything, you are most likely done.

I do not work for BMP and cannot tell you something for sure.
However, as far as I know, they are currently doing semifinals and if you have not heard from them regarding a semifinal interview, you are probably no longer in the running.
