The Island: MTV - Speculation

hey guys im new.. but in a recent trailer i've seen.. a scene shows evelyn and johnny up for elimination.. possibly one of them may go home!

There is some spoiler intel regarding that video not being what it appears to be, but we read all of the spoiler threads, so unless another member is feeling kindly (I'm not, long day, etc) you are on you own to discover what it is.

So in the preview for next week we hear Johnny saying something along the lines of "what the **** did we do?" and in the season preview we SEEM to see Johnny and Ev pleaing their case to stay...not saying that they're the only ones or that it's even a plea, don't flip out on me, but I'm thinking that these two things are related. I also still think something's gonna end up happening, after a Kenny-Ev-Johnny faceoff...bye Ev:)

I am not so sure that Ev will go next. She is shown in a challenge with Robin and Johanna and a guy that looks like Ryan or Derrick. I am hoping that the rules will change to either allow more people to enter the faceoff, or have the face off where 2 key holders must go in at a time. I really hope the face off odds increase to 4 people and 2 must be key holders, then the winner of the face off gets a key, and 2 people are voted off as opposed to one with the remaining person getting the key. If this is the case, then with 15 members left and 8 keys already distributed, then 4 more episodes and a final could justify 9 shows ..... or perhaps there could only be 4 more eliminations and a final, and then 4 people are left on the island to ponder their stupidity in letting ********* like Kenny, Johnny, and Johanna run the game.

Clearly next episode something changes. Isn't Ev one of the speculated winners? I hope so because I am actually LIKING her now, and I use to hate her.

I think we all know who the real winner is. It's TJ Lavin. Why? Because he got a paying job for 6 weeks that entailed little more than standing around being a tool! :rofl:

Someone with experience and attitude and from the ranks of veteran challenge contenders who earned their reputation for not tolerating either alliance BS or the intimidation of rookies.

Okay..now that all 8 keys have been awarded, I think that the remaining 7 cast members will have their chance to steal the keys from the key holders in a face off. I think in the 'new' face-offs one key holder will have to face off against two non-key members. This would explain why Johnny was saying, "what have we done" in the preview for Episode 5, and would explain why Johnny was standing next to Ev in an elimination vote during one of the trailers. Wowww...this challenge is starting to get good (and/or) dirty. :D

So since we see Ev on a boat, I guess she found a way into the faceoff unless somebody gave her a key, which I could see Kelly Anne doing. Can't wait to see Kenny and Johnny's expressions when she gets her key, however she gets it.

I think its become clear that less than eight people are gonna make it to the island....I just cant imagine all 8 keys being evenly distributed unless they change the rules again to make it the way they want....I kind of like and hate the new rules changes half way in....it kinda seems like they are just testing the situation out and then making rules to fit what they want to happen....I feel that JB (although I would rather him get eaten by jaws on that way there) Kenny, Derrick, Ev, Kelly Ann, Dan and Robin all make it to the island....although Robin and Jenn may interchange at the end...not sure who I think its gonna be...we'll see but those are my 6 that get on boats at the end.....with either Robin or Jenn that make the 7th

I'm guessing the new type of face offs is the winner of the 3-way, gets to steal a key, then they vote someone off. Based on the preview, they send Ev in thinking they can vote her off, and then she somehow wins and ****** everyone off. Can't wait :lol2:

But on the preview for ep. 5, if I remember correctly. TJ said, "Okay so you guys are going into the faceoff, now here's where it get's tricky." If a keyholder had to be in the faceoff, wouldn't he tell them about it before they decided who was going in? Even though it could just be editing...

I hope Ev gets her chance against Johnny, and I hope it's a gut and demolishing face-off. :bottom:

I am praying to the challenge gods that Ev gets her chance to beat the **** out of Johnny, steal his key and send him packing. Sometimes our prayers are not fully answered, but we receive something for our faith nonetheless.

i think i know who won because of the wikipedia page of the island it doesn't show the players in alphabetical order but in another order and it already had ashli at the bottom before the episode aired. i changed the page because i didn't want to believe it. if you want to know the order of elimination according to the wikipedia page you can send me a message...

I'm guessing the rest of the cast doesn't get eliminated in reverse alphabetical order.
