The Challenge: Battle of the Exes - Spoiler Discussion

Damn it was hoping it was Johnny!! At least CT is still there, why couldn't Casey be on this lol? this challenge is so unfair, no more partner ****. Lol but at least people will think 2x about hooking up with people. I think its safe to say something odd did happen with Vinny/Wes, maybe they got in a fight and they were both kicked off. If that did happen this challenge would hold the record with the most DQs. That would really mess up the number of episodes though.

I got excited for a minute about no Laurel because I thought it made the likelihood of Kellyanne or Diem go up because Mandi can't apply to Wes and CT...but we forgot about Theresa... I would feel gypped if the pairings were Wes/Theresa and CT/Mandi but it hasn't been ruled out yet.

They might just bring in a friend of the opposite sex or a crush. Laurel could get Brandon and a couple of other dudes.

I don't really know why but she's never actually shown being in any alliance.

Duel 3 would be epic, I'm kinda hoping it's that! I just don't see them doing Gauntlet 4 or Inferno 4 before a Duel 3. I never watched Battle of the Seasons but could it be something similar to that theme? But instead, be Battle of the hookups?

I obviously have no proof but based on who was friends from Rivals and respect factor, I could see Leroy/CT/Mark in an alliance. That would greatly be an advantage for CT/Diem. They are the most well balanced pair, and would dominate that final IMO. I am liking who is rumored to be gone so far. Leroy and CT are friends, and Mark speaks very highly of CT's ability on the podcast, so he would want to allign with another good player. He would be CT's biggest 1 on 1 threat, and he wants nothing to do with an elimination round. I am glad Mandi is gone early, no coasting to finals for her. CT/Diem personal drama is only thing standing in their way IMO, where as most, if not all of the other couples are on good terms.

Evan and Johnny were technically allied with Wes last challenge because of how the teams shaped out even though they didn't like one another. Also I didn't realize that Abram and Johnny were close as JL81790 claims. They have been on 3 challenges together and in 2 of them they were on opposite sides with the other being The Island where Abram went home after the 2nd episode.

Especially the case on the Ruins as he was by far the biggest guy on the Challengers. On this one CT, Mark, Leroy, and Nate are bigger than him. And even though Abram, Johnny, and Wes are all smaller I don't think any of them find Dunbar particularly intimidating. On paper he seems to be on the low end in terms of guys this season...I wouldn't pick him in a matchup of almost any kind against all of the other vet guys on this season.

I'm trying not to read too much into this, but Johnny treated Kenny to breakfast this morning according to Twitter. Perhaps someone has a bit of disposable income all of the sudden...? ;)

I was actually happy to see Ty and Emily beating so many people in the challenges. It was like an under dog story. To say CT ain't crap and that he "teamed up with johnny" is delusional speak because I for one don't see this. So he had fun on a mission and bumped fists with Johnny doesn't mean they were in an aliance. Oh he is a push over now cause he is Mr nice guy? Come on get real, some people grow up. He is now in his young 30s and had a major wake up call. He was Mr nice guy when he had to be paired with Adam and still stood up for Adam and himself. It's good to see he picks his battles better. Plus, all this mayhem he has caused in the past and the times MTV been sued for this or that I'm sure it's wise of him to chill out. And I agree with whatever someone said earlier how Johnny could legit beat Mark for his short beefier stature. I totally agree.. But yeah, overall this season was simply horrible. horrible they didn't include any of the scenes from the drama promo. Just babble from Robin crying. I wouldn't feel sorry for anybody that always threw her child into the mix. Come on -.-

I thought Mark was done with challenges?? It'd be cool if he was back. He usually hosts the After Shows and now Chet is doing it....so..... Im still holding out a slight hope that Coral wants to return or something

If it is a couples theme I really don't think it will be a pair challenge. If they did that it would leave out gay couples.

How do you know that Abram is on this challenge? Cara said on her formspring that he said to her he would never go on a challenge with her, probably because he thinks couples on challenges are not good combination.

Btw I see CT on fb chat.....so are they allowed internet? Is he eliminated? Or did he leave his account loged on for a week? But I dont see him online all the time just now and a few days ago. Edit: Nvm he's in the fb chat but it says he's unavailable, I dont get fb anymore because they change it so much but lets hope that means he's not on fb.

I suspect that Tyrie/Jasmine, LeRoy/Naomi and Dustin/Heather should be out soon....weird about Rachel/Aneesa.

I imagine her and CT will make a fantastic team when it comes to athletic missions. Even if there is drama between them. Johnny and Camilla is the other one I'm looking at a major threat. Johnny is a good total package as a player. And other players who have been on challenges with Camilla and seen her performance up close and without editing, have raved about her ability. Pretty sure Molds will come with more eliminations soons. Things probably slowed down with Thanksgiving. Maybe they moved to a different location (last challenge didn't they spend a week doing nothing?).

I want CT/Diem to win, but wouldn't mind if it's Mark/Robin or Cara Maria/Abram.

Has there ever been another Challenge that ran [strike]threw[/strike] through a major holiday? Will this challenge be filming [strike]threw[/strike] through Thanksgiving? I would think people woudn't want to go.

Thank god Paula/Dunbar are out, I just hope its not another Paula doesnt pull the whole I got screwed before the final sob story again. And I still think its odd that Rachel and Aneesa are a pair but whatever. And its not cool that Laurel feels the need to rub it in, Paula knows she's a loser at these, no need to be a *****. And I hope CT/Diem win, this 1 is theirs to loose.

Woohoo No Laurel!! Better chance for CT's hookup to be Diem if KA isnt on :) I figured Camila would be Johnny's hookup instead of Casey. I'm trying to keep an eye on Sarah, Paula, Mandi and Diem's twitters, but none of them have posted anything in like the last 24 hrs.

Hell if Nany and Laurel were on this one, she'd probably never go in provided she didn't DQ all the time.

His real profile doesn't even have a profile picture up because he took it down.

Doubt it, LeRoy will use his charm and his "in" from the last challenge to escape elimination rounds but once he goes in I dont think there is really any chance that Naomi can keep up with the girls. I'm really sad for Sarah, she is such a good competitor but these dumb partner challenges screw her over. Every team challenge she makes it to the end. Booo to this format! But on another note, Go CT/Diem! The only team worth supporting imo.

Also the money they get for just showing up is nice. I also wouldn't consider Thanksgiving a major holiday. I only consider Christmas as major holiday though. Everything else is just a minor one.

Now Paula is threatening to YouTube a voicemail from Laurel just now where she is apologizing. Wow, that got heated fast!

Safe to say the final 3 teams are in the finals? CT is in it yesssss. Diem can carry her own in a long final IMO too so to me it's theirs to lose. I just hope their is no stupid rule like when Wes/Kenny were way ahead(45 minutes) and it meant basically nothing because they all had to catch up first.

I would love for it to be a 3rd Season of the Duel. Pretty much I really just hope that it's not a challenge where they're paired up. 2 of the last 4 seasons were pair seasons, and it almost feels like 3 of the last 5, because the Duel 2 had way too many pair challenges.

Mark just wrote that he is going to be a way from a twitter for a while, idk how to do screen shots can someone do one of it. I think that prove that he is going to be on the next on.

Did Tyler actually hook up with anyone on camera, or just make out? Because if that's the case maybe the "lesbian" pair could be Paula and Mandi, who made out on Rivals. Although from an earlier post from Mandi's facebook she might not be on? Or was that just Wes messing around? Well just a thought instead of Dunbar or Derek who I wouldn't expect to be back. I know it's a wild stretch lol......Can't wait to hear who's on the next challenge!!!
