So I just read that Chelsie Hightower, who was one of my favorites from the last season of SYTYCD, is going to be a pro this season! They haven't picked her partner yet...but they are apparently announcing the rest of the pairs on Thursday.

Most of these are interesting parings, however I think things don't bode well for Jonathan Roberts and Derrick Hough. I hope Karina has other things planned after the first week. I've met The Woz and he could be about the least coordinated person on the planet.

Shawn is kind of known for not being the best dancer and being artistically challenged among the gymnastics community, though.
I am very excited that a gymnast is on this show, and I am a Shawn fan, so this will be interesting. I will try to get into this season especially for her (some of the other contestants sound like interesting picks, though). I was a fan of figure skating and Kristi Yamaguchi as well, but I didn't keep up with it like I should have (glad she won, though!). I did vote one night.

Lacey and Steve-O could be a surprise couple -- at least for a few weeks. I've heard from someone who knows Steve that he and Lacey know each other through mutual friends in Hollywood.
Rumor for next season: Steve-O has suggested Trishelle Cannatella to the producers. She would do it and she is a good dancer.
